Abstract
The invention relates to the field of preparation of cosmetics, and provides a moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition, which at least comprises the following raw materials: the skin conditioner and the humectant are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: (1-2); the humectant at least comprises one of glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, sodium hyaluronate, PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexyl glycerol and PCA sodium; the skin conditioning agent comprises at least one of a first skin conditioning agent, a second skin conditioning agent, a third skin conditioning agent, and a fourth skin conditioning agent; the weight ratio of the first skin conditioning agent, the second skin conditioning agent, the third skin conditioning agent and the fourth skin conditioning agent is (5-15): (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5): 1. and provides hyaluronic acid essence.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of preparation of cosmetics, and particularly relates to hyaluronic acid essence and a preparation method thereof, a moisturizing and conditioning composition and application thereof.
Background
Hyaluronic acid, also known as hyaluronic acid, is one of the components of human dermal tissue, widely exists in intercellular substance, can normally exist in the body, and can be completely absorbed by the body. In addition, hyaluronic acid is also a skin moisturizing factor, has the function of absorbing 500-1000 times of water, has excellent moisturizing effect, and is called as an ideal natural moisturizing factor. Hyaluronic acid is used in cosmetics, has unique skin protecting effect, can keep skin moist, smooth, fine, tender and elastic, and has effects of preventing wrinkle, removing wrinkle, caring skin, promoting health and recovering skin physiological function. Many medical personnel or chemical researchers exist, and all people are exposed to some chemical substances for a long time, but the long-term exposure can cause large pores and rough and dull skin. However, the existing hyaluronic acid cosmetics do not have the effect of making pores fine, but people often have large pores due to dry skin, so that a lot of troubles are caused to people, and the active ingredients in the existing cosmetics are low in effective utilization rate, so that the hyaluronic acid cosmetics cannot have the effect of conditioning the skin.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, a first aspect of the present invention provides a moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition, which comprises at least: the skin conditioner and the humectant are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: (1-2);
the humectant at least comprises one of glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, sodium hyaluronate, PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexyl glycerol and PCA sodium;
the skin conditioning agent comprises at least one of a first skin conditioning agent, a second skin conditioning agent, a third skin conditioning agent, and a fourth skin conditioning agent; the weight ratio of the first skin conditioning agent, the second skin conditioning agent, the third skin conditioning agent and the fourth skin conditioning agent is (5-15): (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5): 1.
as a preferable technical scheme, the humectant disclosed by the invention is a composition comprising glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, sodium hyaluronate, PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexyl glycerol and PCA sodium; the weight ratio of the glycerol, the 1, 2-pentanediol, the sodium hyaluronate, the PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, the caprylyl glycol, the ethylhexyl glycerol and the PCA sodium is (1-5): (1-3): (1-3): 1: (0.05-0.35): (0.1-1): (0.005-0.1).
In a preferred embodiment, the first skin conditioner of the present invention comprises at least one of 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and biogel-1.
As a preferred technical solution, the second skin conditioner in the present invention at least includes one of yeast fermentation product filtrate and ethylhexyl glycerin.
In a preferred embodiment, the third skin conditioning agent comprises at least one of polyglycerol-10 myristate, phenoxyethanol, ceramide 2, cholesterol, and tocopherol.
In a preferred embodiment, the fourth skin conditioner of the present invention comprises at least a lactic acid bacteria fermentation lysate.
According to a second aspect of the invention, a daily chemical product comprising the moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition is provided, and the daily chemical product is selected from at least one of essence, lotion, face cream, toner, facial mask liquid, hand cream and eye cream.
The third aspect of the invention provides hyaluronic acid toner containing the moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-20% of the moistening and moisturizing conditioning composition, 0.05-2.5% of film-forming agent, 0.01-1.5% of solubilizer, 0.01-2.5% of essence and the balance of water.
The fourth aspect of the invention provides hyaluronic acid essence containing the moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-25% of the moistening and moisturizing conditioning composition, 0.1-3.5% of film-forming agent, 0.05-2.5% of thickening agent, 0.01-1.5% of solubilizer, 0.01-2.5% of essence and the balance of water.
