Abstract

本发明涉及一种根据独立权利要求1所述的用于使电气部件与印刷电路板电接触的装置。
这类接触装置用于为印刷电路板成本有利地装备电气部件。
背景技术
在现有技术中揭示过电气部件与印刷电路板的自动化钎焊的方法,例如所谓的“SMT”(Surface Mounted Technology、表面贴装技术)或者所谓的THR(Through HoleReflow、通孔再流焊接)。
此外已知的是,在钎焊过程后,才通过插接连接将诸如微处理器的热敏元件与插座导电连接,此插座则是预先通过这种钎焊过程被钎焊在印刷电路板上。
通常例如通过钎焊连接、导电连接和机械固定将热敏感度较低的元件的连接触头直接地与印刷电路板的触头连接。作为替代方案,为了与印刷电路板连接,亦已知所谓的“压入式”技术,其中在不进行钎焊的情况下将部件借助于其连接触头压入到印刷电路板贯通接触部中,由此将部件与印刷电路板的相应的贯穿触头机械连接和电连接。为此,连接触头通常具有孔眼,在孔眼的区域内连接触头为此具有足够的可变形性。
最后,公开文献DE 92 03 355 U1和US 8,105,105 B2例如揭示过切夹式接线端触头(Schneidklemmkontakt)。公开文献EP2862237B1描述过其在印刷电路板插接连接器中的应用。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种装置,即使是对于小批量而言,所述装置也成本有利地简化了印刷电路板的装备。

用于使印刷电路板与电气部件的多个电气接头和/或与电缆的多根芯线电接触装置具有接触载体和多个保持在该接触载体中或该接触载体上的导电的接触元件,其中所述接触载体具有接触侧和对置的连接侧,并且其中所述接触元件分别具有:
-至少一个从所述接触载体的连接侧伸出的独立的(freistehend)连接触头,其用于与印刷电路板电接触,以及
-相对置的夹紧区域,其具有至少两个接片,在这些接片之间形成有用于容纳电气部件的相应的电气接头或者电缆的相应的芯线的缝隙。
本发明的优点在于,可以例如通过所谓的“SMT”(Surface Mounted Technology)方法和/或所谓的“压入”方法实现自动化地高批量地进行所述装置与印刷电路板的接触。由此装备有根据本发明的装置的印刷电路板仍具有泛用性。最后,仅通过少量的(例如人工)花费便能非常灵活地为印刷电路板装备电气部件和接头。这样,可以先高批量地制造印刷电路板,再根据相应目的通过装备对印刷电路板进行调整,即,印刷电路板的应用故而极其灵活。
在一个优选实施方式中,所述接触元件布置在所述接触载体的接触腔中,其中所述接触腔在接触载体的接触侧上分别具有接触开口,并且其中接触元件的夹紧区域指向相应的接触开口的方向或者自其伸出。优选地,接触元件的相应的夹紧区域由此受到机械保护,且相应的部件的电气接头和/或相应的电缆的芯线特别可靠地与夹紧区域连接。
在此,所述接触载体可以分别在其连接侧与其接触腔之间具有通孔,在该通孔中以形状配合的方式容纳和固定有接触元件的连接触头的一个区段,且连接触头在连接侧从该通孔伸出,以对印刷电路板进行接触。此方案特别有利,因为这样便能将接触载体稳定地保持在接触腔中,并且能够将连接触头与印刷电路板的电触头导电连接。
为了接触电缆的芯线,特别优选地,所述接触元件的接片沿所述缝隙的方向分别具有刀刃,以便由此视情况而定将芯线的绝缘部切开,从而对芯线(其为电导体)进行电接触。在此情形下,所述接触元件是为本领域技术人员所熟知的切夹式接线端(Schneidklemmen)。

