本发明公开了一种废弃PET瓶的回收方法。所述废弃PET瓶的回收方法包括以下步骤:将回收的废弃PET瓶进行分拣,去除非PET材质的杂物;将分拣后的废弃PET瓶用湿式粉碎机破碎成不同尺寸的PET塑料碎片;将所述PET塑料碎片去除瓶盖;向去掉瓶盖的所述PET塑料碎片中加入洗涤剂清洗,再加入片碱、加热清洗,最后用水将所述PET塑料碎片冲洗干净;将冲洗干净的所述PET塑料碎片进行脱水、干燥、挤出造粒。本发明提供一种废弃PET瓶的回收方法,该废弃PET瓶的回收方法能高效节能的获得纯白色PET塑料碎片,能有效保证PET回收造粒的特性粘度,将碎片应用到注塑和拉丝行业中,不但节省了资源,而且大大降低了成本。

一种废弃PET瓶的回收方法
技术领域
本发明涉及资源再利用技术领域,具体的,涉及一种废弃PET瓶的回收方法。
背景技术
随着工业技术的进步和发展,因为塑料制品自身的良好性能以及成本较低,各种塑料制品在诸多领域中充当着包装的重要角色,塑料制品为人们生活带来便利的同时,每天也会产生数以万计的废旧塑料垃圾,传统的做法是将塑料制品进行填埋和焚烧,但是普通的塑料垃圾在自然环境中的降解周期是一百年以上,并且在降解过程中还会产生有害物质,因此,填埋法不是一个好的处理塑料制品的方法;随后用焚烧法代替了填埋法,然而焚烧能够产生有害气体和烟尘,这些有害物质也对环境造成影响。现在技的塑料瓶的回收工艺都包括:分拣、破碎、清洗、切片、包装等,现有的回收工艺流程存在以下缺点:针对性不强,清洁效果不佳,得到的塑料碎片的洁净程度不达标,后续利用需要再清洁消毒,增加了中间环节,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种废弃PET瓶的回收方法,该废弃PET瓶的回收方法能高效节能的获得纯白色PET塑料碎片,能有效保证PET回收造粒的特性粘度,将碎片应用到注塑和拉丝行业中,不但节省了资源,而且大大降低了成本。
本发明提供了一种废弃PET瓶的回收方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将回收的废弃PET瓶进行分拣,去除非PET材质的杂物;
步骤二、将分拣后的废弃PET瓶用湿式粉碎机破碎成不同尺寸的PET塑料碎片;
步骤三、将所述PET塑料碎片放入清洗桶中,注入清水,使所述PET塑料碎片中的瓶盖在水的浮力作用下漂浮在水面,然后将水面上的瓶盖打捞出去;
步骤四、向去掉瓶盖的所述PET塑料碎片中加入洗涤剂清洗,再加入片碱、加热清洗,最后用水将所述PET塑料碎片冲洗干净;
步骤五、将冲洗干净的所述PET塑料碎片进行脱水、干燥、挤出造粒。
在本发明提供的废弃PET瓶的回收方法的一种较佳实施例中,所述PET塑料碎片的尺寸包括:12×12mm、14×14mm、16×16mm。
在本发明提供的废弃PET瓶的回收方法的一种较佳实施例中,所述步骤四中,所述洗涤剂由烷基糖苷及阴离子表面活性按重量比1~3:1的比例组成;加入片碱后加热至40~50℃清洗20~30分钟。
在本发明提供的废弃PET瓶的回收方法的一种较佳实施例中,所述步骤五中,所述脱水为脱去85~90%的水分。
相较于现有技术,本发明提供的废弃PET瓶的回收方法具有以下有益效果:该废弃PET瓶的回收方法能高效节能的获得纯白色PET塑料碎片,能有效保证PET回收造粒的特性粘度,将碎片应用到注塑和拉丝行业中,不但节省了资源,而且大大降低了成本。

实施例1
一种废弃PET瓶的回收方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将回收的废弃PET瓶进行分拣,去除非PET材质的杂物;
S2、将分拣后的废弃PET瓶用湿式粉碎机破碎成不同尺寸的PET塑料碎片;
所述PET塑料碎片的尺寸包括:12×12mm、14×14mm、16×16mm;
S3、将所述PET塑料碎片放入清洗桶中,注入清水,使所述PET塑料碎片中的瓶盖在水的浮力作用下漂浮在水面,然后将水面上的瓶盖打捞出去;
S4、向去掉瓶盖的所述PET塑料碎片中加入洗涤剂清洗,再加入片碱、加热清洗,最后用水将所述PET塑料碎片冲洗干净;
所述洗涤剂由烷基糖苷及阴离子表面活性按重量比1:1的比例组成;加入片碱后加热至40℃清洗20分钟;
S5、将冲洗干净的所述PET塑料碎片脱去85~90%的水分后干燥、挤出造粒。
实施例2
一种废弃PET瓶的回收方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将回收的废弃PET瓶进行分拣,去除非PET材质的杂物;

所述PET塑料碎片的尺寸包括:12×12mm、14×14mm、16×16mm;

S4、向去掉瓶盖的所述PET塑料碎片中加入洗涤剂清洗,再加入片碱、加热清洗,最后用水将所述PET塑料碎片冲洗干净;
所述洗涤剂由烷基糖苷及阴离子表面活性按重量比2:1的比例组成;加入片碱后加热至45℃清洗25分钟;
S5、将冲洗干净的所述PET塑料碎片脱去85~90%的水分后干燥、挤出造粒。
实施例3
一种废弃PET瓶的回收方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将回收的废弃PET瓶进行分拣,去除非PET材质的杂物;
S2、将分拣后的废弃PET瓶用湿式粉碎机破碎成不同尺寸的PET塑料碎片;
所述PET塑料碎片的尺寸包括:12×12mm、14×14mm、16×16mm;
S3、将所述PET塑料碎片放入清洗桶中,注入清水,使所述PET塑料碎片中的瓶盖在水的浮力作用下漂浮在水面,然后将水面上的瓶盖打捞出去;
S4、向去掉瓶盖的所述PET塑料碎片中加入洗涤剂清洗,再加入片碱、加热清洗,最后用水将所述PET塑料碎片冲洗干净;
所述洗涤剂由烷基糖苷及阴离子表面活性按重量比3:1的比例组成;加入片碱后加热至50℃清洗30分钟;
S5、将冲洗干净的所述PET塑料碎片脱去85~90%的水分后干燥、挤出造粒。

1.一种废弃PET瓶的回收方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将回收的废弃PET瓶进行分拣,去除非PET材质的杂物;
步骤二、将分拣后的废弃PET瓶用湿式粉碎机破碎成不同尺寸的PET塑料碎片;
步骤三、将所述PET塑料碎片放入清洗桶中,注入清水,使所述PET塑料碎片中的瓶盖在水的浮力作用下漂浮在水面,然后将水面上的瓶盖打捞出去;
步骤四、向去掉瓶盖的所述PET塑料碎片中加入洗涤剂清洗,再加入片碱、加热清洗,最后用水将所述PET塑料碎片冲洗干净;
步骤五、将冲洗干净的所述PET塑料碎片进行脱水、干燥、挤出造粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废弃PET瓶的回收方法,其特征在于,所述PET塑料碎片的尺寸包括:12×12mm、14×14mm、16×16mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废弃PET瓶的回收方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中,所述洗涤剂由烷基糖苷及阴离子表面活性按重量比1~3:1的比例组成;加入片碱后加热至40~50℃清洗20~30分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的废弃PET瓶的回收方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中,所述脱水为脱去85~90%的水分。
