精油是从植物的根、茎、叶、枝、干、花、果、籽以及分泌出的树脂、树膏具有特征性香气的油状物质。精油具有净化空气与杀菌、提供细胞营养、平衡身心灵、提高免疫功能、具有天然的防腐特质等特性,精油可经肺部进入血液循环,也可经皮肤毛孔,进入血液循环,在体内影响各系统可达数小时至数星期之久,同时亦经嗅觉细胞到达大脑中的嗅觉区,精油中的化学物质促进神经化学物质的释出,刺激脑下垂体分泌酵素及荷尔蒙分泌等而产生镇定、放松或兴奋的效果,平衡体内机能,起到美容效果。
精油价值的另一方面就在于它的稀有,其制造过程很烦琐,得率低,且原材料种植有限,无法大量生产,且其产量和品质受到诸多因素影响,如种植环境、种植方法、种植护理、提炼方法、提炼时期、保存条件等。一般纯精油的保存期限较短,纵使香味不变,但其特殊活性可能已经丧失了。
中国专利申请CN 105524715 A公开了一种广藿香调和熏香精油的组合配方,采用广藿香精油、檀香精油、伊兰精油、玫瑰精油、茉莉精油为原料,将以上精油滴入熏香器具,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,加热散发即可。但其由于配方的组合并没有很好地发挥各组分有效作用,使用效果欠佳。
中国专利申请CN 106539724 A公开了一种薰衣草安神助眠香水,包括下列原料:薰衣草纯露、百合花纯露、菩提花纯露、洋甘菊纯露、马郁兰纯露、接骨木花纯露、橙花精油酊剂、百里香精油酊剂、乳香精油酊剂;其有效组分较多,一方面增加了成本,另一方面较多的种类还增加了其可能对敏感人群造成刺激的可能性。
因此,现有技术中,精油的优点在于可以根据需要制备不同功效的产品,但是其效果的好坏保存时间的长短是现在面临的技术问题。
发明内容
为克服以上技术问题,本发明提供了一种镇静安神的组合物,其制备方法简单,制成的香水持香恒久,且具有较好的镇静安神的作用;同时,解决了香水味道浓郁容易引起不适,并且刺激性较大的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种镇静安神的组合物,原料包括以下组分:广藿香、檀香、伊兰、玫瑰;
所述镇静安神的组合物,包括以下组分:广藿香精油、檀香精油、伊兰精油、玫瑰精油;
优选地,所述镇静安神的组合物,还包括辅料:维生素E、麦芽酚、乙醇、异戊醇和薄荷脑。
优选地,按照重量份数计,所述镇静安神的组合物,包括以下组分:广藿香精油5-20份、檀香精油3-25份、伊兰精油5-20份、玫瑰精油3-12份、维生素E 3-6份、麦芽酚1-4份、乙醇30-70份、异戊醇20-50份和薄荷脑1-5份;
优选地,按照重量份数计,所述镇静安神的组合物,包括以下组分:广藿香精油6-10份、檀香精油4-15份、伊兰精油8-12份、玫瑰精油4-7份、维生素E 3-5份、麦芽酚2-3份、乙醇40-60份、异戊醇30-40份和薄荷脑2-4份;
优选地,按照重量份数计,所述镇静安神的组合物,包括以下组分:广藿香精油6份、檀香精油4份、伊兰精油8份、玫瑰精油4份、维生素E 4份、麦芽酚2份、乙醇50份、异戊醇30份和薄荷脑3份;
优选地,所述精油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)分别将广藿香、檀香、伊兰切成小块压榨,过滤,得到滤液和残渣;
(2)将残渣分别放入石油醚中进行回流提取,减压蒸馏后与各自滤液混合,得粗提物;
(3)将广藿香、檀香、伊兰的粗提物分别进行水蒸气蒸馏提取,加热回流,制得广藿香精油和檀香精油、伊兰精油;
(4)将玫瑰花切碎后进行水蒸气蒸馏提取,加热回流,制得玫瑰精油。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述压榨在25-35℃下进行;
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述石油醚的用量为残渣质量的3-5倍;所述石油醚的沸程为30-60℃;
优选地,步骤(2)中,还包括在石油醚中加入肉豆蔻酸;
所述肉豆蔻酸的加入量为石油醚质量的1-5%;
