The embodiment provides a blueberry lutein ester candy tablet which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of blueberry powder, 8 parts of lutein ester, 3 parts of carrot powder, 1.5 parts of vitamin C, 0.5 part of edible glucose, 1.5 parts of maltodextrin and 0.5 part of starch.
The preparation method of the blueberry lutein ester candy tablet comprises the following steps:

The blueberry lutein ester candy tablet as claimed in claim 1 is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 parts of blueberry powder, 6 parts of lutein ester, 6 parts of carrot powder, 1 parts of vitamin C, 1 part of edible glucose, 1 part of maltodextrin and 1 part of starch.
3. A method for preparing a blueberry lutein ester candy tablet as described in claim 1 or 2, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing edible glucose, maltodextrin and starch uniformly to obtain a mixture 1;
(2) uniformly mixing blueberry powder, lutein ester, carrot powder and vitamin C to obtain a mixture 2;
(3) and uniformly mixing the mixture 1 and the mixture 2, adding a proper amount of purified water, granulating, drying, finishing granules, sieving and tabletting to obtain the blueberry lutein ester tabletting candy.
4. The preparation method of the blueberry lutein ester candy tablet according to claim 3, characterized by comprising the following steps: and (4) granulating in the step (3) by adopting a swinging type granulator.
