Description

Microecological preparation for treating respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed additive pharmaceutical compositions, in particular to a microecological preparation for treating respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The feed additive is a small amount or trace substance added in the production, processing and using processes of feed, and the feed additive is small in dosage but remarkable in effect. The feed additive is a raw material inevitably used in modern feed industry, and has obvious effects on strengthening the nutritive value of basic feed, improving the production performance of animals, ensuring the health of the animals, saving the feed cost, improving the quality of animal products and the like. In the process of livestock and poultry breeding, the problems of breeding environment and livestock and poultry often cause the occurrence of some livestock and poultry viral diseases, and the livestock and poultry viral diseases cause great harm to the livestock and poultry viral diseases and bring great loss to the economy of farmers.
The respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry are syndromes caused by various pathogens, have the characteristics of high disease speed, rapid spread, long course of disease, high mortality, great control difficulty and the like, and are clinically manifested as respiratory symptoms such as asthma, cough, abdominal respiration and the like. Respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry are main diseases which affect the development of the breeding industry in China at present, and great economic loss is often caused to the breeding industry. The literature reports that the morbidity of respiratory diseases in large-scale pig farms is generally between 30 and 60 percent, and the mortality rate reaches 5 to 30 percent; the morbidity of respiratory diseases in chicken farms is generally between 20% and 80%, the mortality rate is 10-20%, and the mortality rate is 50-100% after mixed infection with other pathogens such as Newcastle disease and the like.
At present, only vaccines and antibiotics can be adopted for preventing and controlling respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry, and the preventing and treating effects are not obvious. Particularly, when antibiotic medicines are adopted for prevention and treatment, drug resistance and drug residues are easy to generate, so that the problem of drug resistance is increasingly serious, the treatment effect is increasingly reduced, and the difficulty in research and development of antibiotics is increased. In addition, viral respiratory diseases are often associated with bacterial diseases, and if simple vaccine immunization is used, immune failure can also occur.

The prepared liquorice has the pharmacological actions of detoxifying, eliminating phlegm, relieving pain and relieving spasm to resist cancer and the like, and is used for tonifying spleen and qi, relieving cough and moistening lung, relieving urgency and detoxifying, harmonizing hundreds of medicines and mainly treating swollen sore throat, gastrointestinal ulcer, relieving drug toxicity, food poisoning and the like in traditional Chinese medicine.
Weeping forsythia leaves have the effects of detoxifying, relieving swelling, promoting blood circulation and stopping bleeding.
Baikal skullcap root and Baikal skullcap root are used for treating damp-warm fever, chest distress, thirst without desire for drink, damp-heat diarrhea, jaundice and the like, thereby having the efficacy of clearing heat and drying dampness. For fever due to damp-heat, it can be used in combination with pulvis Talci, fructus Amomi rotundus, and Poria; for dysentery and abdominal pain due to damp-heat, it is combined with Bai Shao, Ge Gen and gan Cao. For warm diseases, the special manifestations of warm diseases are acute onset, rapid change and many syndromes, and most of them have higher heat potential except fever. The disease condition can be relieved by taking the scutellaria baicalensis.