The fifth aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the hyaluronic acid essence, which at least comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials, adding water, a first skin conditioner, glycerol and sodium hyaluronate into a main tank, stirring for 5-35 minutes, and heating to 40-60 ℃ until the raw materials are dissolved and transparent;
(2) adding the film forming agent and the thickening agent into a main tank, stirring for 5-35 minutes, and checking whether particles exist;
(3) adding PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, and stirring for 5-30 min to obtain uniform solution;
(4) cooling to 25-35 deg.C, adding the second skin conditioner, the third skin conditioner, the fourth skin conditioner, sodium PCA, essence and the rest raw materials, and stirring for 5-35 min;
(5) and finally, filtering, discharging, inspecting, filling, packaging and warehousing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention provides a moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition which can be used for various different types of daily chemical articles, and the inventor finds that the composition is particularly applied to the preparation of hyaluronic acid essence, so that the process is simple, the production efficiency is high, and the excellent moisturizing performance is achieved. The technical core of the high-sand chiral stereoselective asymmetric synthesis method is adopted, so that the hyaluronic acid essence compounded with the ceramide has high optical activity, and on one hand, the effective utilization rate of the ceramide can be enhanced; on the other hand, the surface layer barrier is used for maintaining and conditioning the skin state to realize the youth state of the skin.

The technical features of the technical solutions provided by the present invention will be further clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments, and it should be apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In some preferred embodiments, the weight ratio of glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, sodium hyaluronate, PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexyl glycerol, sodium PCA is 3: 2: 2: 1: 0.15: 0.2: 0.01.
in some embodiments, the first skin conditioning agent comprises at least one of 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, biosaccharide gum-1.
In some preferred embodiments, the first skin conditioning agent comprises at least a mixture of 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, biogel-1.
In the present invention, the source of the first skin conditioner is not particularly limited, and preferably, the first skin conditioner is purchased from Nexira brand under the trade name of NexPC FUCOSE GUM 300.
In some embodiments, the second skin conditioning agent comprises at least one of yeast fermentation product filtrate, ethyl hexyl glycerol.
In some preferred embodiments, the second skin conditioning agent comprises at least a mixture of yeast fermentation product filtrate, ethyl hexyl glycerol.
In the invention, the source of the second skin conditioner is not specially limited, and preferably, the brand of the second skin conditioner is Angel and the brand number is E-100.
In some embodiments, the third skin conditioning agent comprises at least one of polyglycerol-10 myristate, phenoxyethanol, ceramide 2, cholesterol, tocopherol.
In some preferred embodiments, the third skin conditioning agent comprises at least a mixture of polyglycerol-10 myristate, phenoxyethanol, ceramide 2, cholesterol, tocopherol.
In the present invention, the source of the third skin conditioner is not particularly limited, and preferably, the brand name of the third skin conditioner is Sinerga, and the brand name is Tri-Solve.
In some embodiments, the fourth skin conditioning agent comprises at least a lactic acid bacteria fermentation lysate.
In the present invention, the source of the fourth skin conditioner is not particularly limited, and preferably, the fourth skin conditioner is purchased from a trade name CLR and a trade name ProRenew Complex CLR.
The invention applies the technical core of a high sand chiral stereoselective asymmetric synthesis method, so that the hyaluronic acid essence compounded by ceramide has high optical activity, and the stereoselectivity can generate two stereoisomers with unequal amounts by the same reactant in an organic reaction, wherein when the amount of one stereoisomer is far superior to that of the other stereoisomer, the reaction is called to have stereoselectivity. Asymmetric synthesis is an organic reaction in which an achiral unit in the bulk of a substrate molecule is converted to a chiral unit by a reactant in a way that yields unequal amounts of stereoisomeric product.
According to a second aspect of the invention, a daily chemical product comprising the moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition is provided, and the daily chemical product is selected from at least one of essence, lotion, face cream, toner, facial mask liquid, hand cream and eye cream.
The third aspect of the invention provides hyaluronic acid toner containing the moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-20% of the moistening and moisturizing conditioning composition, 0.05-2.5% of film-forming agent, 0.01-1.5% of solubilizer, 0.01-2.5% of essence and the balance of water.
In some preferred embodiments, the hyaluronic acid toner containing the moisturizing and conditioning composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15 percent of the moistening and moisturizing conditioning composition, 0.15 percent of film forming agent, 0.05 percent of solubilizer, 0.1 percent of essence and the balance of water.
The fourth aspect of the invention provides hyaluronic acid essence containing the moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-25% of the moistening and moisturizing conditioning composition, 0.1-3.5% of film-forming agent, 0.05-2.5% of thickening agent, 0.01-1.5% of solubilizer, 0.01-2.5% of essence and the balance of water.
In some preferred embodiments, the hyaluronic acid essence containing the moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15 percent of the moistening and moisturizing conditioning composition, 0.5 percent of film-forming agent, 0.3 percent of thickening agent, 0.07 percent of solubilizer, 0.1 percent of essence and the balance of water.
The film forming agent in the present invention is not particularly limited, and preferably, the film forming agent is an ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer.
The thickener in the present invention is not particularly limited, and preferably, the thickener is xanthan gum.
The solubilizer is not particularly limited in the present invention, and preferably, the solubilizer is a combination of PPG-26-butyether-26 and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, and more preferably LRI.
