本发明公开了一种用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂及其制备方法,清洗剂由以下质量百分比的原料组成:油脂5%‑35%、乳化剂0.1%‑15%、稳定剂0.1%‑1%、pH调节剂0.1‑5%、螯合剂1%‑5%、防腐剂0.1%‑2%、香精0.05%‑0.1%、余量为去离子水。本发明提供的清洗剂可以有效清洗软式内镜表面沾染的甲基硅油,减少生物膜的滋生,大大降低感染概率,提供的制备方法操作简单,成本低。

技术领域
本发明属于医用清洗剂技术领域,具体涉及一种用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
消毒供应中心是医院内各种无菌物品的供应单位,它担负着医疗器材的清洗、包装、消毒和供应工作。现代医院供应品种繁多,涉及科室广,使用周转快,每项工作均关系到医疗、教学、科研的质量。如果清洗消毒不彻底会引起全院性的感染,供应物品不完善可影响诊断与治疗,因此做好消毒供应中心的清洗消毒工作是十分重要的。
软式内镜,如胃镜、肠镜等,通过人体的自然腔道来完成检查、诊断和治疗。由于胃部有大量的胃液及食糜,在肠胃蠕动时,会产生大量的泡沫,影响内镜诊断的视野。因此在胃肠镜检查前会服用祛泡剂甲基硅油,导致内镜上沾有大量的甲基硅油。甲基硅油是疏水性物质,难以清洁,若清洁不彻底,易滋生生物膜,引发感染。
现有专利CN104073380 A公开了一种适用于内镜清洗的多酶清洗液及制备方法,通过使用中性蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶和纤维素酶,四种酶的复配,用于去除内镜上的粘液、脂肪、血污等污染物,针对有机物有超强的分解能力,且通过添加硼酸或硼酸盐,对复合酶体系有较好的稳定效果。但是由于酶类物质只能分解特定的基团,对甲基硅油的去除效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂及其制备方法,其清洗剂可以有效清洗软式内镜表面沾染的甲基硅油,减少生物膜的滋生,大大降低感染概率,其制备方法操作简单,成本低。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:油脂5%-35%、乳化剂0.1%-15%、稳定剂0.1%-1%、pH调节剂0.1-5%、螯合剂1%-5%、防腐剂0.1%-2%、香精0.05%-0.1%、余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述油脂为氢化蓖麻油、白矿油、花生油、棉籽油、棕榈油中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述乳化剂为棕榈酸异鲸醋酯、椰油酸癸酯、鲸醋醇乙基己酸酯、月桂醇聚醚-23、硬脂醇聚醚-21、鲸蜡硬脂醇醚-10、PEG-20蔗糖硬脂酸酯、二月桂醇柠檬酯中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述稳定剂为卡波姆、纤维素中的一种或两种。
优选的,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述螯合剂为氨基三甲叉磷酸、乙二胺四乙酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、酒石酸钠中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述防腐剂为卡松、1,2-己二醇、甘油辛酸酯中的一种或几种。
一种用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称量油脂和乳化剂,混合,加热并搅拌至完全混匀,获得A相;
称量稳定剂,溶于去离子水中,搅拌至完全溶胀,获得B相;
称量螯合剂、防腐剂和香精,溶于去离子水中,搅拌至完全混匀,获得C相;
一边搅拌一边将所述C相加入所述B相中,搅拌均匀,获得D相;
冷却所述A相,然后一边搅拌一边将所述D相加入冷却后的A相中,搅拌至完全混匀,然后以pH调节剂调节pH,即可获得用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂。
优选的,制备A相时,油脂和乳化剂加热到70-80℃,搅拌30-60min。
优选的,制备B相时,稳定剂溶于去离子水中搅拌30-120min。
优选的,制备C相时,搅拌30-60min使各原料完全混匀。
优选的,所述A相冷却至40-50℃。
优选的,以pH调节剂调节至pH为6.0-8.0。
优选的,D相和A相混合搅拌30-60min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供的用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂,原料中的油脂可有效溶解软式内镜表面的甲基硅油,起到良好的清洁作用;乳化剂具有亲水亲油基团,可降低油性物质和水性物质的表面张力,参与形成胶束,使油性的甲基硅油和水互溶成半透明的乳液状,同时也发挥部分清洁、去污作用,有利于软式内镜后续的清洗;稳定剂与油脂和乳化剂共同作用,有效保证该软式内镜甲基硅油清洗剂乳化体系的稳定性;
(2)本发明提供的用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂,可以有效清洗软式内镜表面沾染的甲基硅油,减少生物膜的滋生,大大降低感染概率;
(3)本发明提供的用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂的制备方法,操作简单,成本低。

