1. The foundation make-up for retaining youthful looks and the preparation method thereof are characterized by being prepared by mixing the following raw materials of phase A, phase B, phase C, phase D and phase E in percentage by weight:
the phase A comprises a first humectant, a colorant and a sunscreen agent, wherein the first humectant comprises isononyl isononanoate 6%, hydrogenated polyisobutene 5%, dimethyl siloxane 2%, tridecyl alcohol trimellitate 3% and phytosterol 0.5%, the colorant comprises iron oxide red 2%, iron oxide yellow 2% and iron oxide black 1%, and the sunscreen agent comprises nano titanium dioxide 7%;
the phase B comprises an emulsifier, wherein the emulsifier comprises C20-22 alcohol phosphate/C20-22 alcohol, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester and 7.25% of hydroxyethyl acrylate;
phase C comprises a second humectant, a thickening agent, a first preservative and a pH regulator, wherein the second humectant comprises 6% of butanediol, 6% of glycerol, 0.1% of xanthan gum and 46% of deionized water, the thickening agent comprises 0.1% of xanthan gum, 60.2% of polyacrylate cross-linked polymer and 1% of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer/polysorbate-60/isohexadecane, the preservative comprises 0.15% of methyl hydroxybenzoate, and the pH regulator comprises 0.2% of triethanolamine;
the phase D comprises an efficacy agent and an anti-allergy agent, wherein the efficacy agent comprises β glucan 2% and 1% of sugar isomer, and the anti-allergy agent comprises 1% of purslane extract and 0.05% of ceruleus extract;
phase E includes a second preservative comprising methylisothiazolinone/ethylhexylglycerin 0.1%.
2. The foundation for retaining youthful looks and the preparation method thereof are characterized by comprising the following steps:
step A: weighing the raw materials, namely weighing the raw materials by weight percent by using an electronic scale;
and B: grinding the material, namely adding the phase A into a grinder, wherein the grinding speed is 20-40RPM, the grinding temperature is 35-50 degrees, the grinding time is 15-20min, and the particle size of the ground phase A is 10-25 um;
and C: heating and stirring, mixing phase A and phase B, placing phase A and phase B into an emulsifying pot, heating to 80-90 deg.C, placing phase C into another emulsifying pot, heating to 85-95 deg.C, placing phase A and phase B into the emulsifying pot with phase C, homogenizing and stirring for 10-15min, defoaming under vacuum, and keeping the temperature for 15-25 min;
step D: mixing and stirring again, cooling the emulsifying pot in the step C to 35-45 ℃, adding the phase D and the phase E into the emulsifying pot, and homogenizing and stirring for 10-15 min;
step E: and D, inspecting a finished product, testing the mixture of the phase A, the phase B, the phase C, the phase D and the phase E after stirring in the step D, and discharging after the mixture is qualified.

The foundation for retaining youthful looks and the preparation method thereof according to claim 2, wherein: the grinding speed in the step B is 20RPM, the grinding temperature is 35 degrees, the grinding time is 15min, and the particle size of the ground phase A is 20 um; heating the phase A and the phase B to 80 ℃ in the step C, heating the phase C to 85 ℃, adding the phase A and the phase B into an emulsifying pot with the phase C, homogenizing and stirring for 10min, defoaming in vacuum, and preserving heat for 15 min; and D, cooling the mixture of the phase A, the phase B and the phase C in the emulsifying pot in the step D to 45 ℃, adding the phase D and the phase E into the emulsifying pot, and homogenizing and stirring for 10 min.

The foundation for retaining youthful looks and the preparation method thereof according to claim 2, wherein: the grinding speed in the step B is 25RPM, the grinding temperature is 35 degrees, the grinding time is 15min, and the particle size of the ground phase A is 20 um; heating the phase A and the phase B to 80 ℃ in the step C, heating the phase C to 85 ℃, adding the phase A and the phase B into an emulsifying pot with the phase C, homogenizing and stirring for 10min, defoaming in vacuum, and preserving heat for 15 min; and D, cooling the mixture of the phase A, the phase B and the phase C in the emulsifying pot in the step D to 45 ℃, adding the phase D and the phase E into the emulsifying pot, and homogenizing and stirring for 15 min.

The foundation for retaining youthful looks and the preparation method thereof according to claim 2, wherein: the grinding speed in the step B is 30RPM, the grinding temperature is 40 degrees, the grinding time is 15min, and the particle size of the ground phase A is 15 um; heating the phase A and the phase B to 85 ℃ in the step C, heating the phase C to 90 ℃, adding the phase A and the phase B into an emulsifying pot containing the phase C, homogenizing and stirring for 10min, defoaming in vacuum, and preserving heat for 20 min; and D, cooling the mixture of the phase A, the phase B and the phase C in the emulsifying pot in the step D to 40 ℃, adding the phase D and the phase E into the emulsifying pot, and homogenizing and stirring for 15 min.

The foundation for retaining youthful looks and the preparation method thereof according to claim 2, wherein: the grinding speed in the step B is 35RPM, the grinding temperature is 45 degrees, the grinding time is 20min, and the particle size of the ground phase A is 15 um; heating the phase A and the phase B to 85 ℃ in the step C, heating the phase C to 90 ℃, adding the phase A and the phase B into an emulsifying pot containing the phase C, homogenizing and stirring for 10min, defoaming in vacuum, and preserving heat for 20 min; and D, cooling the mixture of the phase A, the phase B and the phase C in the emulsifying pot in the step D to 40 ℃, adding the phase D and the phase E into the emulsifying pot, and homogenizing and stirring for 10 min.

The foundation for retaining youthful looks and the preparation method thereof according to claim 2, wherein: the grinding speed in the step B is 40RPM, the grinding temperature is 45 degrees, the grinding time is 20min, and the particle size of the ground phase A is 10 um; heating the phase A and the phase B to 90 degrees in the step C, heating the phase C to 95 degrees, adding the phase A and the phase B into an emulsifying pot with the phase C, homogenizing and stirring for 15min, defoaming in vacuum, and keeping the temperature for 25 min; and D, cooling the mixture of the phase A, the phase B and the phase C in the emulsifying pot in the step D to 35 ℃, adding the phase D and the phase E into the emulsifying pot, and homogenizing and stirring for 15 min.

The foundation for retaining youthful looks and the preparation method thereof according to claim 2, wherein: the grinding speed in the step B is 40RPM, the grinding temperature is 50 degrees, the grinding time is 20min, and the particle size of the ground phase A is 10 um; heating the phase A and the phase B to 90 degrees in the step C, heating the phase C to 95 degrees, adding the phase A and the phase B into an emulsifying pot with the phase C, homogenizing and stirring for 15min, defoaming in vacuum, and keeping the temperature for 25 min; and D, cooling the mixture of the phase A, the phase B and the phase C in the emulsifying pot in the step D to 35 ℃, adding the phase D and the phase E into the emulsifying pot, and homogenizing and stirring for 15 min.