The fifth aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the hyaluronic acid essence, which at least comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials, adding water, a first skin conditioner, glycerol and sodium hyaluronate into a main tank, stirring for 5-35 minutes, and heating to 40-60 ℃ until the raw materials are dissolved and transparent;
(2) adding the film forming agent and the thickening agent into a main tank, stirring for 5-35 minutes, and checking whether particles exist;
(3) adding PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, and stirring for 5-30 min to obtain uniform solution;
(4) cooling to 25-35 deg.C, adding the second skin conditioner, the third skin conditioner, the fourth skin conditioner, sodium PCA, essence and the rest raw materials, and stirring for 5-35 min;
(5) and finally, filtering, discharging, inspecting, filling, packaging and warehousing.
In some preferred embodiments, the preparation method of the hyaluronic acid essence at least comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials, adding water, a first skin conditioner, glycerol and sodium hyaluronate into a main tank, stirring for 15 minutes, and heating to 50 ℃ until the raw materials are dissolved and transparent;
(2) adding the film forming agent and the thickening agent into a main tank, stirring for 15 minutes, and checking whether particles exist;
(3) adding PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, and stirring for 10 min to obtain uniform solution;
(4) cooling to 30 ℃, respectively adding a second skin conditioner, a third skin conditioner, a fourth skin conditioner, sodium PCA, essence and the rest raw materials, and continuously stirring for 15 minutes until the mixture is completely uniform;
(5) and finally, filtering, discharging, inspecting, filling, packaging and warehousing.
The present invention is described in detail below by way of examples, and it should be noted that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
A moistening and moisturizing conditioning composition at least comprises the following raw materials: the skin conditioner and the humectant are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: 1.3;
the skin conditioning agent comprises a combination of a first skin conditioning agent, a second skin conditioning agent, a third skin conditioning agent, a fourth skin conditioning agent; the weight ratio of the first skin conditioner to the second skin conditioner to the third skin conditioner to the fourth skin conditioner is 10: 1: 1: 1. the first skin conditioner was purchased from the manufacturer as Nexira and under the designation NexPC FUCOSEGUM 300. The second skin conditioner is Anqi brand with a brand number of E-100. The third skin conditioner is branded as Sinerga and Tri-Solve. The fourth skin conditioner was purchased from the manufacturer under the designation CLR and under the designation prorenewcomplete CLR.

The preparation method of the hyaluronic acid essence at least comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials, adding water, a first skin conditioner, glycerol and sodium hyaluronate into a main tank, stirring for 15 minutes, and heating to 50 ℃ until the raw materials are dissolved and transparent;
(2) adding the film forming agent and the thickening agent into a main tank, stirring for 15 minutes, and checking whether particles exist;
(3) adding PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, and stirring for 10 min to obtain uniform solution;
(4) cooling to 30 ℃, respectively adding a second skin conditioner, a third skin conditioner, a fourth skin conditioner, sodium PCA, essence and the rest raw materials, and continuously stirring for 15 minutes until the mixture is completely uniform;
(5) and finally, filtering, discharging, inspecting, filling, packaging and warehousing.
Example 2
A moistening and moisturizing conditioning composition at least comprises the following raw materials: the skin conditioner and the humectant are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: 1;

The film forming agent is acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer. The thickening agent is xanthan gum. The solubilizer is LRI.
The preparation method of the hyaluronic acid essence at least comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials, adding water, a first skin conditioner, glycerol and sodium hyaluronate into a main tank, stirring for 35 minutes, and heating to 40 ℃ until the raw materials are dissolved and transparent;
(2) adding the film forming agent and the thickening agent into a main tank, stirring for 35 minutes, and checking whether particles exist;
(3) adding PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, and stirring for 30 min to obtain uniform solution;
(4) cooling to 30 ℃, respectively adding a second skin conditioner, a third skin conditioner, a fourth skin conditioner, sodium PCA, essence and the rest raw materials, and continuously stirring for 35 minutes until the mixture is completely uniform;
(5) and finally, filtering, discharging, inspecting, filling, packaging and warehousing.
Example 3
A moistening and moisturizing conditioning composition at least comprises the following raw materials: the skin conditioner and the humectant are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: 2;
the skin conditioning agent comprises a combination of a first skin conditioning agent, a second skin conditioning agent, a third skin conditioning agent, a fourth skin conditioning agent; the weight ratio of the first skin conditioner to the second skin conditioner to the third skin conditioner to the fourth skin conditioner is 15: 5: 5: 1. the first skin conditioner was purchased from the manufacturer as Nexira and under the designation NexPC FUCOSEGUM 300. The second skin conditioner is Anqi brand with a brand number of E-100. The third skin conditioner is branded as Sinerga and Tri-Solve. The fourth skin conditioner was purchased from the manufacturer under the designation CLR and under the designation prorenewcomplete CLR.

