Abstract
本发明涉及一个分离烟气中有害物质的过滤器,
它有一个过滤器外壳(1)和几个按一定间隔水平布置
的过滤箱(2)或垂直布置的过滤箱(2)。在这些过滤箱
中放过滤介质(3),例如活性炭、平炉焦炭或类似的滤
质。
过滤箱(2)通过喷嘴(6)用水喷洒。过滤箱(2)的
喷水面是适当透水的。
烟气从下方流经过滤箱(2)。过滤箱的这部分面
积是透气的。
过滤箱(2)的下方是带有垂直进气管(8)的集水箱
(7),集水箱中收集的水用泵抽走作为喷洒水用。
Description
本发明涉及一个分离烟气中有害物质的过滤器,它带有一个用来盛装活性炭、平炉焦炭或类似滤质的过滤器外壳、一个加水用的计量装置和一个饱和有害沉淀物的排出装置,以及烟气输入和输出连接管口。
EP-B1-0490202提出一个在烟气进入烟囱之前将其中的二恶烯和呋喃之类的有害物质分离出去的活性炭过滤器。为了吸收这种有害物质,在过滤容器中,用30%~40%的水(体积比)与活性炭混合,并让烟气以一系列小气泡的形状通过活性炭和水的混合物。过滤容器有一块穿孔隔板作烟气分配器。排出被有害物质饱和了的活性炭沉淀物后,补充适量的干活性炭和水。
这种已知的活性炭过滤器经过大量的试验证明:完全满足净化度的要求。
本发明的任务在于,对例如废物焚烧炉用的带活性炭、平炉焦炭或其他滤质的过滤器从结构和工艺上加以改进,以避免过滤容器中的滤质在过滤过程中完全浸入水池中。
本发明的这个任务是主权利要求所述的方法来解决的。本发明的其他改进则述于附属权利要求中。
过滤器的结构可根据装滤质的过滤箱之水平或垂直安装两种方式进行选择。
过滤箱的面积、至少是烟气流经和水喷洒的那部分面积必须做成网格状,以利透气和透水。网格面积的网孔不得过大,以免颗粒状的滤质通过网孔。
过滤器外壳结构应易于拆卸,即过滤箱可象抽屉那样拉出或取出,以方便例如滤质的更换。
布置在最下方的敞口式集水箱可收集装在其上的各个过滤箱流出的水,收集到的水用泵送回上方以作喷洒水用。
当然,可用任意多的过滤器组装成一个过滤设备,而且过滤器外壳可以用方形,多边形或圆形横截面。
下面结合附图来阐述本发明过滤器的实施例。

图1表示过滤箱水平布置的过滤器断面图;
图2表示过滤箱垂直布置的过滤器断面图;
如图1所示,在过滤器外壳(1)内有水平重叠布置的过滤箱(2)。
过滤箱(2)的壁(4)凡有烟气通过或水喷洒的地方都作成网格状。
呈颗粒状的活性炭、平炉焦炭或类似的滤质(3)置放在过滤箱(2)中。
烟气从下方经过烟气入口(5)流入过滤器外壳(1)中。
布置在过滤箱(2)下方的集水箱(7)中有垂直的烟气管(8),烟气通过这些烟气管流到上方装有滤质(3)的过滤箱(2)中。
每个过滤箱(2)的上方都有喷嘴(6)可将水喷洒到滤质(3)上。喷洒的水由下方集水箱(7)收集并用泵(9)重新送回喷管的喷嘴(6)。
集水箱(7)有一个水位计(10)。当集水箱(7)的水位低于规定的高度时,立即通过一个脉冲把补充水管(12)上的阀门(11)打开,这样,补充水就被送到过滤器中。
集水箱底部装有一个清除沉淀物的装置(图中未示出)。
过滤后的烟气从排出口(13)流出。
图2表示过滤箱(2)垂直布置在过滤器外壳(1)中的过滤器。此时喷嘴(6)装在垂直喷管上,并只喷洒过滤箱(2)的一面或者在适当布置喷管时亦可喷洒过滤箱(2)的两面。
过滤箱(2)的其余结构与图1相当。例如此时也有一个集水箱(7),并将收集的水如图1的过滤器那样重新加以利用。
Claims (5)
1、分离烟气中有害物质的过滤器带有一个装活性炭、平炉焦炭或类似滤质的过滤器外壳、一个计量加水装置和一个饱和有害物质沉淀物的清除装置,以及烟气进出连接管口,其特征是,在过滤器外壳(1)中装有若干个水平或垂直布置的用来装滤质(3)的过滤箱(2),过滤箱(2)的壁(4)呈鼠笼状、并透气、透水;在过滤器外壳(1)的底部及过滤箱(2)下方至少装有一个进气连接管口(5);在水平布置过滤箱(2)时,至少在每个过滤箱(2)的上侧或在垂直布置过滤箱(2)时至少每个过滤箱一侧装有喷洒过滤箱填充物(滤质3)的洒水用的喷嘴(6);在水平布置的最下一个过滤箱(2)的下方或在垂直布置的过滤箱(2)的下方布置一个带垂直进气管(8)的集水箱(7),并用泵(9)把集水箱中收集的水送回喷嘴(6)作洒水用;过滤器外壳(1)的上方装有过滤后的烟气排出管口(13)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的过滤器,其特征是,有烟气流过和洒水的过滤箱(2)的壁(4)才是透气,透水的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的过滤器,其特征是,集水箱(7)有一个水位计(10),当箱中水位低于调定的水平面时,立即向补充水管(12)的阀门(11)发送一个脉冲。
4、根据权利要求1所述的过滤器,其特征是,过滤器的结构是使得装滤质(3)的水平或垂直布置的过滤箱(2)装在过滤器外壳(1)中,并可按需要从过滤器外壳(1)中拉出或取出。
5、根据权利要求1~4所述的过滤器,其特征是,过滤器可由方形、多边形或圆形横截面的一个过滤器外壳(1)或多个并联的过滤器外壳(1)组成。
