Background
The water and fertilizer integration technology is a new agricultural technology integrating irrigation and fertilization, existing water and fertilizer integration equipment utilizes fixed water sources such as wells, reservoirs and water reservoirs, cannot make full use of rainwater resources, waste is caused to water resources, the existing water and fertilizer integration equipment is fixed in the injection angle of a drip irrigation pipe, the drip irrigation pipe can only inject water and fertilizer to a specified planting area, when the water and fertilizer are injected to more planting areas, more drip irrigation pipes need to be used, and the economic cost is increased.
The invention with the patent number of CN105993349A discloses a water and fertilizer integrated fertilizing device, which comprises a plurality of rainwater collectors, a plurality of water conveying pipelines, a mixer, a conveying pipeline and a micro-irrigation pipeline, wherein the rainwater collectors are arranged at different positions of a planting area, one side of each rainwater collector is connected with a water outlet pipe, the water outlet pipes are communicated with the water conveying pipelines, the top of the mixer is provided with a liquid feeding port and a solid feeding port, stirring slurry is arranged inside the mixer and connected with a stirring motor, the conveying pipeline is connected with the micro-irrigation pipeline, the micro-irrigation pipeline is provided with a plurality of strips, the end parts of the micro-irrigation pipeline extend to the root of a plant, the end parts of the micro-irrigation pipeline are connected with an atomizing spray head, the water and fertilizer integrated fertilizing device can collect and filter rainwater, then perform fertilizer and water mixing with liquid fertilizer or soluble solid fertilizer, and directly apply the fertilizer to the root of the plant, realizes the energy-saving fertilization of water and fertilizer saving, and has very important significance for plant planting.
Although the invention realizes the energy-saving fertilization of water and fertilizer saving, more drip irrigation pipes are still needed when spraying water and fertilizer to more planting areas, thus increasing the economic cost; the device for sealing the liquid inlet of the rainwater collector is not arranged, so that leaves or large impurities are easy to blow into the rainwater collector when wind is strong, and filter holes of the filter screen are easy to block.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sealing assembly further includes a supporting frame disposed on a side wall of the right side plate, a rotating electrical machine is disposed at a top of the supporting frame, a driving gear is sleeved on an output shaft of the rotating electrical machine, a driven gear engaged with the driving gear is sleeved on the rotating rod, and a rain cover for preventing rain of the rotating electrical machine is further disposed on the side wall of the right side plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the liquid-fertilizer mixing mechanism comprises a mixing cylinder and a stirring assembly arranged at the top of the mixing cylinder, wherein a feeding pipeline which is obliquely arranged is arranged on the mixing cylinder, the stirring assembly comprises a stirring motor with an output shaft vertically arranged downwards, a stirring rod is sleeved on the output shaft of the stirring motor, stirring blades are arranged on the stirring rod, a water pump is arranged between the mixing cylinder and a rain collecting cabinet, a liquid inlet pipeline is arranged between the input end of the water pump and the rain collecting cabinet, a liquid feeding pipeline is arranged between the output end of the water pump and the mixing cylinder, and a connecting frame is arranged at the bottom of the water pump.
The invention provides a water and fertilizer integrated irrigation device by improvement, compared with the prior art, the water and fertilizer integrated irrigation device has the following improvements and advantages:
(1) this device can be collected the rainwater through rainwater collection mechanism, can mix fertilizer and the rainwater after filtering through liquid manure mixing mechanism to can irrigate more planting area at a plurality of angles through irrigating the mechanism.
(2) The rainwater collecting mechanism comprises a rainwater collecting cabinet, a liquid inlet funnel, a filter screen and a sealing component, wherein the liquid inlet funnel is used for collecting rainwater, and the sealing component can seal a feed inlet of the liquid inlet funnel so as to prevent fallen leaves or larger impurities from blocking filter holes of the filter screen; the rainwater collecting mechanism is used for collecting rainwater, fully utilizes rainwater resources and saves water resources.
(3) Be equipped with irrigation mechanism, irrigation mechanism is including first irrigation subassembly and second irrigation subassembly, and first irrigation subassembly and second irrigation subassembly structure are the same and all include infusion part, backup pad, swing part and angle change part, and swing part is used for making all irrigation spray nozzle's spray direction change to angle change part makes all infusion hose's spray angle change, thereby this equipment can irrigate more planting area.
(4) Be equipped with liquid manure mixing mechanism, liquid manure mixing mechanism is including mixing drum and stirring subassembly, and liquid manure mixing mechanism can mix fertilizer and the rainwater after the filtration, irrigates planting area.
