Abstract
The invention relates to a soft capsule containing sea buckthorn seed oil, spirulina and vitamin E and a preparation method thereof, wherein the soft capsule comprises a capsule shell and contents, and the capsule shell comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-400 parts of purified water, 160-200 parts of glycerol, 300-500 parts of gelatin, 3-6 parts of caramel color and 1-3 parts of titanium dioxide; the content comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 360-410 parts of sea buckthorn seed oil, 20-30 parts of beeswax, 160-200 parts of spirulina powder and 8-15 parts of vitamin E. The soft capsule prepared by the invention combines the functions of the sea-buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina powder and the vitamin E through a scientific formula and an advanced preparation process, and has a good health-care effect of enhancing the immunity.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health-care food, in particular to a soft capsule containing sea-buckthorn seed oil, spirulina and vitamin E and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, more than 70% of people in China are in sub-health states, and particularly, people who take white-collar workers and people who take mental labor as jobs are abundant, the relative mental stress of the people is large, the brain is in an overload running state for a long time, and in addition, factors such as nutrition imbalance and the like caused by the fact that enough nutrition cannot be taken in lead to the general reduction of the immunity of the organism, so that the people become potential causes of various sub-health states. The immunity is the basis of resisting diseases and treating diseases of human bodies, and the low immunity can cause various diseases, such as cold, hepatitis, even tumors and the like. In recent years, the outbreak of various epidemic diseases has attracted people's attention to self-protection and self-health care, and people are gradually aware of the importance of improving autoimmunity.
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, the hydrolysate of which is tocopherol, is one of the most main antioxidants, is dissolved in organic solvents such as fat, ethanol and the like, is insoluble in water, is stable to heat and acid, is unstable to alkali, is sensitive to oxygen and is insensitive to heat. The tocopherol can promote the secretion of sex hormone, so that the vitality and the quantity of sperms of the male are increased; increase female estrogen concentration, improve fertility, prevent abortion, and can be used for preventing and treating male infertility, burn, cold injury, capillary hemorrhage, climacteric syndrome, and skin care. Recently, vitamin E has been found to inhibit lipid peroxidation in the eye, dilate peripheral blood vessels, improve blood circulation and prevent the occurrence and development of myopia. However, the main component of the vitamin E soft capsule is vegetable oil, and the vitamin E soft capsule lacks corresponding functions of improving immunity and strengthening physique.
Therefore, it is urgently needed to provide a new vitamin E soft capsule which can maintain the functions of vitamin E itself and can improve the immunity of human body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a soft capsule containing sea buckthorn seed oil, spirulina and vitamin E and capable of improving human immunity and a preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
on the one hand, the soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E comprises a capsule shell and contents, wherein the capsule shell comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-400 parts of purified water, 160-200 parts of glycerol, 300-500 parts of gelatin, 3-6 parts of caramel color and 1-3 parts of titanium dioxide;
the content comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 360-410 parts of sea buckthorn seed oil, 20-30 parts of beeswax, 160-200 parts of spirulina powder and 8-15 parts of vitamin E.

the content comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the sea-buckthorn seaweed powder comprises 410 parts of sea-buckthorn seed oil, 30 parts of beeswax, 200 parts of spirulina powder and 15 parts of vitamin E.
On the other hand, the preparation method of the soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing vitamin E, sea buckthorn seed oil, beeswax, gelatin, glycerol, purified water, and spirulina powder, caramel color and titanium dioxide which are filtered by a 100-mesh sieve according to the formula ratio;
(2) adding purified water, glycerol, gelatin, caramel color and titanium dioxide into a sol pot, mixing sol, vacuumizing and filtering to obtain a capsule shell glue solution, and placing the capsule shell glue solution at the temperature of 55-60 ℃ for later use;
(3) adding the sea buckthorn seed oil, the beeswax, the spirulina powder and the vitamin E into a liquid preparation tank, mixing, stirring, grinding and filtering to obtain a content liquid, and placing the content liquid at the temperature of 30-40 ℃ and continuously stirring for later use;
(4) and pressing the capsule shell glue solution and the content material solution in a soft capsule forming machine to form a soft capsule, and forming and drying to obtain the soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E.
