本发明涉及一种用于控制车辆功能以提升车辆内的至少一个车辆使用者的舒适度和/或注意力的方法。本发明还涉及一种用于执行该方法的装置和一种具有这种装置的车辆。
背景技术
由DE 10 2012 013 549 A1公开了一种用于确定车辆驾驶员状态的方法。在此,从传感器数据中确定司机分心和/或疲劳的严重性程度,并且依据所确定的程度给司机输出警报指示。另外,给司机输出许多在车辆内可启用的用于减轻分心和/或疲劳的活跃措施以供人工选择和/或启用。
发明内容
本发明基于以下任务,即,指出一种相对于现有技术经改进的用于控制车辆功能以提升车辆内的至少一个车辆使用者的舒适度和/或注意力的方法、一种用于执行该方法的装置和一种具有这种装置的车辆。
根据本发明,该任务关于方法、装置及车辆通过如下所述的特征来完成。
根据本发明的用于控制车辆功能以提升车辆内的至少一个车辆使用者的舒适度和/或注意力的方法规定了,在选择至少一个规定的用户菜单时启用多个车辆功能(F1-Fn)。此时,在选择用户菜单时分别从这些车辆功能(F1-Fn)中设定一个对应配属于该用户菜单的重点功能,并且配属于用户菜单的其它车辆功能(F1-Fn)的时间进程和内容进程与重点功能相关地被协调。

例如,将座椅加热调节至例如2级可以借助设置在车门中的未示出的开关来完成,在这里,可以利用车载电脑6通过操作旋转按扭或触敏开关平面来启用按摩程序和/或曲目选择。
每个车辆功能F1-Fn可以仅被单独启用,在这里,启用的车辆功能F1-Fn在时间和内容上并不相互协调。
因此,例如可行的是作为按摩M的程序调节出“自主运动”并且作为氛围光A的主题调节出“紫色天空”。
为了在时间和内容上使启用的车辆功能F1-Fn相互协调而规定,借助作为控制单元的车载电脑6使车辆功能F1-Fn搭配,如图2所详细示出的那样。
这些车辆功能F1-Fn集中借助存储在车载电脑6中的应用程序被智能控制。
借助车载电脑6和/或其它合适的控制单元,所有这些车辆功能F1-Fn、尤其是其用以执行各自车辆功能F1-Fn的部件被控制。
借助车辆功能F1-Fn的中央控制,允许这些车辆功能F1-Fn的进程的搭配设计。
为此,在车载电脑6上运行控制软件SS,其不仅连接至作为人机界面的操作件8,也连接至车辆1的音频播放机9以用于声学输出A1。
为了控制这些车辆功能F1-Fn,车载电脑6被连接至车辆1的总线系统10尤其是CAN总线。
通过借助车载电脑6集中控制车辆功能F1-Fn,可以使这些车辆功能F1-Fn的行为、尤其是进程在时间和内容上相互协调,由此针对车辆1的车辆使用者和其它乘客产生总体氛围。
例如,用于车辆功能F1-Fn中按摩M的可充气膨胀的座椅气囊按照播放曲目的节拍被同步控制。
也可以想到,声音、即尤其是声学输出A1通过声音换能器(即所谓的激励器)被转换为例如车辆座椅2的机械运动,因此形成立体声音体验。以术语“4D声效”来称呼这种车辆功能F1-Fn。
替代地或附加地可以规定,氛围光A依据在显示单元7上播映的动画的背景色被调整。
又替代地或附加地,借助车辆1的空调设备的风扇产生气流,由此导致在显示单元7上展示的至少一个元素的运动。由此可以出现元素运动源自气流的印象。
一个实施方式规定,在显示单元7上播映的动画依据播放曲目的速度而运动,由此出现显示单元7与曲目彼此和谐的印象。
还规定,当在显示单元7上显示花儿时,启用车辆1内室的熏香B。
通过车辆功能F1-Fn的智能搭配调合,尤其给车辆使用者提供集成于车辆1中的车辆功能F1-Fn的最多可能增值。上述的组合在此不是穷举,而是用于说明总体构思。
通过车辆功能F1-Fn的不同组合,一方面可以在车辆1内室中提供不同的气氛,借此可以提升车辆使用者的舒适度和/或注意力。为此,车辆使用者可以选择所期望的用户菜单和进而相应的气氛。
另一方面,可以提供相应的气氛,从而车辆使用者和其它乘客能在车辆1内室中享受总体体验。
如果例如用户菜单“活跃”被选择,则车辆功能F1-Fn即声学输出A1、光学输出A2、熏香B、电离净化I、氛围光A、座椅通风S、4D声效和运动的车辆座椅2、运动就座被启用,其进程在时间和内容方面相互协调。
对于每个用户菜单,从这些车辆功能F1-Fn中设定重点功能,即所谓的先导功能。在用户菜单“活跃”中,先导功能例如是声学输出A1,其中,所有其它配属于该用户菜单的车辆功能F1-Fn与重点功能相关地被调整。
在用户菜单“提神”中,空气调节K尤其是该重点功能。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于控制车辆功能(F1-Fn)以提升车辆(1)中的至少一个车辆使用者的舒适度和/或注意力的方法,其中,在选择至少一个规定的用户菜单时启用多个车辆功能(F1-Fn),其特征是,在选择用户菜单时分别从所述多个车辆功能(F1-Fn)中设定配属于该用户菜单的重点功能,并且与该重点功能相关地协调调整配属于该用户菜单的其它车辆功能的时间进程和内容进程。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征是,作为车辆功能(F1-Fn),使电离净化(I)、熏香(B)、座椅通风(S)、按摩(M)、空气调节(K)、座椅加热、氛围光(A)、声学输出(A1)、借助显示单元的光学输出(A2)和/或至少车辆座椅(2)的局部区域的声音相关运动在时间和内容上相互协调。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征是,至少一个集成到车辆座椅(2)中的座椅气囊至少为了按摩功能而按照所播放曲目的节拍被同步控制。
4.根据前述权利要求1或2的方法,其特征是,氛围光(A)依据在显示单元(7)上播映的动画的背景色被控制。
5.根据前述权利要求1或2的方法,其特征是,借助风扇产生气流,为此在显示单元(7)上展示的元素看上去会动。
6.根据前述权利要求1或2的方法,其特征是,在显示单元(7)上演示的动画的运动速度依据播放曲目的速度被调节。
7.根据前述权利要求1或2的方法,其特征是,在显示单元(7)上展示花儿的情况下,启用熏香(B)。
8.根据前述权利要求1或2的方法,其特征是,作为可选的用户菜单,提供至少一个令人放松平静的用户菜单和至少一个令人兴奋活跃的用户菜单。
9.一种用于执行根据前述权利要求之一的方法的装置,其特征是,设有与车载电脑(6)相连的用于选择规定的用户菜单的操作件(8),其中,通过该操作件(8)的操作使多个启用的车辆功能(F1-Fn)及其进程在时间和内容上相互协调。
10.一种车辆(1),具有根据权利要求9的装置。
