提供了一种快递柜及其寄取件方法、机器人及计算机存储介质，快递柜包括快递柜单元和收取机构，寄取件方法包括接收寄件投放指令或取件投放指令；在接收到寄件投放指令后，开启快递柜单元，以接收待寄快递件(S11)；获取待寄快递件的快递信息，根据预设规则将快递柜单元中的待寄快递件分拣至收取机构(S19)；在接收到取件投放指令后，开启收取机构，以接收待取快递件(S12)；获取待取快递件的快递信息，根据预设规则将收取机构中的待取快递件分拣至快递柜单元(S20)。通过上述方式，能够提升快递柜的有效使用率。