As a further improvement of the invention, the step (2) comprises the following steps:
adding purified water and glycerol into a sol tank, heating to 55-60 ℃, adding gelatin, caramel color and titanium dioxide into the sol tank, continuously heating to 75-85 ℃ in the stirring process, and obtaining uniform sol solution after the gelatin is completely dissolved;
and defoaming the uniform glue solution for 1-2 hours under a vacuum condition to obtain a defoamed glue solution, and filtering the defoamed glue solution to obtain the capsule hide glue solution.
As a further improvement of the invention, the uniform glue solution is defoamed for 1-2 hours under the vacuum condition that the vacuum degree is 0.06-0.08 MPa.
As a further improvement of the invention, the defoamed glue solution is filtered by using a 100-mesh sieve.
As a further improvement of the invention, the step (3) comprises the following steps: adding the sea buckthorn seed oil and the beeswax into a liquid preparation tank, heating to 75-85 ℃, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixed oil material;
pouring the spirulina powder and the vitamin E into the mixed oil material, mixing and stirring for 25-35 minutes, grinding the stirred material for 2-3 times by using a colloid mill, grinding for 15-25 minutes each time to obtain a ground material, and filtering the ground material by using a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the content material liquid.
As a further improvement of the invention, in the process of pressing the capsule shell glue solution and the content material solution in a soft capsule forming machine to form the soft capsule, the thickness of the capsule shell is adjusted to be 0.75-0.95 mm, the cold air temperature is 15-20 ℃, the spray body temperature is 35-45 ℃, the operation speed is 2-3 r/min, and the glue material box temperature is 55-60 ℃.
As a further improvement of the invention, the loading amount is adjusted to be 0.558-0.642 g/capsule in the process of pressing the capsule coating glue solution and the content material solution in a soft capsule forming machine to form soft capsules.
As a further improvement of the invention, the step (4) comprises the following steps:
pressing the capsule skin glue solution and the content material solution in a soft capsule forming machine to form a soft capsule, placing the soft capsule in a drying and shaping barrel for shaping for 2-4 hours, and ensuring that the temperature in an operation room is 18-26 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than or equal to 50% to obtain a shaped capsule;
and drying the shaped capsules for 24-48 hours in an environment with the temperature of 20-25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 20-30% to obtain the soft capsules containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E.
In the invention:
(1) sea-buckthorn seed oil, which contains various vitamins, trace elements, amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids and rich nutrients, is a traditional medicinal material of Mongolian and Tibetan families, is a dry mature fruit of the plant sea-buckthorn of the family Hupekineceae, is oleanolic acid, astringent and warm in nature, and has the functions of invigorating spleen, stomach, lung and heart channel, the sea-buckthorn fruit contains various 190 bioactive components of vitamins, flavonoids, polyphenols, unsaturated fatty acid phytosterol, trace elements and the like, is called a biological active substance treasure house, has the VC content which is six times of that of a Kiwi called 'VC' of the King, has the bioflavonoid content which is higher than that of ginkgo leaves and the contents of β carotene and VE which are higher than that of various fruits, and has the effects of strengthening spleen, activating blood circulation, dissipating stasis, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough.
(2) Spirulina powder: is prepared from dried spirulina of Oscillatoriaceae. The natural food has high protein content, balanced and reasonable amino acid composition mode, 8 kinds of essential amino acids incapable of being synthesized by human body, high unsaturated fatty acid content and rich mineral matter and vitamin content. The spirulina contains rich active substances, has special medical and health care effects on a plurality of diseases, has obvious mutation resistance, and can be used for enhancing the immunity of the human body, preventing cancers and other functions. In the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, years of practice prove that the spirulina has the functions of tonifying qi and nourishing blood, and reducing phlegm and descending turbidity, and has satisfactory effects on treatment of deficiency of qi and blood, phlegm accumulation, weakness after diseases, anemia and malnutrition.
(3) Vitamin E (dl- α -tocopherol acetate), also called tocopherol, has 4 isomers, and is named as α, β, gamma and delta tocopherols respectively, and is called total tocopherol in combination, wherein α -tocopherol has the highest physiological activity, vitamin E is easy to oxidize, so other substances which can be oxidized (such as unsaturated fatty acid) can be protected in vivo, VE has the functions of promoting animal reproduction and maintaining normal functions of a central nervous system, a cardiovascular system and skeletal muscle, and the like, so the research of recent years shows that VE has important influence on immune function.
