Synchronous cocoon picking can be realized by arranging a plurality of cocoon picking machines 5, so that the cocoon picking efficiency is greatly improved, and the cocoon picking yield is improved. (2) Sorting the partition plates and the cocoon cages: sorting operators are arranged on two sides of the belt conveyor line, and firstly, the cocoon cage and the partition plate are detached and laid flat; the cocoon cage and the partition board move along with the belt conveying line, and the cocoons, bad cocoons and impurities on the partition board are sorted out, and the bad cocoons and the impurities on the cocoon cage are synchronously sorted out; the cocoons are transferred to a cocoon cage, bad cocoons and impurities are placed on a belt conveying line, and finally the cocoons are collected through a cocoon guiding frame;
(3) Transferring cocoon cages and a partition plate: firstly, removing the partition plates from the belt conveying line, intensively arranging the partition plates, and then sequentially putting the cocoon cages into a cocoon harvesting machine for cocoon harvesting; the cocoon harvesting machines are arranged on the same side of the belt conveying line, 3-8 cocoon harvesting machines are arranged at equal intervals, and the interval between the cocoon harvesting machines and the belt conveying line is 15-65cm; and 1-2 cocoon collectors are arranged at the corresponding positions of the belt conveying line and each cocoon collector, and the cocoon collectors take the cocoon cages off the belt conveying line and put into the cocoon collectors.
