In this embodiment, the isolation device 8 includes vertical plates 82 disposed on two sides of the top end of the rack 1, a lifting mechanism 81 disposed on the vertical plates 82, a cross rod 83 disposed on the top of the lifting mechanism 81, and a plurality of partition plates 84 disposed at the lower end of the cross rod 83, where the four partition plates are two first partition plates located outside the isolation device and two second partition plates located on two sides of the lifting mechanism; the lifting mechanism is an electric cylinder, an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder.
In this embodiment, a diversion trench extending into the water tank is arranged at the top of the water sand tank 41 near the water tank 42, and a filter screen is arranged in the diversion trench; through arranging the diversion trench to communicate the water sand box and the water tank, the washed sand is recycled into the water sand box, and the clear water can flow back into the water tank, so that the washing water can be recycled, and the purposes of environmental protection and energy saving are achieved; avoid impurity inflow in the water tank through setting up the filter screen, influence clear water pump's life.

the number of the rotating shafts is three, and two sides of the three rotating shafts, which are close to the inner cavity of the rack, are provided with friction wheels which are convenient for driving the knife roller to rotate;
the water-sand mixed flushing system comprises a water-sand tank arranged at the bottom of the rack, a water tank communicated with the top of the water-sand tank, a high-pressure plunger pump communicated with the water tank, a water-sand flushing head and a moving device used for moving the water-sand flushing head in a reciprocating manner; a water inlet of the water sand washing head is communicated with an outlet of the high-pressure plunger pump, and a sand inlet is communicated with the water sand tank;
a diversion trench extending into the water tank is formed in the position, close to the water tank, of the top of the water sand box, and a filter screen is arranged in the diversion trench;
the clear water cleaning system comprises a clear water pump communicated with the water tank and a clear water cleaning head arranged on the moving device;
the compressed air blow-drying system comprises an electromagnetic valve which is arranged on the rack and is used for communicating external compressed air and a compressed air blow-drying head which is arranged on the moving device;
the machine frame is also provided with an isolation device for isolating a working area into a water sand washing area and a clear water washing area;