Adopt the produced beneficial effect of above-mentioned technical scheme to lie in:
(1) in consideration of the characteristic that vitamin E is sensitive to oxygen, in the preparation process of capsule shell glue liquid, the step of vacuumizing for 1-2 hours by using a vacuum pump is added after uniform glue liquid is obtained so as to perform vacuum defoaming, and the vacuum degree is controlled to be 0.06-0.08 MPa, so that the condition that bubbles are subjected to pressure and can be separated from the glue liquid is ensured, the subsequent content is prevented from being isolated from oxygen in the air, and the occurrence of an oxidation process is prevented. Guarantee is provided for ensuring that the content of the vitamin E is 1.32-2.49 g/100g so as to meet the requirements.
(2) In consideration of the characteristic that vitamin E is easily decomposed by light, the invention redetermines the addition range of the opacifier titanium dioxide, achieves the effect of effective shading on the basis of ensuring the effects of other raw materials, prevents the decomposition of the vitamin E, and provides guarantee for ensuring that the content of the vitamin E is 1.32-2.49 g/100g so as to meet the requirement.
(3) Consider the situation that the protein distribution is not uniform due to the stratification and precipitation of spirulina, and the content measurement is unstable, so that the capsule test fails. The invention strictly controls the heating temperature and the stirring effect in the process of preparing the material liquid of the contents, and adds the colloid mill to grind the prepared contents, and strictly controls the grinding time and the grinding effect, and adds the heat-insulating and continuously-stirring storage tank in the storage of the contents, thereby effectively preventing the spirulina from generating precipitates, and ensuring the uniform filling of the contents and the uniform distribution of the protein content.
(4) The soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E combines the functions of the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina powder and the vitamin E through a scientific formula and an advanced preparation process, and has a good health-care effect of enhancing immunity.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following description of the present invention is provided in connection with tables and specific embodiments.
The following examples are all based on the weight parts of the raw materials when the prepared soft capsules are 0.6 g/capsule in size and 100 capsules in preparation amount.
Example 1:
(1) the spirulina powder, the caramel color and the titanium dioxide are filtered by a 100-mesh sieve, and the vitamin E, the sea buckthorn seed oil, the beeswax, the gelatin, the glycerol and the purified water, as well as the spirulina powder, the caramel color and the titanium dioxide which are all filtered by the 100-mesh sieve are weighed according to the formula in the table 1.

(2) Preparing a capsule shell glue solution:
placing purified water and glycerol into a sol tank, heating to 55 ℃, respectively putting gelatin, caramel color and titanium dioxide into the sol tank, continuously heating to 75 ℃, stirring while heating to completely dissolve the gelatin to obtain a uniform sol solution, preserving the temperature of the stirred uniform sol solution, vacuumizing (the vacuum degree is 0.06 Mpa) for defoaming for 1 hour by using a vacuum pump, relieving the vacuum, sieving the defoamed sol solution by a 100-mesh sieve, and preserving the temperature of the filtered sol solution at 55 ℃ for later use.
(3) Preparation of content material liquid:
putting the seabuckthorn seed oil into a liquid preparation tank, adding beeswax, heating to 75 ℃, dissolving, stirring, mixing uniformly, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixed oil material; pouring the spirulina powder and the vitamin E into the mixed oil material, mixing and stirring for 25 minutes, and grinding the stirred material by a colloid mill for 3 times, 15 minutes each time to obtain a ground material; and (4) sieving the ground material by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain a content material liquid. And (3) placing the material liquid of the content in a material liquid heat-preservation stirring tank, preserving heat at the temperature of 30-40 ℃, and continuously stirring for later use to prevent the precipitation of the spirulina. .
(4) Pelleting and shaping:
① the thickness of the rubber is adjusted to 0.75-0.95 mm, the cold air temperature is 15 deg.C, the spray temperature is 35 deg.C, the running speed is 2 r/min, and the rubber box temperature is 55 deg.C.
② adjusting the loading amount, marking the amount to be 0.6 g/grain, controlling the loading amount within the standard range (0.558-0.642 g/grain), and continuing pressing after the loading amount is qualified.
③ shaping and drying the soft capsule in a drying shaping barrel for 2-4 hours at the temperature of 18-26 ℃ and the relative humidity of less than or equal to 50% to obtain the shaped soft capsule.
④ drying and picking pills, wherein the shaped capsules are dried for 24 hours at the temperature of 20 ℃ and the relative humidity of 20% to pick out unqualified pills such as foreign matters, thin-wall pills, special-shaped pills, oil leakage pills, bubble pills, black spot pills, large pills, screen printed pills, matt pills and the like, and the qualified pills are the soft capsules containing sea buckthorn seed oil, spirulina and vitamin E.