作为替代方案,所述连接触头可以实施为所谓的“压入”触头。此方案的优点在于,相应的连接技术的复杂性较低。
所述接触元件优选由金属构成,该金属例如基本上由以下构成:铜,或铁,或铝,或者包含作为主要组分的铜或铁或铝的合金。
在一个优选实施方式中,所述电气部件可以实施为插接连接器的上部件。优选地,所述电气部件具有带通孔的绝缘体和布置在所述通孔中的插接触头。特别地,所述插接触头中的每一个均可具有插接区域和相对置地的连接区域,所述连接区域具有用于插入到接触元件的相应的缝隙中的电气接头。
在另一优选实施方式中,所述电气部件实施为单独的连接元件,可将电缆的芯线布置在该连接元件中,以便与接触载体的接触元件接触。为了同时插入到接触元件的、特别是切夹式接线端的缝隙中,将插入其中的电缆的芯线以与切夹式接线端成一定角度(特别是成直角)的方式保持、特别是固定。为此,所述连接元件可以具有拼接元件,其将插入的电缆的芯线分开并使其沿期望的方向偏转。这样便能使插入到拼接元件中的芯线相互分离地偏转,从而在插入切夹式接线端的过程中在连接元件上将芯线以与切夹式接线端的缝隙成一定角度、特别是成直角的方式保持在适当的位置中。此方案特别有利,因为电缆的芯线通常具备机械柔性,故借助于此方案不仅实现为进行接触所需的定向,特别是也实现在连接元件上在适用于接触的位置中的固定。由此能够将所有芯线借助于连接元件共同地、特别是同时地插入到其相应的接触元件,尤其插入到切夹式接线端中。在此,可以将所述连接元件理解为电气部件。在此,所述芯线的末端形成该芯线的电气接头。
一种为印刷电路板装备电气部件,诸如插接连接器的上部件或前述连接元件的方法具有以下步骤:
a.通过钎焊或者压入将接触载体的连接触头与印刷电路板的相应的接头电连接,以及将接触载体机械固定至印刷电路板;
b.将电气部件的电气接头插入到相应的接触元件的缝隙中,并且由此
c.通过所述接触元件使电气部件的电气接头与印刷电路板的为此设置的接头电接触。
一种将多芯电缆连接至印刷电路板的方法特别是具有以下步骤:
a.通过钎焊或者压入将接触载体的接触元件的连接触头与印刷电路板的相应的接头电连接,以及将接触载体机械固定至印刷电路板;
b.将电缆的芯线插入到单独的连接元件中;
c.通过所述连接元件的拼接元件将电缆的芯线分离和转向;
d.将芯线共同插入到相应的接触元件的缝隙中,并且由此
e.通过所述接触元件使电缆的芯线与印刷电路板的为此设置的接头电接触。

图1a和图1b为印刷电路板插接连接器的从外部观察的视图以及剖视图。印刷电路板插接连接器具有插接连接器上部件1和包含绝缘体12的接触载体2。绝缘体12在插接侧具有未详细示出的空心圆柱形区段。紧接该区段,绝缘体12在其朝向接触载体2的延伸范围中实施为实心但也在这个实心区域内具有通孔,在这些通孔中至少部分地布置和固定有多个插接触头13。插接触头13在插接侧以其插接区域131伸入到绝缘体12的空心圆柱形区段中。借助于其有角度地实施的连接区域134,所述插接触头伸入接触载体2的接触腔20中并对接触元件23进行接触。

