Description

Composite azelaic acid emulsion for preventing allergy and removing acne and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to azelaic acid emulsion and a preparation method thereof, in particular to composite azelaic acid emulsion for preventing allergy and removing acne and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The acne is commonly known as acne, also called as whelk, pimple or comedo, and is a skin disease caused by the blockage and inflammation of hair follicles and sebaceous glands. Although the disease generally does not affect the overall health of the patient, the disease usually brings a heavy mental burden to the patient because the disease is better at the face and other parts and scars which are harmful to the appearance are left if the disease is not treated in time.
Azelaic acid, also known as azelaic acid, is a complex molecule with multiple activities, and with continuous knowledge of clinical application, the anti-inflammatory, anti-infection and antibacterial effects of azelaic acid are discovered and proved. At present, azelaic acid is widely used in the treatment of acne, melanoma, chloasma, rosacea, hyperpigmentation and sclerosis. Azelaic acid has been shown to modulate the inflammatory response of normal human keratinocytes through several pathways, including modulation of the signaling pathways of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor g and nuclear factor (nuclear factor b) NF-KB, regulation of cytokines TNF-a, IL-1, IL-6, etc., which are associated with immune responses, and inhibition of proinflammatory cytokine secretion was observed.
The salicylic acid is a fat-soluble organic acid, can improve the skin and accelerate the metabolism of the skin, is a natural substance capable of removing sebum cutin, can increase the cell regeneration of the skin, keep the skin smooth and delicate, can also shrink pores, can relieve the blockage of the skin pores in life by using the salicylic acid, effectively prevents the occurrence of whelk, and has the function of cleaning the hair follicles.
Tranexamic acid is used as a skin conditioner, a moisturizer and a whitening agent in cosmetics. It has the factor group for inhibiting melanin enhancement, thereby completely blocking the melanin formation path due to ultraviolet irradiation, preventing the black spot from thickening and enlarging, and effectively preventing skin pigmentation.
The bisabolol is extracted from chrysanthemum plants, has the functions of resisting inflammation and inhibiting bacteria, has good stability, has high permeability in skin cortex which is dozens of times of common penetrant, has good compatibility with skin, can reduce skin inflammation, relieve skin acne, prevent acne from generating, improve the anti-irritation capability of the skin and repair the skin with inflammation injury.
The Hamamelis virginiana extract has effects of resisting oxidation, increasing topical estrogen level of cortex, enhancing skin cell metabolism, resisting aging, maintaining skin elasticity and resisting wrinkle; has antiinflammatory, antiallergic, soothing and astringent effects; and simultaneously has good water holding capacity.
The herba Portulacae extract has broad-spectrum antibacterial and antiinflammatory effects, and can be used for preventing and treating dermatoses such as skin eczema, allergic dermatitis, and contact skin; has good oxygen free radical scavenging ability and obvious antioxidation function; has good skin moisture keeping effect.
The wild soybean sterols are derived from wild soybean, and are helpful for maintaining lamellar lipid structure between corneocytes in stratum corneum, and effectively locking water, thereby helping damaged skin recover natural barrier function, improving membrane fluidity and elasticity, resisting external stimulation, improving water balance, reducing inflammation, and promoting healing.
After a considerable amount of research work in the field of cosmetics containing azelaic acid, it was found in the art that the products are partly slow to work and have varying degrees of skin irritation during use.

(1) the acne removing effect is as follows: obvious effect, effective and ineffective. Wherein the substantial elimination of whelk is judged to be significant effect; partial acne elimination is judged to be effective; acne is not reduced or is not significantly reduced and is judged to be ineffective.
Anti-allergy and relieving effects: good, general, bad. Wherein abnormal stinging, burning, itching, erythema or more severe reaction is judged to be poor; mild itching or tingling sensation was judged as normal; no obvious discomfort was judged to be good.
Table 1: results of the experiment
Figure 131878DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
The test results in table 1 show that, when the composite azelaic acid emulsion of the invention is used for 7 days in the experimental group ABC, the total effective rate (effective + effective) is more than 95% in the acne removing effect aspect, the effective rate is more than 50%, the ineffective rate is 0, the good evaluation rate is more than 77% and the poor evaluation rate is 0 in the allergy prevention and relief effect aspect, and when the common azelaic acid emulsion is used in the comparative group D, the total effective rate (effective + effective) is only 28.75% in the acne removing effect aspect, the ineffective rate is 55%, the good evaluation rate is only more than 3.75% and the poor evaluation rate is 72.5% in the allergy prevention and relief effect aspect, so that the composite azelaic acid emulsion of the invention has excellent allergy prevention and relief, acne removal and skin care effects and is approved by most subjects.
In addition, the experimental group ABC and the comparative group D were subjected to microbiological examination, and the results were as follows:
table 2: results of microbiological examination
Figure 946250DEST_PATH_IMAGE005
As can be seen from Table 2, the composite azelaic acid emulsion of the experimental group ABC is far smaller than the limit values on the total number of bacterial colonies, the total number of moulds and yeasts after the microbial examination, and heat-resistant coliform groups, staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa are not detected, while the common azelaic acid emulsion of the comparative group D has the limit values on the total number of bacterial colonies, the total number of moulds and yeasts and trace detection of heat-resistant coliform groups, staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa, which shows that the composite azelaic acid emulsion of the invention can soften cutin, refine pores, inhibit bacteria, diminish inflammation, resist irritation, balance grease, and relieve blackhead closure and acne marks.
Through researching the known specific acne-removing raw materials and combining the materials in a very determined range in proportion, the composite azelaic acid emulsion has obvious synergistic action, permeability and anti-irritation capability, and has obviously improved anti-allergy soothing and acne-removing effects.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be able to cover the technical solutions and the inventive concepts of the present invention within the technical scope of the present invention.
