Abstract

本发明公开了一种清洁抹布,该抹布的基布经过清洁配方处理,所述清洁配方包括:聚酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、聚醚消泡剂、苯氧乙醇和水。本发明还公开了上述清洁抹布的制备工艺方法。本发明通过改进抹布的清洁配方,提升了抹布的去油能力和使用时对人体的安全性,同时还降低了生产成本。

清洁抹布
技术领域
本发明涉及清洁用品领域,特别是涉及一种清洁抹布及其生产工艺方法。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,由定向或随机的纤维构成,因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点,因此用途很广。
中国发明专利ZL201410468627.X披露了一种以无纺布为主的清洁抹布及其生产工艺,该清洁抹布具有自身吸水吸油但不沾油污的优点,使用后用清水清洗就可以实现油与布的快速自动分离。但该抹布存在以下缺点:1、基布上所添加的清洁配方中含有季铵盐抗菌剂,而季铵盐抗菌剂虽然具有抗菌活性高、性能稳定持久的优点,但是对人体会产生较强的毒性,因此添加有季铵盐抗菌剂的抹布在使用过程中存在安全性问题;2、清洁配方中含有聚醚类亲水硅油,这类改性聚醚不耐高温,而烘筒的温度比较高,因此高温下会有破乳现象,抹布在生产过程中容易给工厂的烘干设备造成粘辊的现象;3、吸油效果还需要进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种清洁抹布,它去油能力强,对人体安全,且成本低廉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的清洁抹布,其基布经过清洁配方处理,所述清洁配方包括:聚酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、聚醚消泡剂、苯氧乙醇和水。
所述聚酯为亲水改性聚酯(优选为多元醇改性聚酯),含量优选为4%-8%。聚酯可以降低化纤纤维的表面张力,降低静电,提高易去污性能。聚酯用量若小于4%,则易去污等级将小于三级,去污效果差;若聚酯用量大于8%,则虽然易去污性能可以达到五级,但是抹布的手感会变得滑腻,且会增加抹布的生产成本。因此,聚酯用量在4%-8%之间,既能满足去污要求,又能使抹布手感适中,且成本低廉。
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(简称AES)的含量优选为4%-8%。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的作用主要是去除油污,其用量若小于4%,会导致去污效果不合格;而若大于8%,则虽然去污效果好,但是会使抹布沾水后产生大量的泡沫,降低用户的使用体验。因此,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的用量宜控制在4%-8%之间,这样既能保证抹布的去污效果,又能使抹布沾水后产生的泡沫量适中。
所述聚醚消泡剂优选为聚二甲基硅氧烷。聚醚消泡剂用于在抹布生产过程中,降低浆料槽中的泡沫,节约化学试剂成本(可以节约15%化学试剂成本)。聚醚消泡剂的含量优选为1%-3%。若聚醚消泡剂的用量小于1%,则整个体系的抑泡效果不好;若大于3%,则会影响去污的效果。因此,聚醚消泡剂的用量宜控制在1%-3%之间,以兼顾抑泡效果和去污效果。
所述苯氧乙醇主要用作杀菌剂和防霉剂,其含量优选为0.5%-1%。苯氧乙醇一般不会释放甲醛。苯氧乙醇的毒理学数据LD50(半数致死量)为:大鼠经口3000mg/kg,小鼠经口4000mg/kg,属于轻度毒性(数据来源于《化妆品防腐剂的现状与发展》2007版)。
所述基布的制备材料优选为100%粘胶木浆纤维,或粘胶和涤纶的混合纤维。其中,粘胶纤维的比例优选为50%以上,以保证抹布的洗涤效果。
本发明要解决的技术问题之二是提供上述清洁抹布的制备方法。该方法包括以下步骤:
1)制备清洁配方原液:将聚酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、聚醚消泡剂、苯氧乙醇、去离子水混合并搅拌均匀,得到清洁配方原液;
2)制备基布:对纤维原料进行混合开松,经梳理、铺网、牵伸、预湿、正反水刺、轧干工艺,制备出基布;
3)定型:将基布浸入含清洁配方原液的定型稀释液中进行定型;
4)干燥:将步骤3得到的定型后的基布轧干,然后在150℃下烘干,得到清洁抹布成品;
5)分切及包装:将清洁抹布成品分切后进行包装,得到清洁抹布产品。
上述步骤3)所述定型稀释液,按照重量份计,每一百份中包括10份清洁配方原液、9份粘合剂和81份的水。所述粘合剂优选为纯丙乳液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的清洁抹布具有以下优点和有益效果:
1.去油能力强。本发明的清洁剂配方选用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠来去除油污,其去油能力远大于直链烷基苯磺酸钠和异构十三醇醚的混合物。
2.毒性低,对人体更安全。本发明的清洁剂配方选用苯氧乙醇作为杀菌剂和防霉剂,相比季铵盐抗菌剂,苯氧乙醇的毒性要低得多,对人体更安全。
3.成本低。本发明的清洁剂配方中添加了消泡剂,消泡剂的加入可以在抹布生产过程中,降低浆料槽中的泡沫,减少清洁剂的损耗,从而可以降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
为对本发明的技术内容、特点与功效有更具体的了解,现结合附图及具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
本实施例的清洁抹布,基布材质为100%粘胶,基布上添加了清洁配方,所述清洁配方包括:6%的聚酯(型号velvetol 1471),6%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,1%的聚醚消泡剂,0.5%的苯氧乙醇,其余为去离子水。本实施例中所述聚醚消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
该清洁抹布的生产工艺方法的步骤为:
1.制备清洁配方原液:将聚酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、聚醚消泡剂、苯氧乙醇、去离子水按上述比例混合,搅拌均匀得到清洁配方原液。
2.制备基布:对100%粘胶纤维原料进行混合开松,然后进行梳理、铺网、牵伸、预湿、正反水刺、轧干等工艺,制备基布。
3.基布的印花:将所述基布用配好的色浆进行图案印花。所述印花色浆,按重量份计,每一百份中包括10份的粘合剂、0.5份的涂料色浆、4份的增稠剂、1份的氨水和84.5份的水。所述粘合剂为丙-苯乳液。所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸酯。所述氨水质量浓度为30%。
4.清洁抹布的干燥:将经过步骤3印花处理后得到的基布烘干,温度150℃下烘干,得到清洁抹布初品。
5.清洁抹布的清洁配方处理:将步骤4干燥后的清洁抹布初品浸入含清洁配方的定型稀释液中进行定型,该定型稀释液,按照重量份计,每一百份中包括10份清洁配方原液、10份粘合剂和80份的水。所述粘合剂为纯丙乳液。
6.清洁抹布的干燥:将步骤5得到的定型后的清洁抹布初品轧干后,于150℃下烘干,得到清洁抹布成品。
7.清洁抹布的分切及包装:将步骤6得到的清洁抹布成品分切后进行包装,得到清洁抹布产品。
实施例2
本实施例的清洁抹布,基布材质为100%粘胶,该基布上添加了清洁配方,所述清洁配方包括:4%的聚酯(型号velvetol 1471),4%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,1%的聚醚消泡剂,0.5%的苯氧乙醇,其余为去离子水。本实施例中所述聚醚消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
该清洁抹布的生产工艺方法的步骤为:
1.制备清洁配方原液:将聚酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、聚醚消泡剂、苯氧乙醇、去离子水按上述比例混合,搅拌均匀得到清洁配方原液。
2.制备基布:对100%粘胶纤维原料进行混合开松,然后进行梳理、铺网、牵伸、预湿、正反水刺、轧干等工艺,制备基布。
3.清洁抹布的定型:将基布浸入含清洁配方的定型稀释液中进行定型,该定型稀释液,按照重量份计,每一百份中包括10份清洁配方原液、9份粘合剂和81份的水。所述粘合剂为纯丙乳液。
4.清洁抹布的干燥:将步骤3得到的基布轧干后于150℃下烘干,得到清洁抹布成品。
5.清洁抹布的分切及包装:将步骤4得到的清洁抹布成品分切后进行包装,得到清洁抹布产品。
实施例3去油效果对比
抹布1为按照ZL201410468627.X号中国发明专利中披露的方法制作的抹布,抹布2为按照本发明实施例2的方法制作的抹布。
将抹布1和抹布2分别裁剪成边长为5cm的正方形小布块,然后将3毫升菜籽油均匀的涂抹在两块小布块上。取两个1000毫升的烧杯,分别倒入1000毫升的水,将涂有菜籽油的两块小布块同时放入烧杯中,5秒后将小布块取出,观察两块小布块上的油渍残留情况。
结果如图1所示,抹布1上还有不少油渍残留,而抹布2上很干净,无明显油渍残留,可见本发明的抹布的去油效率高于ZL201410468627.X号中国发明专利中披露的抹布。
实施例4洗涤效果对比
抹布1为按照ZL201410468627.X号中国发明专利中披露的方法制作的抹布,抹布2为按照本发明实施例2的方法制作的抹布。
将抹布1和抹布2分别裁剪成25cm×35cm的布块,然后分别在布块上涂抹20毫升菜籽油。将两块涂抹有菜籽油的布块防置阴凉通风处24小时,然后分别在两台小型的洗衣机中倒入5升水,将抹布1和抹布2分别放入两台洗衣机中,运行5分钟,5分钟后把抹布取出。观察两块抹布在无洗涤剂情况下的一个清洁程度。
结果如图2所示,抹布1上明显有油渍残留,抹布2上无一点油渍残留。

