饮料是指以水为基本原料,由不同的配方和制造工艺生产出来,供人们直接饮用的液 体食品。饮料除提供水分外,由于在不同品种的饮料中含有不等量的糖、酸、乳、钠、无机盐等成分;有香甜味道的饮料能使人们的饮水量增加,保证了身体对水分的需要,尤其是在炎炎夏日,一杯饮料能够降低人们的燥热感,避免中暑。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,提供一种清爽可口的饮料,本发明设计了一种薄荷口味饮料。
本发明所采取的具体技术方案为:一种薄荷口味饮料,包括水、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾、安赛蜜、三氯蔗糖、薄荷提取物。
包括水90-100重量份数、碳酸氢钠0.1-1重量份数、柠檬酸0.1-0.3重量份数、氯化钾0.5-1.5重量份数、安赛蜜0.01-0.03重量份、三氯蔗糖0.01-0.025重量份数、薄荷提取物0.05-0.15重量份数。

添加薄荷提取物,能够保证优化饮料的风味和口感,提高人们的喜爱程度,同时薄荷是极好的降火产品,饮用本饮料能够有效避免上火,在夏日防止中暑,在运动或者烈日下暴晒后,饮用本产品给人以清凉的感觉。
碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾、安赛蜜、三氯蔗糖、薄荷提取物为普通市售产品。柠檬酸与碳酸氢钠相互中和,保证产品酸碱度适宜。
实施例二 本实施例与上述实施方式基本相同,不同之处在于:所述水为决明子浸泡物,由5重量份决明子和100重量份开水进行浸泡得到的浸泡液,所述开水温度为90摄氏度,该浸泡时间不小于15分钟。
决明子为中药,具有清热去火、明目、润肠通便的作用,结合薄荷提取物,使本产品更加清热去火、润肠通便的效果,在烈日下避免眩晕。
薄荷与决明子浸泡物中决明子的味道相互中和,有效去除决明子的微苦,在保证决明子清热效果的前提下尽可能的增加产品风味。
实施例三 本实施例与上述实施方式基本相同,不同之处在于,在饮料中冲入二氧化碳,形成碳酸风味饮料。

2.根据权利要求1所述的薄荷口味饮料,其特征在于,包括水90-100重量份数、碳酸氢钠0.1-1重量份数、柠檬酸0.1-0.3重量份数、氯化钾0.5-1.5重量份数、安赛蜜0.01-0.03重量份、三氯蔗糖0.01-0.025重量份数、薄荷提取物0.05-0.15重量份数。
3.根据权利要求2所述的薄荷口味饮料,其特征在于,包括食用香精0.05-0.1重量份数。
4.根据权利要求3所述的薄荷口味饮料,其特征在于,包括水100重量份数、碳酸氢钠0.3重量份数、柠檬酸0.15重量份数、氯化钾0.8重量份数、安赛蜜0.015重量份、三氯蔗糖0.01重量份数、薄荷提取物0.15重量份数。