Example 2:
(1) the spirulina powder, the caramel color and the titanium dioxide are filtered by a 100-mesh sieve, and the vitamin E, the sea buckthorn seed oil, the beeswax, the gelatin, the glycerol and the purified water, the spirulina powder, the caramel color and the titanium dioxide which are all filtered by the 100-mesh sieve are weighed according to the table 2.

(2) Preparing a capsule shell glue solution:
placing purified water and glycerol into a sol tank, heating to 58 +/-1 ℃, respectively putting gelatin, caramel and titanium dioxide into the sol tank, continuously heating to 80 ℃, heating while stirring to completely dissolve the gelatin to obtain a uniform sol solution, preserving the temperature of the stirred uniform sol solution, vacuumizing (the vacuum degree is 0.07 Mpa) by using a vacuum pump for defoaming for 1.5 hours, relieving the vacuum, sieving the defoamed sol solution by using a 100-mesh sieve, and preserving the temperature of the filtered sol solution at 58 +/-1 ℃ for later use.
(3) Preparation of content material liquid:
putting the seabuckthorn seed oil into a liquid preparation tank, adding beeswax, heating to 80 ℃, dissolving, stirring, mixing uniformly, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixed oil material; pouring the spirulina powder and the vitamin E into the mixed oil material, mixing and stirring for 30 minutes, and grinding the stirred material by a colloid mill for 2 times, wherein each time is 20 minutes, so as to obtain a ground material; and (4) sieving the ground material by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain a content material liquid. Placing the content material liquid in a material liquid heat preservation stirring tank, preserving heat at the temperature of 35 ℃, and continuously stirring for later use to prevent the precipitation of the spirulina. .
(4) Pelleting and shaping:
① the thickness of the rubber is adjusted to 0.85mm, the cold air temperature is 18 deg.C, the spray temperature is 40 deg.C, the running speed is 2 r/min, and the rubber box temperature is 58 deg.C.
② adjusting the loading amount, marking the amount to be 0.6 g/grain, controlling the loading amount within the standard range (0.558-0.642 g/grain), and continuing pressing after the loading amount is qualified.
③ shaping and drying the soft capsule in a drying shaping barrel for 2-4 hours at the temperature of 18-26 ℃ and the relative humidity of less than or equal to 50% to obtain the shaped soft capsule.
④ drying and picking pills, wherein the shaped capsules are dried for 36 hours at 22 ℃ and 25% relative humidity, and unqualified products such as foreign matters, thin-wall pills, special-shaped pills, oil leakage pills, bubble pills, black spot pills, large pills, screen printed pills, matt pills and the like are selected, and the qualified products are the soft capsules containing sea buckthorn seed oil, spirulina and vitamin E.
Example 3:
(1) the spirulina powder, the caramel color and the titanium dioxide are filtered by a 100-mesh sieve, and the vitamin E, the sea buckthorn seed oil, the beeswax, the gelatin, the glycerol and the purified water, the spirulina powder, the caramel color and the titanium dioxide which are all filtered by the 100-mesh sieve are weighed according to the table 3.

(2) Preparing a capsule shell glue solution:
placing purified water and glycerol into a sol tank, heating to 60 ℃, respectively putting gelatin, caramel color and titanium dioxide into the sol tank, continuously heating to 85 ℃, stirring while heating to completely dissolve the gelatin to obtain a uniform sol solution, preserving the temperature of the stirred uniform sol solution, vacuumizing (the vacuum degree is 0.08 Mpa) for defoaming for 2 hours by using a vacuum pump, relieving the vacuum, sieving the defoamed sol solution by a 100-mesh sieve, and preserving the temperature of the filtered sol solution at 60 ℃ for later use.
(3) Preparation of content material liquid:
putting the seabuckthorn seed oil into a liquid preparation tank, adding beeswax, heating to 85 ℃, dissolving, stirring, mixing uniformly, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixed oil material; pouring the spirulina powder and the vitamin E into the mixed oil material, mixing and stirring for 35 minutes, and grinding the stirred material by a colloid mill for 2 times, 30 minutes each time to obtain a ground material; and (4) sieving the ground material by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain a content material liquid. Placing the material liquid of the content in a material liquid heat preservation stirring tank, preserving heat at the temperature of 40 ℃, and continuously stirring for later use to prevent the precipitation of the spirulina. .