Claims (10)

1.一种清洁抹布,其特征在于,该抹布的基布经过清洁配方处理,所述清洁配方包括:聚酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、聚醚消泡剂、苯氧乙醇和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洁抹布,其特征在于,所述清洁配方中,聚酯的含量为4%-8%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的含量为4%-8%,聚醚消泡剂的含量为1%-3%,苯氧乙醇的含量为0.5%-1%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的清洁抹布,其特征在于,所述聚酯为亲水型改性聚酯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的清洁抹布,其特征在于,所述亲水型改性聚酯为多元醇改性聚酯。
5.根据权利要求2所述的清洁抹布,其特征在于,所述聚醚消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的清洁抹布,其特征在于,所述基布的制备材料为100%粘胶木浆纤维,或粘胶和涤纶的混合纤维。
7.根据权利要求6所述的清洁抹布,其特征在于,所述粘胶和涤纶的混合纤维中,粘胶纤维的比例在50%以上。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述清洁抹布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)制备清洁配方原液:将聚酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、聚醚消泡剂、苯氧乙醇、去离子水混合并搅拌均匀,得到清洁配方原液;
2)制备基布:对纤维原料进行混合开松,经梳理、铺网、牵伸、预湿、正反水刺、轧干工艺,制备出基布;
3)定型:将基布浸入含清洁配方原液的定型稀释液中进行定型;
4)干燥:将步骤3得到的定型后的基布轧干,然后在150℃下烘干,得到清洁抹布成品;
5)分切及包装:将清洁抹布成品分切后进行包装,得到清洁抹布产品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤3)所述定型稀释液,按照重量份计,每一百份中包括10份清洁配方原液、9份粘合剂和81份的水。
10.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)和3)之间还包括以下步骤:将基布用印花色浆进行图案印花,然后在150℃下烘干。