以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:氢化蓖麻油10%、棕榈酸异鲸醋酯5%、卡波姆0.2%、磷酸二氢钾0.1%、氨基三甲叉磷酸1%、卡松0.1%、香精0.05%、余量为去离子水。
一种用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称量氢化蓖麻油10g和棕榈酸异鲸醋酯5g,混合,加热到80℃,搅拌60min至完全混匀,获得A相;
称量卡波姆0.2g,溶于20g去离子水中,搅拌120min至完全溶胀,获得B相;
称量氨基三甲叉磷酸1g、卡松0.1g和香精0.05g,溶于63.55g去离子水中,搅拌30min至完全混匀,获得C相;
一边搅拌一边将C相加入B相中,搅拌均匀,获得D相;
冷却A相至50℃,然后一边搅拌一边将D相加入冷却后的A相中,搅拌60min至完全混匀,然后以磷酸二氢钾0.1g调节pH为6.0-8.0,即可获得用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂。
实施例2
一种用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:油脂25%(白矿油10%+花生油15%)、乳化剂10%(椰油酸癸酯5%+鲸醋醇乙基己酸酯5%)、卡波姆0.5%、柠檬酸0.2%、乙二胺四乙酸钠3%、1,2-己二醇0.5%、香精0.07%、余量为去离子水。
一种用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称量白矿油10g、花生油15g、椰油酸癸酯5g和鲸醋醇乙基己酸酯5g,混合,加热到75℃,搅拌30min至完全混匀,获得A相;
称量卡波姆0.5g,溶于20g去离子水中,搅拌120min至完全溶胀,获得B相;
称量乙二胺四乙酸钠3g,1,2-己二醇0.5g和香精0.07g,溶于40.73g去离子水中,搅拌30-60min至完全混匀,获得C相;
一边搅拌一边将所述C相加入所述B相中,搅拌均匀,获得D相;
冷却所述A相至50℃,然后一边搅拌一边将所述D相加入冷却后的A相中,搅拌60min至完全混匀,然后以柠檬酸0.2g调节pH为6.0-8.0,即可获得用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂。

一种用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:油脂35%(棕榈油10%+花生油15%+棉籽油10%)、乳化剂15%(月桂醇聚醚5%+硬脂醇聚醚10%)、纤维素0.3%、磷酸二氢钾0.5%、三聚磷酸钠5%、卡松1%、香精0.1%、余量为去离子水。
一种用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称量棕榈油10g、花生油15g、棉籽油10g、月桂醇聚醚5g和硬脂醇聚醚10g,混合,加热到70℃,搅拌60min至完全混匀,获得A相;
称量纤维素0.3g,溶于20g去离子水中,搅拌120min至完全溶胀,获得B相;
称量三聚磷酸钠5g、卡松1g和香精0.1g,溶于23.1g去离子水中,搅拌60min至完全混匀,获得C相;
一边搅拌一边将所述C相加入所述B相中,搅拌均匀,获得D相;
冷却所述A相至40℃,然后一边搅拌一边将D相加入冷却后的A相中,搅拌30min至完全混匀,然后以磷酸二氢钾0.5g调节pH为6.0-8.0,即可获得用于清洗软式内镜甲基硅油的清洗剂。
