本发明公开了一种黏土细化筛选设备,包括基座和固设在所述基座顶面上的主机体,所述主机体内开设有开口朝上的一次细化腔,所述一次细化腔的左侧壁上固设有多根固定刀,所述一次细化腔的右壁上转动设有转盘本发明可通过传送带机构自动将黏土送入一次细化腔内,且通过转动刀和固定刀的转动配合将黏土进行初步细化,然后再通过碾压辊的滚动碾压将黏土二次细化,最后通过筛网的晃动,进行筛分,使最终的到的黏土颗粒较小,杂质较少,且本发明的结构简单,操作方便,便于转移。

本发明涉及黏土技术领域,具体为一种黏土细化筛选设备。
背景技术
黏土在工业中有着广泛的应用,黏土在开采出来后一般都需要进行细化赤露,传统的黏土细化设备,细化效果不够理想,且设备安昂贵,结构比较复杂,不够轻便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种黏土细化筛选设备,用于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
根据本发明的一种黏土细化筛选设备,包括基座和固设在所述基座顶面上的主机体,所述主机体内开设有开口朝上的一次细化腔,所述一次细化腔的左侧壁上固设有多根固定刀,所述一次细化腔的右壁上转动设有转盘,所述转盘的左侧面上固设有转动刀,所述转动刀与所述固定刀相互合作,将块状黏土打碎,所述一次细化腔的下侧连通开设有二次细化腔,所述二次细化腔内固设有碾压箱,所述碾压箱的下侧滑动设有圆形板,所述圆形板上开设有多个圆孔,所述碾压箱内转动设有转盘,所述转盘的左右两端均转动设有碾压辊,所述碾压辊可在所述圆形板上滚动,将黏土碾碎,所述二次细化腔的下侧连通开设有筛分腔,所述筛分腔的左右两侧壁上均转动设有圆柱,两个所述圆柱之间固设有存储箱,所述存储箱的顶面上固设有固定台,所述固定台内可以左右滑动设有筛网,所述筛网将所述筛分腔分成上下两个部分,所述筛网左右晃动,可以将黏土筛分,所述筛分腔的后侧可以打开。
进一步的技术方案,所述基座的顶面上设有传送带机构,所述传送带机构位于所述主机体的左侧,所述传送带机构可以将黏土运送到所述一次细化腔内。
进一步的技术方案,所述一次细化腔的右壁内固嵌有第一电机,所述第一电机的左侧与所述转盘动力连接,所述一次细化腔的下侧铰接设有两个左右对称的挡板,所述挡板可以将所述一次细化腔的下侧封闭,所述二次细化腔的左右两侧壁上均可上下滑动设有螺纹块,所述螺纹块与所述挡板之间通过铰接杆铰接,所述二次细化腔的左右两侧壁体内均转动设有第一螺杆轴,所述第一螺杆轴与所述螺纹块螺纹配合连接,两个所述第一螺杆轴的顶端均固设有齿轮,位于左侧的所述螺纹块的顶端与第二电机动力连接,所述第二电机固设在主机体内,所述主机体内转动设有齿环,所述齿环与两个所述齿轮啮合。
进一步的技术方案,位于右侧的所述圆柱与翻转电机动力连接,所述翻转电机固设在所述主机体的右侧,位于左侧的所述圆柱内固嵌有第三电机,所述第三电机的顶端动力连接有向上延伸的第二螺杆轴,所述第二螺杆轴与所述圆形板螺纹配合连接。
进一步的技术方案,所述存储箱的底面上固设有主电机,所述主电机的顶端动力连接有向上延伸的主轴,所述主轴的顶端与所述转盘固定,所述主轴的外周上固设有凸轮,所述凸轮可以顶压所述筛网,使所述筛网可左右滑动。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可通过传送带机构自动将黏土送入一次细化腔内,且通过转动刀和固定刀的转动配合将黏土进行初步细化,然后再通过碾压辊的滚动碾压将黏土二次细化,最后通过筛网的晃动,进行筛分,使最终的到的黏土颗粒较小,杂质较少,且本发明的结构简单,操作方便,便于转移。

