50 weaned piglets are randomly divided into 5 groups, each group comprises 10 weaned piglets, and the feed additive of the above embodiment is added into piglet feed at an amount of 0.15% to feed the weaned piglets, wherein the blank control group is not added with the feed additive. Growth performance of weaned piglets is shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 growth Performance of weaned piglets
The data show that the feed additive has obvious effects on piglet daily gain, feed utilization rate improvement and diarrhea rate reduction, and is obviously superior to a comparative example and a blank control group.
The immunoglobulin content of weaned pigs is shown in table 2:
TABLE 2 content of immunoglobulin (μ g/ml) of weaned piglets
IgA | IgM | IgG | |
Blank control | 35.29 | 14.02 | 144.2 |
Comparative example | 40.12 | 15.24 | 195.1 |
Example 1 | 42.89 | 15.91 | 196.0 |
Example 2 | 43.75 | 16.05 | 197.6 |
Example 3 | 43.07 | 15.77 | 195.8 |
The immune factor content in weaned piglets is shown in table 3:
TABLE 3 immune factor content (pg/ml) in weaned piglets
IL-2 | IL-4 | TNF-α | |
Blank control | 135.2 | 85.01 | 42.1 |
Comparative example | 176.1 | 175.2 | 60.8 |
Example 1 | 190.0 | 183.6 | 66.1 |
Example 2 | 194.2 | 187.6 | 64.9 |
Example 3 | 188.9 | 181.9 | 64.8 |
The data show that the feed additive has the function of increasing the contents of main immune globulin and part of immune cytokines in the blood of the weaned pigs, thereby enhancing the disease resistance of the weaned pigs. And the immunoglobulin and immune factor content of the weaned piglets is obviously higher than that of the blank pair fraud and the comparative example.