the hyaluronic acid essence containing the moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 25 percent of the moisturizing conditioning composition, 3.5 percent of film-forming agent, 2.5 percent of thickening agent, 1.5 percent of solubilizer, 2.5 percent of essence and the balance of water. The film forming agent is acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer. The thickening agent is xanthan gum. The solubilizer is LRI.
The preparation method of the hyaluronic acid essence at least comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials, adding water, a first skin conditioner, glycerol and sodium hyaluronate into a main tank, stirring for 15 minutes, and heating to 50 ℃ until the raw materials are dissolved and transparent;
(2) adding the film forming agent and the thickening agent into a main tank, stirring for 15 minutes, and checking whether particles exist;
(3) adding PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, and stirring for 10 min to obtain uniform solution;
(4) cooling to 30 ℃, respectively adding a second skin conditioner, a third skin conditioner, a fourth skin conditioner, sodium PCA, essence and the rest raw materials, and continuously stirring for 15 minutes until the mixture is completely uniform;
(5) and finally, filtering, discharging, inspecting, filling, packaging and warehousing.
Performance testing
1. The hyaluronic acid essence prepared in example 1 was used, and the results of comparison before and after use are shown in fig. 1.
The using method comprises the following steps: the medicine is taken in the morning and at the evening each day; the using time is as follows: one month;
2. and (3) microbial detection: the hyaluronic acid essence prepared in example 1 was subjected to a microbiological test, and the test results are shown in table 1.

3. And (3) sanitary chemical inspection: the hyaluronic acid essence prepared in example 1 was subjected to the hygienic chemical examination, and the examination results are shown in table 2.

the humectant at least comprises one of glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, sodium hyaluronate, PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexyl glycerol and PCA sodium;
the skin conditioning agent comprises at least one of a first skin conditioning agent, a second skin conditioning agent, a third skin conditioning agent, and a fourth skin conditioning agent; the weight ratio of the first skin conditioning agent, the second skin conditioning agent, the third skin conditioning agent and the fourth skin conditioning agent is (5-15): (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5): 1.
2. the moisturizing conditioning composition of claim 1, wherein the moisturizer is a composition comprising glycerin, 1, 2-pentanediol, sodium hyaluronate, PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerin, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexyl glycerin, sodium PCA; the weight ratio of the glycerol, the 1, 2-pentanediol, the sodium hyaluronate, the PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, the caprylyl glycol, the ethylhexyl glycerol and the PCA sodium is (1-5): (1-3): (1-3): 1: (0.05-0.35): (0.1-1): (0.005-0.1).
3. The moisturizing conditioning composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first skin conditioning agent comprises at least one of 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, biogel-1.
4. The moisturizing conditioning composition of any of claims 1-3, wherein the second skin conditioning agent comprises at least one of yeast fermentation product filtrate, ethyl hexyl glycerol.
5. The moisturizing conditioning composition of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the third skin conditioning agent comprises at least one of polyglycerol-10 myristate, phenoxyethanol, ceramide 2, cholesterol, tocopherol.
6. The moisturizing conditioning composition of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the fourth skin conditioning agent comprises at least a lactic acid bacteria fermentation lysate.
7. A daily chemical article comprising the moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the daily chemical article is selected from at least one of essence, lotion, cream, toner, facial mask solution, hand cream and eye cream.
8. A hyaluronic acid toner comprising the moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight: a moisturizing conditioning composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, 0.05 to 2.5% of a film-forming agent, 0.01 to 1.5% of a solubilizer, 0.01 to 2.5% of a fragrance, and the balance water.
9. Hyaluronic acid serum comprising the moisturizing and moisturizing conditioning composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the raw materials comprise, in weight percent: 10-25% of moisturizing conditioning composition according to any one of claims 1-6, 0.1-3.5% of film-forming agent, 0.05-2.5% of thickening agent, 0.01-1.5% of solubilizer, 0.01-2.5% of essence, and the balance of water.
10. The preparation method of hyaluronic acid essence of claim 9, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials, adding water, a first skin conditioner, glycerol and sodium hyaluronate into a main tank, stirring for 5-35 minutes, and heating to 40-60 ℃ until the raw materials are dissolved and transparent;
(2) adding the film forming agent and the thickening agent into a main tank, stirring for 5-35 minutes, and checking whether particles exist;
(3) adding PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, and stirring for 5-30 min to obtain uniform solution;
(4) cooling to 25-35 deg.C, adding the second skin conditioner, the third skin conditioner, the fourth skin conditioner, sodium PCA, essence and the rest raw materials, and stirring for 5-35 min;
(5) and finally, filtering, discharging, inspecting, filling, packaging and warehousing.