优选地,步骤(3)或(4)中,所述加热回流至精油不再增加为止;
本发明的另一目的在于提供所述镇静安神的组合物在制备镇静安神香水中的应用。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种所述镇静安神香水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取维生素E、麦芽酚溶于乙醇中,再将广藿香精油和檀香精油溶于其中,搅拌,得乙醇溶液;
(2)将薄荷脑溶于异戊醇,加入伊兰精油和玫瑰精油,搅拌,得异戊醇溶液;
(3)将乙醇溶液和异戊醇溶液混合,即得到镇静安神的香水。
优选地,步骤(1)或(2)中,所述搅拌在100-300rpm条件下进行。
优选地,步骤(3)中,还包括在80-100HZ,200-500W条件下进行超声。
与现有技术比,本发明的技术优势在于:
(1)本发明广藿香精油、檀香精油、伊兰精油、玫瑰精油四种精油共同作用,使得制成的香水具有较好地镇静安神的作用;
(2)本发明中除了使用广藿香精油、檀香精油、伊兰精油、玫瑰精油以外,还使用了维生素E、麦芽酚和薄荷脑等辅料,有助于促进香水的镇静安神作用,同时,还能增加香水的持久性并降低香水的刺激作用,能更好地发挥镇定和修复作用;同时,还促进了香水的保质期;
(3)在精油的提取过程中,加入肉豆蔻酸有助于精油的提取,更好的使精油从其植物原料中萃取出来。
(4)本申请中所用的精油成分较少,但具有较好的镇定安神的效果,有效降低了香水制备的成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例中所述镇静安神的组合物,原料包括以下组分:广藿香、檀香、伊兰、玫瑰;
按照重量份数计,所述镇静安神的组合物,包括以下组分:广藿香精油6份、檀香精油4份、伊兰精油8份、玫瑰精油4份、维生素E 4份、麦芽酚2份、乙醇50份、异戊醇30份和薄荷脑3份;
本实施例中所述精油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)分别将广藿香、檀香、伊兰切成小块在30下进行压榨,过滤,得到滤液和残渣;
(2)将残渣分别放入4倍质量的石油醚中,在石油醚中加入石油醚质量3%的肉豆蔻酸;进行回流提取,减压蒸馏后与各自滤液混合,得粗提物;所述石油醚的沸程为30-60℃;
(3)将广藿香、檀香、伊兰的粗提物分别进行水蒸气蒸馏提取,加热回流,至精油不再增加为止;制得广藿香精油和檀香精油、伊兰精油;
(4)将玫瑰花切碎后进行水蒸气蒸馏提取,加热回流,至精油不再增加为止;制得玫瑰精油。
本实施例中所述镇静安神香水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取维生素E、麦芽酚溶于乙醇中,再将广藿香精油和檀香精油溶于其中,在200rpm条件下进行搅拌,得乙醇溶液;
(2)将薄荷脑溶于异戊醇,加入伊兰精油和玫瑰精油,在200rpm条件下进行搅拌,得异戊醇溶液;
(3)将乙醇溶液和异戊醇溶液混合,在80HZ,300W条件下进行超声即得到镇静安神的香水。
实施例2
本实施例中所述镇静安神的组合物,原料包括以下组分:广藿香、檀香、伊兰、玫瑰;
按照重量份数计,所述镇静安神的组合物,包括以下组分:广藿香精油5份、檀香精油25份、伊兰精油5份、玫瑰精油12份、维生素E 3份、麦芽酚4份、乙醇30份、异戊醇50份和薄荷脑1份;
本实施例中所述精油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)分别将广藿香、檀香、伊兰切成小块在25℃下进行压榨,过滤,得到滤液和残渣;
(2)将残渣分别放入3倍质量的石油醚中,在石油醚中加入石油醚质量5%的肉豆蔻酸;进行回流提取,减压蒸馏后与各自滤液混合,得粗提物;所述石油醚的沸程为30-60℃;
(3)将广藿香、檀香、伊兰的粗提物分别进行水蒸气蒸馏提取,加热回流,至精油不再增加为止;制得广藿香精油和檀香精油、伊兰精油;
(4)将玫瑰花切碎后进行水蒸气蒸馏提取,加热回流,至精油不再增加为止;制得玫瑰精油。
