In this embodiment, a second stirring shaft 415 is arranged inside the fertilizer storage cylinder 4, a plurality of stirring rods 303 are arranged on the second stirring shaft 415, the tail ends of the stirring rods 303 are connected with spiral belts 302, a motor base 402 is arranged at the upper end of the fertilizer storage cylinder 4, a second motor 403 is mounted on the upper portion of the motor base 402, and an output shaft of the second motor 403 is connected with the second stirring shaft 415 inside the fertilizer storage cylinder 4; during fertilization, the second motor 403 drives the second stirring shaft 415 in the fertilizer storage barrel 4 to rotate, the stirring rod 303 and the spiral belt 302 break up the fertilizer, and blocking of a blanking hole, a fertilizer discharging pipe 413 and the like of the agglomerated fertilizer in the discharging barrel 409 is avoided; the second stirring shaft 415 is provided with a spiral blade 401, and the spiral blade 401 conveys the fertilizer to the inside of the connecting cylinder 405, so that the continuity of the fertilizer application is ensured.