下面结合图1-4对本发明进行详细说明,为叙述方便,现对下文所说的方位规定如下:下文所说的上下左右前后方向与图1本身投影关系的上下左右前后方向一致。
参照图1-4,根据本发明的实施例的一种黏土细化筛选设备,包括基座10和固设在所述基座10顶面上的主机体12,所述主机体12内开设有开口朝上的一次细化腔32,所述一次细化腔32的左侧壁上固设有多根固定刀31,所述一次细化腔32的右壁上转动设有转盘29,所述转盘29的左侧面上固设有转动刀30,所述转动刀30与所述固定刀31相互合作,将块状黏土打碎,所述一次细化腔32的下侧连通开设有二次细化腔35,所述二次细化腔35内固设有碾压箱23,所述碾压箱23的下侧滑动设有圆形板21,所述圆形板21上开设有多个圆孔22,所述碾压箱23内转动设有转盘26,所述转盘26的左右两端均转动设有碾压辊25,所述碾压辊25可在所述圆形板21上滚动,将黏土碾碎,所述二次细化腔35的下侧连通开设有筛分腔17,所述筛分腔17的左右两侧壁上均转动设有圆柱15,两个所述圆柱15之间固设有存储箱18,所述存储箱18的顶面上固设有固定台43,所述固定台43内可以左右滑动设有筛网20,所述筛网20将所述筛分腔17分成上下两个部分,所述筛网20左右晃动,可以将黏土筛分,所述筛分腔17的后侧可以打开。

当使用时,通过传送带机构11将黏土运送到一次细化腔32内,然后控制第一电机28工作,使转盘29带动转动刀30转动,进而使固定刀31与转动刀30合作,将黏土进行初次细化,细化完成后,控制第二电机37工作,使转动刀30转动,进而使第一螺杆轴40转动,从而使螺纹块39下移,进而使挡板33打开,使黏土进入碾压箱23内,同时控制主电机19工作,使主轴27转动,进而使碾压辊25在圆形板21上滚动,将黏土碾压再次细化,黏土通过圆孔22掉落进筛网20上,筛网20在凸轮42的顶压下左右滑动,从而使黏土可以掉落在存储箱18上,细化完成,通过控制第三电机13工作,使圆形板21下移,进而使碾压箱23内的较大颗粒可以掉落在筛网20上,然后控制翻转电机16工作,使圆柱15转动,进而可以从筛分腔17的后侧开口处将黏土取出。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可通过传送带机构自动将黏土送入一次细化腔内,且通过转动刀和固定刀的转动配合将黏土进行初步细化,然后再通过碾压辊的滚动碾压将黏土二次细化,最后通过筛网的晃动,进行筛分,使最终的到的黏土颗粒较小,杂质较少,且本发明的结构简单,操作方便,便于转移。

1.一种黏土细化筛选设备,包括基座和固设在所述基座顶面上的主机体,其特征在于:所述主机体内开设有开口朝上的一次细化腔,所述一次细化腔的左侧壁上固设有多根固定刀,所述一次细化腔的右壁上转动设有转盘,所述转盘的左侧面上固设有转动刀,所述转动刀与所述固定刀相互合作,将块状黏土打碎,所述一次细化腔的下侧连通开设有二次细化腔,所述二次细化腔内固设有碾压箱,所述碾压箱的下侧滑动设有圆形板,所述圆形板上开设有多个圆孔,所述碾压箱内转动设有转盘,所述转盘的左右两端均转动设有碾压辊,所述碾压辊可在所述圆形板上滚动,将黏土碾碎,所述二次细化腔的下侧连通开设有筛分腔,所述筛分腔的左右两侧壁上均转动设有圆柱,两个所述圆柱之间固设有存储箱,所述存储箱的顶面上固设有固定台,所述固定台内可以左右滑动设有筛网,所述筛网将所述筛分腔分成上下两个部分,所述筛网左右晃动,可以将黏土筛分,所述筛分腔的后侧可以打开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黏土细化筛选设备,其特征在于:所述基座的顶面上设有传送带机构,所述传送带机构位于所述主机体的左侧,所述传送带机构可以将黏土运送到所述一次细化腔内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种黏土细化筛选设备,其特征在于:所述一次细化腔的右壁内固嵌有第一电机,所述第一电机的左侧与所述转盘动力连接,所述一次细化腔的下侧铰接设有两个左右对称的挡板,所述挡板可以将所述一次细化腔的下侧封闭,所述二次细化腔的左右两侧壁上均可上下滑动设有螺纹块,所述螺纹块与所述挡板之间通过铰接杆铰接,所述二次细化腔的左右两侧壁体内均转动设有第一螺杆轴,所述第一螺杆轴与所述螺纹块螺纹配合连接,两个所述第一螺杆轴的顶端均固设有齿轮,位于左侧的所述螺纹块的顶端与第二电机动力连接,所述第二电机固设在主机体内,所述主机体内转动设有齿环,所述齿环与两个所述齿轮啮合。