本实施例中所述镇静安神香水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取维生素E、麦芽酚溶于乙醇中,再将广藿香精油和檀香精油溶于其中,在100rpm条件下进行搅拌,得乙醇溶液;
(2)将薄荷脑溶于异戊醇,加入伊兰精油和玫瑰精油,在300rpm条件下进行搅拌,得异戊醇溶液;
(3)将乙醇溶液和异戊醇溶液混合,在100HZ,200W条件下进行超声即得到镇静安神的香水。
实施例3
本实施例中所述镇静安神的组合物,原料包括以下组分:广藿香、檀香、伊兰、玫瑰;
按照重量份数计,所述镇静安神的组合物,包括以下组分:广藿香精油20份、檀香精油3份、伊兰精油20份、玫瑰精油3份、维生素E 6份、麦芽酚1份、乙醇70份、异戊醇20和薄荷脑5份;
本实施例中所述精油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)分别将广藿香、檀香、伊兰切成小块在35℃下进行压榨,过滤,得到滤液和残渣;
(2)将残渣分别放入5倍质量的石油醚中,在石油醚中加入石油醚质量1%的肉豆蔻酸;进行回流提取,减压蒸馏后与各自滤液混合,得粗提物;所述石油醚的沸程为30-60℃;
(3)将广藿香、檀香、伊兰的粗提物分别进行水蒸气蒸馏提取,加热回流,至精油不再增加为止;制得广藿香精油和檀香精油、伊兰精油;
(4)将玫瑰花切碎后进行水蒸气蒸馏提取,加热回流,至精油不再增加为止;制得玫瑰精油。
本实施例中所述镇静安神香水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取维生素E、麦芽酚溶于乙醇中,再将广藿香精油和檀香精油溶于其中,在300rpm条件下进行搅拌,得乙醇溶液;
(2)将薄荷脑溶于异戊醇,加入伊兰精油和玫瑰精油,在100rpm条件下进行搅拌,得异戊醇溶液;
(3)将乙醇溶液和异戊醇溶液混合,在80HZ,500W条件下进行超声即得到镇静安神的香水。
实施例4
本实施例中所述镇静安神的组合物,原料包括以下组分:广藿香、檀香、伊兰、玫瑰;
按照重量份数计,所述镇静安神的组合物,包括以下组分:广藿香精油10份、檀香精油15份、伊兰精油12份、玫瑰精油7份、维生素E 5份、麦芽酚3份、乙醇60份、异戊醇40份和薄荷脑4份;
本实施例中所述精油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)分别将广藿香、檀香、伊兰切成小块在25℃下进行压榨,过滤,得到滤液和残渣;
(2)将残渣分别放入3倍质量的石油醚中,在石油醚中加入石油醚质量2%的肉豆蔻酸;进行回流提取,减压蒸馏后与各自滤液混合,得粗提物;所述石油醚的沸程为30-60℃;
(3)将广藿香、檀香、伊兰的粗提物分别进行水蒸气蒸馏提取,加热回流,至精油不再增加为止;制得广藿香精油和檀香精油、伊兰精油;
(4)将玫瑰花切碎后进行水蒸气蒸馏提取,加热回流,至精油不再增加为止;制得玫瑰精油。
本实施例中所述镇静安神香水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取维生素E、麦芽酚溶于乙醇中,再将广藿香精油和檀香精油溶于其中,在200rpm条件下进行搅拌,得乙醇溶液;
(2)将薄荷脑溶于异戊醇,加入伊兰精油和玫瑰精油,在200rpm条件下进行搅拌,得异戊醇溶液;
(3)将乙醇溶液和异戊醇溶液混合,在80HZ,200W条件下进行超声即得到镇静安神的香水。
对比例1
与实施例1相比,不含有维生素E。
本对比例中所述镇静安神的组合物,原料同实施例1;
按照重量份数计,所述镇静安神的组合物,包括以下组分:广藿香精油6份、檀香精油4份、伊兰精油8份、玫瑰精油4份、麦芽酚2份、乙醇50份、异戊醇30份和薄荷脑3份;
本对比例中所述精油的制备方法同实施例1;
本对比例中所述镇静安神香水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取麦芽酚溶于乙醇中,再将广藿香精油和檀香精油溶于其中,在200rpm条件下进行搅拌,得乙醇溶液;
