本发明公开了一种撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜,其胶黏剂包括以下重量份数的各组分:PU胶80~110份、抗静电剂0.8~1.5份、固化剂4~8份、催化剂0.1~0.3份、乙酸乙酯40~60份。本发明对基材做防静电处理,防止灰尘及制程中静电影响功能的表面保护膜,在5000级洁净车间生产,洁净度高,黏着力经时变化小,剥离后被贴物表面无残胶,无污染。基于制程使用,平面显示器之平板、触控式荧幕、手机、数位相机及PDA面板,达到荧幕抗静电效果,具有极低且稳定撕膜电压表现。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
当前,全球触摸屏市场发展越来越快,产业规模在快速增长。在智能手机、平板电脑、触控笔电、可穿戴设备、车载系统、信息管理系统等多领域的应用会不断深入。同时触摸屏技术也在向多点触摸、大型化和薄轻量化等方向发展,这也对其使用的辅材的防静电功能提出了更高要求,尤其是PU保护膜,要求其必须具有优异的防静电功能,避免最终撕除保护膜时导致的电荷击穿而造成的损失。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中PU保护膜撕除时易产生静电的缺陷,提供一种撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜,其胶黏剂包括以下重量份数的各组分:
PU胶80~110份
抗静电剂0.8~1.5份
固化剂4~8份
催化剂0.1~0.3份
乙酸乙酯40~60份。
进一步的,其胶黏剂包括:
8088型PU胶100份
806S型抗静电剂1.2份
803型固化剂5.8份
804催化剂0.15份
乙酸乙酯50份。
一种撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、对PET基材做防静电处理;
S2、在PET的电晕面上胶贴合离型膜,车速为25m/min,涂布机烘烤箱干燥温度设定为50-110℃,烘干过程中依次设置7个温度区段为:45℃-55℃、65℃-75℃、85℃-95℃、105℃-115℃、105℃-115℃、95℃-105℃、85℃-95℃。每节烘箱停留一分钟左右。
优选的,S2中涂布机烘烤箱干燥温度设定为50-110℃,烘干过程中依次设置7个温度区段为:50℃、70℃、90℃、110℃、110℃、100℃、90℃。
优选的,上胶厚度20±1μm;
进一步的,生产在5000级洁净车间中进行。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明对基材做防静电处理,防止灰尘及制程中静电影响功能的表面保护膜,在5000级洁净车间生产,洁净度高,黏着力经时变化小,剥离后被贴物表面无残胶,无污染。基于制程使用,平面显示器之平板、触控式荧幕、手机、数位相机及PDA面板,达到荧幕抗静电效果,具有极低且稳定撕膜电压表现。

实施例1
一种撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜,其胶黏剂包括以下重量份数的各组分:
8088型PU胶110份
806S型抗静电剂1.5份
803型固化剂8份
804催化剂0.3份
乙酸乙酯60份。
一种撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、在5000级洁净车间中对PET基材做防静电处理;
S2、在PET的电晕面上胶贴合离型膜,车速为25m/min,涂布机烘烤箱干燥温度设定为50-110℃,烘干过程中依次设置7个温度区段为:45℃、65℃、85℃、105℃、105℃、95℃、85℃,厚度C/W=20±1。
实施例2
一种撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜,其胶黏剂包括以下重量份数的各组分:
8088型PU胶80份
806S型抗静电剂0.8份
803型固化剂4份
804催化剂0.1份
乙酸乙酯40份。
一种撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、在5000级洁净车间中对PET基材做防静电处理;
S2、在PET的电晕面上胶贴合离型膜,车速为25m/min,涂布机烘烤箱干燥温度设定为50-110℃,烘干过程中依次设置7个温度区段为:55℃、75℃、95℃、115℃、115℃、105℃、95℃,厚度C/W=20±1。
实施例3
一种撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜,其胶黏剂包括以下重量份数的各组分:
8088型PU胶100份
806S型抗静电剂1.2份
803型固化剂5.8份
804催化剂0.15份
乙酸乙酯50份。
一种撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、在5000级洁净车间中对PET基材做防静电处理;
S2、在PET的电晕面上胶贴合离型膜,车速为25m/min,涂布机烘烤箱干燥温度设定为50-110℃,烘干过程中依次设置7个温度区段为:50℃、70℃、90℃、110℃、110℃、100℃、90℃,上胶厚度C/W=20±1。

由上表的数据表面,本发明的撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜可以达到荧幕抗静电效果,具有极低且稳定撕膜电压表现。

S2、在PET的电晕面上胶贴合离型膜,车速为25m/min,涂布机烘烤箱干燥温度设定为50-110℃,烘干过程中依次设置7个温度区段为:45℃-55℃、65℃-75℃、85℃-95℃、105℃-115℃、105℃-115℃、95℃-105℃、85℃-95℃。
4.如权利要求3所述的撕膜电压极低的PU保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
