The structure can improve the coaxiality of the hinged shaft and the hinged sleeve, prevent biomass particles from being blocked in the hinged sleeve and solve the problem of material blocking.
(4) The furnace bridge is a furnace bridge plate which is provided with mesh oxygen supply holes, and the two ends of the oxygen supply holes are large and the middle is small. The two ends of the oxygen supply hole are conical holes, and the middle part is a round hole. Powder generated after the formed biomass granular material is roasted easily falls from a larger conical hole at the upper end, so that the powder is prevented from being deposited on the surface of the furnace bridge plate; when oxygen is supplied, when air blows biomass particles upwards from the lower part of the furnace bridge, the conical hole at the lower part of the furnace bridge can accumulate wind power; the conical hole above the furnace bridge can disperse wind power, so that the biomass particles can be blown away more sufficiently by the wind, better oxygen supply can be realized, and the biomass particles can be combusted more sufficiently.

Detailed Description
The biomass combustion furnace shown in fig. 1-6 is provided with a combustion gasification device, a feeding device and an oxygen supply system in the furnace body, and a flame nozzle 7 is arranged at the side part of the furnace body. The combustion gasification device comprises a furnace core 25 arranged in the furnace body, an outer barrel 8 is arranged outside the furnace core 25, an air distribution chamber 5 is arranged between the furnace core 25 and the outer barrel 8, and a barrel cover 9 is arranged at the top of the outer barrel 8. The furnace core 25 is internally provided with a hearth 2. The top of the furnace core 25 is provided with a sealing cover 10. The bottom of the hearth 2 is provided with a furnace bridge 18 and an oil-injection igniter 16. An oxygen supply chamber is provided below the grate 18. The oxygen supply system comprises a blower 12 and a partial pressure box 17. The blower 12 is connected with a wind distribution box 17, and the wind distribution box 17 is respectively communicated with the oxygen supply chamber, the hearth 2 and the wind distribution chamber 5. The feeding device comprises a hopper 15, a hinge and a feeding motor 13, wherein the hinge is communicated with the hearth 2. The flame spray nozzle 7 comprises a flame spray pipe 71 and a flame spray sleeve 72, wherein the flame spray pipe 71 is communicated with the furnace core 25, and the flame spray sleeve 72 is connected with the outer barrel 8. A cooling air chamber 73 is arranged between the flame-spraying pipe 71 and the flame-spraying sleeve 72, and the cooling air chamber 73 is communicated with the air distribution chamber 5. The side wall of the lower part of the outer barrel 8 is provided with an air inlet hole 23, and the air distribution box 17 is communicated with the air distribution box 5 through the air inlet hole 23. The bottom of the furnace core 25 is provided with a secondary oxygen distribution port, a secondary oxygen distribution pipe 24 is arranged in the furnace wall at the lower part of the furnace core, and the air distribution box 17 is communicated with the air distribution chamber 5 through the secondary oxygen distribution port and the secondary oxygen distribution pipe 24.