(2)-(3)同实施例1。
对比例2
与实施例1相比,精油提取过程中没有使用肉豆蔻酸。
本对比例中所述镇静安神的组合物,原料同实施例1;
本对比例中所述镇静安神的组合物,组分同实施例1;
本对比例中所述精油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)同实施例1;
(2)将残渣分别放入4倍质量的石油醚中;进行回流提取,减压蒸馏后与各自滤液混合,得粗提物;所述石油醚的沸程为30-60℃;
(3)-(4)同实施例1。
本对比例中所述镇静安神香水的制备方法,同实施例1。
对比例3
与实施例1相比,精油提取工艺不同。
与实施例1相比,精油提取过程中没有使用肉豆蔻酸。

效果例
戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间的影响:
实验方法:取昆明小鼠90只,体重18-22g,分为9组,每组10只,分别为对照组、实施例1-4组、对比例1-4组,其中,实施例1-4组、对比例1-4组在耳部涂覆50mg/相应香水,每天2次,连续3天后,各组均腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠50mg/kg。观察小鼠睡眠时间(表1)。

Claims (10)
1.一种镇静安神的组合物,其特征在于,原料包括以下组分:广藿香、檀香、伊兰、玫瑰。
2.如权利要求1所述的镇静安神的组合物,其特征在于,所述镇静安神的组合物,包括以下组分:广藿香精油、檀香精油、伊兰精油、玫瑰精油。
3.如权利要求2所述的镇静安神的组合物,其特征在于,所述镇静安神的组合物,还包括辅料:维生素E、麦芽酚、乙醇、异戊醇和薄荷脑。
4.如权利要求3所述的镇静安神的组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述镇静安神的组合物,包括以下组分:广藿香精油5-20份、檀香精油3-25份、伊兰精油5-20份、玫瑰精油3-12份、维生素E 3-6份、麦芽酚1-4份、乙醇30-70份、异戊醇20-50份和薄荷脑1-5份。
5.如权利要求2所述镇静安神的组合物,其特征在于,所述精油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)分别将广藿香、檀香、伊兰切成小块压榨,过滤,得到滤液和残渣;
(2)将残渣分别石油醚中进行回流提取,减压蒸馏后与滤液混合,得粗提物;
(3)将粗提物分别进行水蒸气蒸馏提取,加热回流,制得广藿香精油和檀香精油、伊兰精油;
(4)将玫瑰花切碎后进行水蒸气蒸馏提取,加热回流,制得玫瑰精油。
6.如权利要求5所述镇静安神的组合物,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述压榨在25-35℃下进行;所述石油醚的用量为残渣质量的3-5倍;所述石油醚的沸程为30-60℃。
7.如权利要求5所述镇静安神的组合物,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,还包括在石油醚中加入肉豆蔻酸;所述肉豆蔻酸的加入量为石油醚质量的1-5%。
8.如权利要求1-7任一所述镇静安神的组合物在制备镇静安神香水中的应用。
9.如权利要求8所述镇静安神香水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取维生素E、麦芽酚溶于乙醇中,再将广藿香精油和檀香精油溶于其中,搅拌,得乙醇溶液;
(2)将薄荷脑溶于异戊醇,加入伊兰精油和玫瑰精油,搅拌,得异戊醇溶液;
(3)将乙醇溶液和异戊醇溶液混合,即得到镇静安神的香水。
10.如权利要求9所述镇静安神香水的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)或(2)中,所述搅拌在100-300rpm条件下进行;步骤(3)中,还包括在80-100HZ,200-500W条件下进行超声。