(4) Pelleting and shaping:
① the thickness of the rubber is adjusted to 0.95mm, the cold air temperature is 20 deg.C, the spray temperature is 45 deg.C, the running speed is 3 r/min, and the rubber box temperature is 60 deg.C.
② adjusting the loading amount, marking the amount to be 0.6 g/grain, controlling the loading amount within the standard range (0.558-0.642 g/grain), and continuing pressing after the loading amount is qualified.
③ shaping and drying the soft capsule in a drying shaping barrel for 2-4 hours at the temperature of 18-26 ℃ and the relative humidity of less than or equal to 50% to obtain the shaped soft capsule.
④ drying and picking pills, wherein the shaped capsules are dried for 48 hours at 25 ℃ and 30% relative humidity, and unqualified products such as foreign matters, thin-wall pills, special-shaped pills, oil leakage pills, bubble pills, black spot pills, large pills, screen printed pills, matt pills and the like are selected, and the qualified products are the soft capsules containing sea buckthorn seed oil, spirulina and vitamin E.

in comparative example 1, vitamin E, sea buckthorn seed oil, beeswax, gelatin, glycerin, purified water, spirulina powder, caramel color, and titanium dioxide, which were filtered using a 100 mesh sieve, were weighed as in table 4.

Effect example 1 vitamin E and protein content measurement experiment
The soft capsules obtained in examples 1 to 3 and the soft capsules obtained in comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to sample examination, and the examination items were vitamin E content measurement and protein content measurement, to determine the content ranges and the distribution uniformity of vitamin E and protein, and the results are shown in tables 6 and 7.

Sample one is the soft capsule obtained in example 1, sample two is the soft capsule obtained in example 2, sample three is the soft capsule obtained in example 3, sample four is the soft capsule obtained in comparative example 1, and sample five is the soft capsule obtained in comparative example 2. Wherein, the vitamin content is up to 1.32-2.49 g/100g (inspection method: GB 5009.82) and the protein content is not less than 15g/100g (inspection method: GB 5009.5).
As can be seen from tables 6 and 7, in sample IV, the vitamin E content is lower than the standard value, the protein content is at the bottom line edge, the product content is not guaranteed to be qualified, and the product is judged to be unqualified. In the fifth sample, the content of vitamin E is higher than the standard value, the content of protein is too high, the stability of the content of the product cannot be ensured, the deviation is large, and the product is judged to be an unqualified product. The vitamin E content and the protein content of the first sample, the second sample and the third sample are all in the qualified range, so that the preparation methods provided by the embodiments 1 to 3 can ensure that all inspection data of the product are stable, small content deviation is small, high stability is achieved, and qualified products can be provided.
Effect example 2 stability test
The soft capsules obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 2 were subjected to accelerated exposure test, and the remaining vitamin contents (the vitamin E content detection index in comparative example 1 does not meet the specified range and is therefore not listed as a reference item for accelerated exposure) after 1 month exposure, 2 months exposure, 3 months exposure and 6 months exposure were measured, respectively, to obtain the results shown in table 8.

Among them, the contents of titanium dioxide in example 1, example 2, example 3 and comparative example 2 are sequentially increased, and it is understood from table 8 that the larger the proportion of titanium dioxide is, the better the light-shielding property is, and the smaller the degradation range of example 2, example 3 and comparative example 2 is due to the smallest proportion of titanium dioxide added in example 1 (0.076%) by data analysis, in the accelerated test of 6 months, the larger the degradation range of vitamin E content is, but the larger the proportion of titanium dioxide added in comparative example 2 (0.207%), the capsule may become hard and brittle, and thus it is difficult to store and take, and there is a risk of leakage.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E comprises a capsule shell and contents, and is characterized in that the capsule shell comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-400 parts of purified water, 160-200 parts of glycerol, 300-500 parts of gelatin, 3-6 parts of caramel color and 1-3 parts of titanium dioxide;
the content comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 360-410 parts of sea buckthorn seed oil, 20-30 parts of beeswax, 160-200 parts of spirulina powder and 8-15 parts of vitamin E.
