本发明公开了一种钱禄蜜饮品,包括钱禄蜜苹果树枝10‑15份,红糖15‑25份、玫瑰12‑20份,水500‑1000份。本发明从钱禄蜜苹果树挑选无病虫害的树枝剪下洗净;将各原料进行煮沸浸泡得到钱禄蜜饮品。本发明结合中医理论,以药食同源为基础,利用生活中常被忽略的钱禄蜜苹果树枝为主原料,辅助以红糖和玫瑰的效果,通过冲泡,使本发明饮品具备增强免疫力,快速补充体力,提振身心,令人神清气爽、心情舒畅等功效。

本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体的说涉及一种钱禄蜜饮品及其制作方法。
背景技术
免疫力是指机体抵抗外来侵袭,维护体内环境稳定性的能力。虽然人体对不同的病原体会产生相应的抗体,以抵御再次感染,但抗体具有专一性和时限性,比如,链球菌抗体只能在较短时期内保护机体不受链球菌的再次侵犯,也并不能抵御其他病毒的感染。
现代医学科学发现,免疫是一个与衰老有密切关系的因素,免疫功能减退是衰老的最重要原因之一。机体免疫系统的一些特殊细胞能将入侵体内的细菌、病毒和体内已衰老死亡的细胞、已突变的细胞以及引起变态反应的物质,统统地加以吞噬和消灭,从体内环境的稳定,保持机体健康。但机体免疫功能在30岁左右就开始减退,这种变化是悄然、缓慢、持续地进行。
苹果树枝中含有大量的益生物质,但是得不到充分的利用,因此提供一种以苹果树枝为基础具备提高免疫力功效的饮品是本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术问题。

有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种能提高免疫力的钱禄蜜饮品;

一种钱禄蜜饮品,包括以下重量份原料,钱禄蜜苹果树枝10-15份,红糖15-25份、玫瑰12-20份,水500-1000份。
优选的,包括以下重量份原料,钱禄蜜苹果树枝10份,红糖20份、玫瑰16份、水750份。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明结合中医理论,以药食同源为基础,利用生活中常被忽略的钱禄蜜苹果树枝为主原料,辅助以红糖和玫瑰的效果,通过冲泡,使本发明饮品具备增强免疫力,快速补充体力,提振身心,令人神清气爽、心情舒畅等功效。

更进一步,上述玫瑰为金边玫瑰。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于:本发明采用的小碗红糖,产于巧家县金沙江沿岸地区,小碗红糖是用甘蔗土法熬制而成的,未经过精炼的红糖较多的保留了甘蔗的营养成分,更容易消化吸收,能快速补充体力;
本发明限定的金边玫瑰味甘微苦,性温,无毒,入肝脾二经,具有理气解郁、疏肝醒脾、活血散淤、调经止痛的功效,能治疗肝胃气滞疼痛、胸胁胀满、乳房胀痛、月经不调等病症。玫瑰花药性温和,一方面能够调和气血,舒达体内郁气;另一方面,玫瑰花特有的品貌和香气,可以提振身心,令人神清气爽、心情舒畅,具有药物调理和精神治疗的双重功效。
本发明还提供了上述钱禄蜜饮品的制作方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)从钱禄蜜苹果树挑选无病虫害的树枝剪下洗净;
(2)按上述钱禄蜜饮品称取各原料;
(3)将钱禄蜜苹果树枝放入水中并加热煮沸;
(4)停止加热并将钱禄蜜苹果树枝从沸水中捞出,然后将红糖和玫瑰放入水中进行浸泡,即得钱禄蜜饮品。
优选的,步骤(3)中所述沸水加热时间为30-60min。
采用上述优选的有益效果在于:在本发明限定的的沸水加热时间范围内能够充分将钱禄蜜苹果树枝中增强免疫力的物质分离出来,使其在浸泡时能够缓慢融入水中,进而增强浸泡的时效性和功能性。
优选的,步骤(4)中所述红糖和玫瑰的浸泡时间为60-90min。
更优选的,上述红糖和玫瑰的浸泡时效为20-24h。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果在于:本发明采用的原料廉价易得,钱禄蜜苹果树枝直接从树上截取就能够进行使用;本发明制备方法简单有效,无需用到复杂的仪器装置,具备明显的经济效益。

