The method comprises the following steps: mixing corn, Peru super steam fish meal and puffed soybean, modulating for 3-5 minutes by steam at 95 ℃, and granulating; and crushing the granulated material by using a sieve sheet with the aperture of 0.8, and then fully mixing the crushed material with puffed corn, puffed rice, whey powder, soy protein concentrate, skim milk powder, cane sugar, citric acid, a compound acidifier, an organic trace element premix, calcium formate, calcium dihydrogen phosphate, lysine, threonine, methionine, salt, choline chloride, a compound vitamin premix, a compound enzyme preparation, a plant extract, a microecological preparation, a mildew removing agent, an antioxidant, antimicrobial peptide, a sweetening agent and a flavoring agent, and packaging the mixture into a finished product.

Time: 3 months in 2019-4 months in 2019
And (3) product feeding test: 40 weaned piglets with age of about 28 days are selected, and the requirements on consistent variety, similar weight, health and no diseases are met. Two groups were randomly assigned, 1 group (test group) and 2 groups (control group). Feeding is started on weaning day, and feeding period is 14 days. The test group was fed with the feed prepared in example 1, and the control group was fed in the conventional manner. During the test period, the food was taken freely and provided sufficient and clean drinking water. The pigsty is ensured to be clean and sanitary, and the pigsty and the feeding trough are regularly disinfected. The prevention and treatment and health care of diseases are carried out according to the actual conditions of the pig farm.
Test determination index
Growth performance index: calculating daily average food intake of each column at initial and final weights.
Diarrhea index: the number of pigs with diarrhea.

As can be seen from the table 1, the feed intake of the test group per head per day is improved by 26 g compared with the control group, the diarrhea rate of the test group is obviously reduced compared with the control group, and the diarrhea resistance effect of the invention on the weaned piglets is obviously improved.
Claims (10)
1. The compound feed for preventing diarrhea of weaned piglets is characterized in that: the feed comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-130 kg of corn, 120-180 kg of expanded corn, 70-90 kg of expanded soybean, 200-280 kg of expanded rice, 80-100 kg of whey powder, 20-50 kg of soybean protein concentrate, 30-60 kg of Peru super steam fish meal, 100-150 kg of skimmed milk powder, 20-40 kg of sucrose, 8-12 kg of citric acid, 4-7 kg of compound acidifying agent, 1-1.5 kg of organic trace element premix, 4-6 kg of calcium formate, 4-6 kg of monocalcium phosphate, 3-5 kg of lysine, 1-1.2 kg of threonine, 1-1.2 kg of methionine, 1-3 kg of salt, 1-2 kg of choline chloride, 0.3-0.5 kg of compound vitamin premix, 1-3 kg of compound enzyme preparation, 0.3-0.6 kg of plant extract, 0.8-1.2 kg of microecological preparation, 1-2 kg of mildew removing agent, 0.2-0.4 kg of antioxidant, 0.8-1.2 kg of antibacterial peptide, 0.4-0.6 kg of sweetening agent and 0.4-0.6 kg of flavoring agent.

The compound feed for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs according to claim 1, wherein: the feed comprises the following components in parts by weight: 120 kg of corn, 155.8 kg of puffed corn, 80 kg of puffed soybean, 250 kg of puffed rice, 90 kg of whey powder, 40 kg of soybean protein concentrate, 50 kg of Peru super steam fish meal, 140 kg of skimmed milk powder, 30 kg of sucrose, 10 kg of citric acid, 6 kg of a compound acidifier, 1.5 kg of an organic trace element premix, 5 kg of calcium formate, 5 kg of calcium dihydrogen phosphate, 4 kg of lysine, 1kg of threonine, 1kg of methionine, 2 kg of table salt, 1.5 kg of choline chloride, 0.4 kg of a compound vitamin premix, 2 kg of a compound enzyme preparation, 0.5 kg of a plant extract, 1kg of a microecological preparation, 1kg of a mildew remover, 0.3 kg of an antioxidant, 1kg of antimicrobial peptide, 0.5 kg of a sweetening agent and 0.5 kg of a flavoring agent.

The compound feed for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs according to claim 1, wherein: the puffed corn is prepared by extruding and puffing corn under high pressure of 3-8 MPa and high temperature of 100-130 ℃, curing starch, and crushing the puffed corn by using a sieve sheet with a pore diameter of 0.8, so that the digestibility of the corn is improved.
4. The compound feed for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs according to claim 1, wherein: the compound acidifier is prepared by mixing 5% of calcium formate, 30% of lactic acid, 30% of phosphoric acid, 20% of citric acid and 15% of glucose according to weight percentage.

The compound feed for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs according to claim 1, wherein: every 1kg of the organic trace element premix comprises 45-110 mg of iron element, 3.8-9.6 mg of manganese element, 5.5-13.5 mg of copper element, 1500-2000 mg of zinc element, 0.1-0.5 mg of selenium element, 0.2-0.8 mg of iodine element and 0.1-0.8 mg of chromium element.

The compound feed for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs according to claim 1, wherein: each 1kg of the vitamin complex premix comprises 5000-75000 IU of vitamin A, 220-850 IU of vitamin D3, 150-600 IU of vitamin E, 80-500 mg of vitamin K3, 15-75 mg of vitamin B1, 25-130 mg of vitamin B2, 70-350 mg of vitamin B6, 0.8-35 mg of vitamin B12, 25-140 mg of folic acid, 12-75 mg of biotin, 55-200 mg of nicotinic acid and 15-80 mg of calcium pantothenate.

The compound feed for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs according to claim 1, wherein: the compound enzyme preparation comprises 6000-9000U/g of protease, 9000-16000U/g of amylase, 8500-20000U/g of cellulase, 4500-7000U/g of xylanase, 2500-4500U/g of glucanase and 2000-5000U/g of phytase per 1kg of the compound enzyme preparation.
8. The compound feed for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs according to claim 1, wherein: the plant extract is prepared by mixing 20% of astragalus extract, 10% of dark plum extract, 25% of honeysuckle extract, 20% of dried ginger extract and 25% of carrier according to weight percentage.
9. The compound feed for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs according to claim 1, wherein: the microecological preparation is prepared by mixing bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, clostridium butyricum, lactic acid bacteria and xylo-oligosaccharide.

A method for preparing the compound feed for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps: mixing corn, Peru super steam fish meal and puffed soybean, modulating for 3-5 minutes by steam at 95 ℃, and granulating; and crushing the granulated material by using a sieve sheet with the aperture of 0.8, and then fully mixing the crushed material with puffed corn, puffed rice, whey powder, soy protein concentrate, skim milk powder, cane sugar, citric acid, a compound acidifier, an organic trace element premix, calcium formate, calcium dihydrogen phosphate, lysine, threonine, methionine, salt, choline chloride, a compound vitamin premix, a compound enzyme preparation, a plant extract, a microecological preparation, a mildew removing agent, an antioxidant, antimicrobial peptide, a sweetening agent and a flavoring agent, and packaging the mixture into a finished product.