2. The soft capsule containing sea buckthorn seed oil, spirulina and vitamin E as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ingredients are selected from one of the following:
the formula I is as follows: the capsule shell comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 parts of purified water, 160 parts of glycerol, 300 parts of gelatin, 3 parts of caramel color and 1 part of titanium dioxide;
the content comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 360 parts of sea buckthorn seed oil, 20 parts of beeswax, 160 parts of spirulina powder and 8 parts of vitamin E;
and the formula II comprises: the capsule shell comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 360 parts of purified water, 180 parts of glycerol, 360 parts of gelatin, 4.8 parts of caramel color and 2 parts of titanium dioxide;
the content comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 386 parts of sea-buckthorn seed oil, 24 parts of beeswax, 180 parts of spirulina powder and 10 parts of vitamin E;
the formula III is as follows: the capsule shell comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400 parts of purified water, 200 parts of glycerol, 500 parts of gelatin, 6 parts of caramel color and 3 parts of titanium dioxide;
the content comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the sea-buckthorn seaweed powder comprises 410 parts of sea-buckthorn seed oil, 30 parts of beeswax, 200 parts of spirulina powder and 15 parts of vitamin E.
3. A preparation method of a soft capsule containing sea buckthorn seed oil, spirulina and vitamin E is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing vitamin E, sea buckthorn seed oil, beeswax, gelatin, glycerol, purified water, and spirulina powder, caramel color and titanium dioxide which are filtered by a 100-mesh sieve according to the formula ratio;
(2) adding purified water, glycerol, gelatin, caramel color and titanium dioxide into a sol pot, mixing sol, vacuumizing and filtering to obtain a capsule shell glue solution, and placing the capsule shell glue solution at the temperature of 55-60 ℃ for later use;
(3) adding the sea buckthorn seed oil, the beeswax, the spirulina powder and the vitamin E into a liquid preparation tank, mixing, stirring, grinding and filtering to obtain a content liquid, and placing the content liquid at the temperature of 30-40 ℃ and continuously stirring for later use;
(4) and pressing the capsule shell glue solution and the content material solution in a soft capsule forming machine to form a soft capsule, and forming and drying to obtain the soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E.
4. The method for preparing the soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E, according to claim 3, is characterized in that the step (2) comprises the following steps:
adding purified water and glycerol into a sol tank, heating to 55-60 ℃, adding gelatin, caramel color and titanium dioxide into the sol tank, continuously heating to 75-85 ℃ in the stirring process, and obtaining uniform sol solution after the gelatin is completely dissolved;
and defoaming the uniform glue solution for 1-2 hours under a vacuum condition to obtain a defoamed glue solution, and filtering the defoamed glue solution to obtain the capsule hide glue solution.
5. The method for preparing the soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E is characterized in that the uniform glue solution is defoamed for 1-2 hours under the vacuum condition that the vacuum degree is 0.06-0.08 MPa.
6. The method for preparing the soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E as claimed in claim 4, wherein the defoamed glue solution is filtered by a 100-mesh sieve.
7. The method for preparing the soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E, which is claimed in claim 3, is characterized in that the step (3) comprises the following steps: adding the sea buckthorn seed oil and the beeswax into a liquid preparation tank, heating to 75-85 ℃, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixed oil material;
pouring the spirulina powder and the vitamin E into the mixed oil material, mixing and stirring for 25-35 minutes, grinding the stirred material for 2-3 times by using a colloid mill, grinding for 15-25 minutes each time to obtain a ground material, and filtering the ground material by using a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the content material liquid.
8. The preparation method of the soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E, according to claim 3, is characterized in that in the process of pressing the capsule shell glue solution and the content material solution in a soft capsule forming machine to form the soft capsule, the thickness of the capsule shell is adjusted to be 0.75 mm-0.95 mm, the cold air temperature is 15-20 ℃, the spray body temperature is 35-45 ℃, the running speed is 2-3 r/min, and the glue material box temperature is 55-60 ℃.
9. The preparation method of the soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E, as claimed in claim 3, wherein the loading amount is adjusted to be 0.558-0.642 g/capsule in the process of pressing the capsule shell glue solution and the content material solution in a soft capsule forming machine to form the soft capsule.
10. The method for preparing the soft capsule containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E, according to claim 4, is characterized in that the step (4) comprises the following steps:
pressing the capsule skin glue solution and the content material solution in a soft capsule forming machine to form a soft capsule, placing the soft capsule in a drying and shaping barrel for shaping for 2-4 hours, and ensuring that the temperature in an operation room is 18-26 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than or equal to 50% to obtain a shaped capsule;
and drying the shaped capsules for 24-48 hours in an environment with the temperature of 20-25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 20-30% to obtain the soft capsules containing the sea buckthorn seed oil, the spirulina and the vitamin E.