图4a示出装备有接触元件23′的接触载体2′和具有单独的连接元件3的电缆。电缆5插入到连接元件3中。电缆5的四根芯线通过未示出的拼接元件沿不同的方向偏转并以与连接方向成一定角度、即在本示例中成直角的方式被保持在连接元件3的连接侧末端上。在将连接元件3与接触元件2′合拢时,芯线54的末端分别处于相应的接触元件23′的位置中,所述接触元件在此情形下优选可实施为切夹式接线端,以便视情况而定穿透每根芯线的绝缘部。在接触过程中,芯线54的待接触的末端以与相应的接触元件23′的缝隙230′成一定角度、即在此情形下成直角的方式延伸。
图4b示出具有插入到接触元件23′中的芯线54的接触载体2′。在此,为了阐释接触,以透明的方式示出连接元件3。
尽管在附图中将本发明的不同方面或特征以组合的方式示出,但(在未另外说明的情况下)对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的是,所展示和探讨的组合并非唯一可行的组合。特别是可以将不同实施例中的彼此相应的细节或特征组合相互交换。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于使印刷电路板(4)与电气部件(1、3)的多个电气接头(134、134′)和/或与电缆(5)的多根芯线(54)电接触的装置,其中所述装置具有接触载体(2)和多个保持在该接触载体中或该接触载体上的导电的接触元件(23、23′),其中所述接触载体(2、2′)具有接触侧和对置的连接侧,并且其中所述接触元件(23、23′)分别具有以下组件:
-至少一个从所述接触载体(2)的连接侧伸出的独立的连接触头(234),该连接触头用于与所述印刷电路板(4)电接触,以及
-对置的夹紧区域,该夹紧区域具有至少两个接片(231),在所述接片之间形成有用于容纳所述电气部件(1)的相应的电气接头(134、134′)和/或所述电缆(5)的相应的芯线(54)的缝隙(230)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述接触元件(23、23′)布置在所述接触载体(2、2′)的接触腔(20、20′)中,其中所述接触腔(20、20′)在接触载体(2、2′)的接触侧上分别具有接触开口,并且其中,所述接触元件(23、23′)的所述夹紧区域指向相应的接触开口的方向或自其伸出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中所述接触载体(2、2′)分别具有通孔作为其连接侧与其接触腔(20、20′)之间的连接,在所述通孔中以形状配合的方式容纳和固定有所述接触元件(23、23′)的所述连接触头(234)的一个区段,且所述连接触头在连接侧伸出所述通孔,以用于接触所述印刷电路板(4)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述接触元件(23)的所述接片(231)沿所述缝隙(230)的方向分别具有刀刃,从而所述接触元件(23、23′)是指切夹式接线端。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述连接触头为了压入到所述印刷电路板中而实施为“压入式”触头,或者为了与所述印刷电路板的触头钎焊而实施为钎焊触头。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的装置,其中所述接触元件(23、23′)由金属构成。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述装置还具有如下电气部件,所述电气部件实施为单独的连接元件(3),所述连接元件适于保持插入的电缆(5)的、作为电气接头的多根芯线(54),以将其同时插入到接触元件(23、23′)的相应的缝隙(230)中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中所述连接元件(3)具有如下拼接元件,所述电缆(5)的芯线(54)能够共同地插入到该拼接元件中并且所述芯线能够通过该拼接元件分离地偏转,以便在所述连接元件(3)上作为电气接头保持在适当的位置中以与所述接触元件的缝隙(230)成一定角度的方式插入到相应的接触元件(23、23′)中。
9.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中所述连接元件(3)具有如下拼接元件,所述电缆(5)的芯线(54)能够共同地插入到该拼接元件中并且所述芯线能够通过该拼接元件分离地偏转,以便在所述连接元件(3)上作为电气接头保持在适当的位置中以与所述接触元件的缝隙(230)成直角的方式插入到相应的接触元件(23、23′)中。
10.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的装置,其中所述装置还具有如下电气部件,所述电气部件实施为插接连接器的上部件(1)并且具有带通孔的绝缘体(12)以及布置在所述通孔中的插接触头(13、13′)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中所述插接触头(13、13′)中的每一个均具有插接区域(131、131′)和相对置的用于插入到接触元件(23、23′)的相应的缝隙(230)中的连接区域(134、134′)。
12.一种借助于根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的装置为印刷电路板(4)装备电气部件(1、3)的方法,该方法具有以下步骤:
a.通过钎焊或者压入将所述接触载体(2、2′)的所述接触元件(23)的所述连接触头(234)与所述印刷电路板(4)的相应的接头电连接,以及将所述接触载体(2、2′)机械固定至所述印刷电路板(4);
b.将所述电气部件(1、3)的电气接头(134、134′、54)插入到相应的接触元件(23、23′)的缝隙(230)中,并且由此
c.通过所述接触元件(23、23′)使所述电气部件(1、3)的电气接头(134、134′、54)与所述印刷电路板(4)的为此设置的接头电接触。
13.一种借助于根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的装置将多芯电缆(5)连接至印刷电路板(4)的方法,所述方法具有以下步骤:
a.通过钎焊或者压入将所述接触载体(2)的所述接触元件(23、23′)的所述连接触头(234)与所述印刷电路板(4)的相应的接头电连接,以及将所述接触载体(2)机械固定至所述印刷电路板(4);
b.将所述电缆(5)的芯线(54)插入到单独的连接元件(3)中;
c.通过所述连接元件(3)的拼接元件将所述电缆(5)的芯线(54)分离和偏转;
d.将所述芯线(54)共同地插入到相应的接触元件(23、23′)的缝隙(230)中,并且由此
e.通过所述接触元件(23、23′)使所述电缆(5)的芯线(54)与所述印刷电路板(4)的为此设置的接头电接触。