(4)停止加热并将钱禄蜜苹果树枝从沸水中捞出,然后将红糖和玫瑰放入水中进行浸泡60min,即得钱禄蜜饮品,饮品在24h均具备效果。
实施例2
一种钱禄蜜饮品的制作方法:
(1)从钱禄蜜苹果树挑选无病虫害的树枝剪下洗净;
(2)称取钱禄蜜苹果树枝15g,小碗红糖25g、金边玫瑰12朵,水500g;
(3)将钱禄蜜苹果树枝放入水中并加热煮沸30min;
(4)停止加热并将钱禄蜜苹果树枝从沸水中捞出,然后将红糖和玫瑰放入水中进行浸泡90min,即得钱禄蜜饮品,饮品在20h均具备效果。
实施例3
一种钱禄蜜饮品的制作方法:
(1)从钱禄蜜苹果树挑选无病虫害的树枝剪下洗净;
(2)称取钱禄蜜苹果树枝12g,小碗红糖18g、金边玫瑰18朵,水800g;
(3)将钱禄蜜苹果树枝放入水中并加热煮沸45min;
(4)停止加热并将钱禄蜜苹果树枝从沸水中捞出,然后将红糖和玫瑰放入水中进行浸泡70min,即得钱禄蜜饮品,饮品在22h均具备效果。
实施例4
一种钱禄蜜饮品的制作方法:
(1)从钱禄蜜苹果树挑选无病虫害的树枝剪下洗净;
(2)称取钱禄蜜苹果树枝14g,小碗红糖22g、金边玫瑰14朵,水850g;
(3)将钱禄蜜苹果树枝放入水中并加热煮沸50min;
(4)停止加热并将钱禄蜜苹果树枝从沸水中捞出,然后将红糖和玫瑰放入水中进行浸泡75min,即得钱禄蜜饮品,饮品在24h均具备效果。
实施例5
一种钱禄蜜饮品的制作方法:
(1)从钱禄蜜苹果树挑选无病虫害的树枝剪下洗净;
(2)称取钱禄蜜苹果树枝10g,小碗红糖20g、金边玫瑰16朵,水750g;
(3)将钱禄蜜苹果树枝放入水中并加热煮沸55min;
(4)停止加热并将钱禄蜜苹果树枝从沸水中捞出,然后将红糖和玫瑰放入水中进行浸泡80min,即得钱禄蜜饮品,饮品在24h均具备效果。
试验例1
选取60名志愿者,分为6组,年龄段在45~60岁的人使用,每个实施例制备得到的药茶饮品10人使用,另有10人不使用作为对比例,参与测试人员均为随机分布。每次服用一小包,早中晚各一次,30天为一个疗程,服用6个疗程后的结果如表1所示。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种钱禄蜜饮品,其特征在于,所述红糖为小碗红糖。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种钱禄蜜饮品,其特征在于,所述玫瑰为金边玫瑰。
5.一种钱禄蜜饮品的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)从钱禄蜜苹果树挑选无病虫害的树枝剪下洗净;
(2)按权利要求1-4任一项所述钱禄蜜饮品称取各原料;
(3)将钱禄蜜苹果树枝放入水中并加热煮沸;
(4)停止加热并将钱禄蜜苹果树枝从沸水中捞出,然后将红糖和玫瑰放入水中进行浸泡,即得钱禄蜜饮品。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种钱禄蜜饮品的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述沸水加热时间为30-60min。
7.根据权利要求5所述一种钱禄蜜饮品的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述红糖和玫瑰的浸泡时间为60-90min。
8.根据权利要求7所述一种钱禄蜜饮品的制作方法,所述红糖和玫瑰的浸泡时效为20-24h。
