Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
The water-disintegratable sheet of patent document 1 is produced by impregnating a base paper sheet with a chemical solution. Therefore, as in the antibacterial composition of patent document 2, a chemical liquid is generally prepared by dissolving benzalkonium chloride (quaternary ammonium salt) in water.
However, in order to dissolve benzalkonium chloride in water and prepare an aqueous solution of a predetermined concentration without causing precipitation, it is necessary to control the production conditions, and therefore, benzalkonium chloride is usually dissolved in water to prepare an aqueous solution and then supplied.
Therefore, when benzalkonium chloride is transported, there is a problem that the volume and weight of the benzalkonium chloride aqueous solution increase and the transportation cost and storage cost increase, although the content of benzalkonium chloride itself contained in the aqueous solution is small.
The invention provides an antibacterial composition which can be easily dissolved in water to produce chemical liquid medicine under the condition of basically not generating precipitate, and can inhibit transportation cost and storage cost.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The antibacterial composition of the present invention can be easily dissolved in water without substantially controlling the conditions for dissolution in water, and can produce a chemical liquid medicine substantially free from precipitation. The obtained chemical liquid has excellent antibacterial property.

(antibacterial composition)
The antibacterial composition can be produced by mixing calcined calcium with a metal salt of an organic acid using a general mixing method.
Points of use of the antibacterial composition will be described. The antibacterial composition can be dissolved in water to produce an antibacterial chemical solution. When the antibacterial composition is dissolved in water, there is no need to specifically control the dissolution conditions, and the antibacterial composition can be easily dissolved in water simply by adding the antibacterial composition to water.
The content of the antibacterial composition in the chemical liquid is preferably 0.01 to 10 parts by mass, more preferably 0.05 to 5 parts by mass, even more preferably 0.07 to 3 parts by mass, and particularly preferably 0.08 to 2 parts by mass, based on 100 parts by mass of water.
The obtained chemical liquid does not substantially cause precipitation of the antibacterial composition, particularly precipitation of calcined calcium. Therefore, when the chemical liquid is used, the precipitate does not need to be filtered, and the facility and the manufacturing process can be simplified.
The obtained chemical liquid does not require addition of a preservative, does not deteriorate, can maintain excellent antibacterial properties for a long period of time, and can be stably stored. The preservative includes those commonly used, and examples thereof include: parabens or salts thereof (parabens), phenoxyethanol, benzoic acid or salts thereof, sorbic acid or salts thereof, chlorhexidine gluconate, and the like.
The antimicrobial sheet can be produced by impregnating a cloth (nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, etc.) with a chemical solution. The antibacterial sheet can be used as, for example, a towel, a wiping sheet, a toilet cleaning sheet, and the like.
Since the antibacterial composition does not contain a compound harmful to the human body, foods such as vegetables and fruits can be immersed in a chemical solution to impart antibacterial properties to the foods and improve the storage stability.
Further, the chemical liquid may be used as a cleaning agent to clean the body by wiping the body such as hands and feet with the chemical liquid.
In addition, since water is contained in the shampoo (shampoo), the conditioner, and the cleansing agent for cleansing the body, the antibacterial composition can be dissolved in water to impart antibacterial properties to the shampoo, the conditioner, and the cleansing agent, and thus the shampoo, the conditioner, and the cleansing agent can be stably stored for a long period of time.
By adding the antibacterial composition to the aqueous coating material, antibacterial properties can be imparted to the aqueous coating material. The aqueous coating material contains water and a binder component dispersed in the water. Since the antibacterial composition can be dissolved in water without causing any substantial precipitation, the antibacterial composition can be uniformly contained in the aqueous coating material, and the resulting coating film can be uniformly contained to form a coating film having antibacterial properties.
The cosmetic may contain an antibacterial composition to impart antibacterial properties to the cosmetic. The cosmetic may contain water, and examples thereof include a cosmetic water.
The antibacterial composition may be mixed with a synthetic resin and used. The antibacterial composition and the synthetic resin are supplied to an extruder, melt-kneaded, and extruded from the extruder to be molded into a molded article (for example, a sheet, a food storage bag, a daily necessity, a vehicle interior material, and a building interior material) having a desired shape, whereby a molded article having antibacterial properties can be obtained.
Examples
The present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the following examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
Examples 1 to 36 and comparative examples 1 to 4
Calcined scallop shell calcium, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, sodium gluconate, potassium gluconate, sodium malate, sodium succinate, sodium aspartate, disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, and sodium silicate were mixed in given amounts shown in tables 1 to 4, respectively, to prepare an antibacterial composition.
The antibacterial properties and solubility of the obtained antibacterial compositions were measured as follows, and the results are shown in tables 1 to 4.
(antibacterial property)
Test samples were prepared by adding and dissolving 1 part by mass of the antibacterial composition in 1000 parts by mass of water. Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli) was inoculated into a common agar medium and cultured at 35 ℃ for 24 hours. After the culture, the amount of the culture medium was adjusted to 10 using sterile physiological saline7The test bacterial suspension was designated as the/mL bacterial suspension.
The test bacterial suspension (100. mu.L) was inoculated into 200mL of the test sample and cultured at 25 ℃. After 5 minutes and 30 minutes of inoculation, a 10-fold dilution series of the prepared test sample was diluted with a sterile physiological saline solution to prepare a test solution, which was inoculated into an SCDLP agar medium and cultured at 35 ℃ for 48 hours. After the culture, the number of formed colonies was counted and converted into viable cell count (cfu/mL).
In addition, the test was carried out in the same manner as described above using sterile phosphate-buffered physiological saline as a control, and the number of viable bacteria was converted to the initial number of bacteria (cfu/mL).
Antibacterial property (%) ═ 100 × (initial number of viable bacteria-number of viable bacteria)/(initial number of bacteria)
(solubility)
0.4 part by mass of the antibacterial composition was added to 100 parts by mass of water and dissolved to prepare a chemical solution. The obtained chemical solution WAs left to stand for 24 hours, and then the Turbidity (TUR) of the chemical solution WAs measured using a measuring instrument (product name "WA-PT-4 DG" manufactured by Co., Ltd.). The turbidity of the chemical solution was measured using a formalin solution as a standard solution. The turbidity of 20 degrees formalin or higher cases were described as "OVER".
