Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of foods, in particular to a blueberry beverage with an eye protection function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the advent of the internet era, various electronic devices are layered, people almost have no way of leaving the electronic devices, and eyes stare at computer screens for a long time no matter in living shopping or office work, so that huge burden is brought to eyes of people, no matter how busy work is or learning pressure is, and reasons such as irregular life diet are brought, the eyes of people are easy to cause fatigue, the performances of the electronic devices mainly comprise dry eyes, foreign body feeling, eyelid heavy feeling, blurred vision, photophobia and tearing, eye pain and eye congestion, and the like, the work and the life of people are directly influenced, and the physical health is also affected, so that functional foods for supplementing nutrition to eyes are relieved, and the demands of the market are met.
In order to protect eyes, various eye protection products are available in the market, and are mainly classified into four types, namely eye drops, therapeutic instruments and equipment, steam eyeshields and eye patches. Among these four types of products, eye drops are the most common, but most of them have many problems, and most of them contain preservative components, which not only cause damage to the corneal epithelium but also cause severe damage to the goblet cells of the cornea, resulting in dry eye. Meanwhile, the long-term use of the antibiotic eye drops can cause the disorder of the normal conjunctival sac inner flora, so that bacteria with pathogenic effect do not occur under normal conditions, and infection, namely conditional pathogenic bacteria infection, occurs.
Therefore, although the eye-protecting products on the market at present can play a certain role in protecting eyes, side effects exist and can bring certain damage to eyes. Therefore, there is a need in the art to propose a functional beverage to solve the problem that the existing eye protection products have side effects and can cause certain damage to eyes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a blueberry beverage with an eye protection function, which contains rich nutrition, can effectively protect eyes and greatly reduces side effects caused by taking eye protection medicines for patients.
The technical scheme adopted for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:
a blueberry beverage with an eye protection function comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-96 parts of blueberry juice; lutein ester 0.18-0.25 weight portions; 0.2-0.4 parts of grape seed extract.
Further, the invention also comprises 6-10 parts of wild chrysanthemum; 5-8 parts of semen cassiae; 4-9 parts of medlar.
Blueberry contains a large amount of anthocyanin and phenols, wherein anthocyanin acts on retina to help the regeneration of rhodopsin pigment, and the anthocyanin beneficial to the synthesis of rhodopsin can be fully ingested to achieve the effects of relieving visual fatigue and improving eye function.
Lutein ester is an important carotenoid fatty acid ester, is more stable than lutein processing characteristics, and is damaged greatly only under the factors of long-time high temperature, strong acid, oxygen and the like; the lutein ester is absorbed and decomposed into free lutein by human body, and has effects of supplementing macular pigment density in human retina macular region, protecting macula, promoting macular development, protecting eyes from damage by blue light, delaying eye aging, preventing pathological changes, and relieving asthenopia.
