Abstract
本发明公开了一种医用除油剂,按照重量百分比由以下原料组成:5‑10%的二甲基‑2,4戊二醇,5‑15%的苯甲醇,1‑5%的丁二醇,0.1‑5%非离子表面活性剂,余量为溶剂;本发明提供的医用除油剂除油效果佳,可快速去除器械、器具表面的矿物油和硅油;环保,对人体、环境安全;气味愉悦,操作者接受度更强。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医用除胶剂技术领域,特别涉及一种去除医用器械、器具表面的矿物油和硅油的除油剂。
背景技术
医用矿物油和硅油残留在医疗器械、器具上是医院经常发生的,如眼科手术器械上沾有的硅油,换药碗、无菌罐里残留的凡士林等,这些矿物油和硅油都不易被医院常用的含酶清洗剂和碱性清洗剂等去除。由于矿物油和硅油的油溶性特性,如果清洗不干净,后续的灭菌剂就不易穿透而造成灭菌的失败,继而引发医护感染。因此市面上急需一种环保、有效的专用除油剂来弥补目前市场上的不足。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种可有效的去除器械、器具表面的矿物油和硅油的医用除油剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种医用除油剂,按照重量百分比由以下原料组成:5-10%的二甲基-2,4戊二醇,5-15%的苯甲醇,1-5%的丁二醇,0.1-5%非离子表面活性剂,余量为溶剂。
进一步地,所述溶剂为水、乙醇、异丙醇中的一种或多种的混合物。
优选地,所述溶剂为水和乙醇的混合物。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和十二烷基二甲基氧化胺中的一种或两种。
一种医用除油剂,按照重量百分比由以下原料组成:5-10%的二甲基-2,4戊二醇,5-15%的苯甲醇,1-5%的丁二醇,0.1-5%非离子表面活性剂,余量为添加剂和溶剂。
进一步地,所述溶剂为水、乙醇、异丙醇中的一种或多种的混合物。
优选地,所述溶剂为水和乙醇的混合物。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和十二烷基二甲基氧化胺中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述添加剂为螯合剂、香精、防腐剂中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸钠,其占总原料质量百分比为的0.01%-0.2%。
优选地,所述香精为柠檬香型的香精,其占总原料质量百分比为的0.01%-0.1%。
优选地,所述防腐剂为卡松,其占总原料质量百分比为的0.01%-0.2%。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)除油效果佳,可快速去除器械、器具表面的矿物油和硅油;
(2)环保,对人体、环境安全;
(3)气味愉悦,操作者接受度更强。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例1:
以100g除油剂为例,称量乙醇80.79g于容器中,加入10g二甲基-2,4戊二醇、5g苯甲醇、1g丁二醇,搅拌均匀后加入2g脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和1g十二烷基二甲基氧化胺,继续搅拌至完全溶解,再加入0.01g柠檬香精和0.2g卡松,搅拌至完全溶解即可。
实施例2:
以100g除油剂为例子,称量乙醇55g和水20.59g于容器中,加入8g二甲基-2,4戊二醇、10g苯甲醇、5g丁二醇,搅拌均匀后加入1g脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和0.2g十二烷基二甲基氧化胺,继续搅拌至完全溶解,再加入0.01g柠檬香精和0.2g卡松,搅拌至完全溶解即可。
实施例3:
以100g除油剂为例子,称量异丙醇50 g和乙醇19.79g于容器中,加入5g二甲基-2,4戊二醇、15g苯甲醇、5g丁二醇,搅拌均匀后加入3g脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和2g十二烷基二甲基氧化胺,继续搅拌至完全溶解,再加入0.01g柠檬香精和0.2g卡松,搅拌至完全溶解即可。
实施例4:
以100g除油剂为例子,称量异丙醇50 g和水28.59g于容器中,加入10g二甲基-2,4戊二醇、5g苯甲醇、3g丁二醇,搅拌均匀后加入3g脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物,继续搅拌至完全溶解,再加入0.01g柠檬香精、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.2g和卡松0.2g,搅拌至完全溶解即可。
实施例5:
以100g除油剂为例子,称量乙醇11.4g、异丙醇35,91 g和水28.59g于容器中,加入8g二甲基-2,4戊二醇、10g苯甲醇、3g丁二醇,搅拌均匀后加入3g脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物,继续搅拌至完全溶解,再加入卡松0.1g,搅拌至完全溶解即可。
实施例6:
以100g除油剂为例子,称量乙醇55g和水18.89g于容器中,加入8g二甲基-2,4戊二醇、12g苯甲醇、5g丁二醇,搅拌均匀后加入1g脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和0.1g十二烷基二甲基氧化胺,继续搅拌至完全溶解,再加入0.01g柠檬香精,搅拌至完全溶解即可。
实施例7:
以100g除油剂为例子,称量异丙醇46.11 g和水28.59g于容器中,加入5g二甲基-2,4戊二醇、15g苯甲醇、5g丁二醇,搅拌均匀后加入0.1g十二烷基二甲基氧化胺,继续搅拌至完全溶解,再加入乙二胺四乙酸钠0.2g,搅拌至完全溶解即可。
实施例8:
以100g除油剂为例子,称量乙醇53.25g和水20.59g于容器中,加入5g二甲基-2,4戊二醇、15g苯甲醇、1g丁二醇,搅拌均匀后加入3g脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和2g十二烷基二甲基氧化胺,继续搅拌至完全溶解,再加入0.01g柠檬香精、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.1g和0.05g柠檬香精,搅拌至完全溶解即可。
实施例9:
以100g除油剂为例子,称量乙醇55g和水21.93g于容器中,加入10g二甲基-2,4戊二醇、5g苯甲醇、5g丁二醇,搅拌均匀后加入3g十二烷基二甲基氧化胺,继续搅拌至完全溶解,再加入0.05g柠檬香精、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.01g和卡松0.01g,搅拌至完全溶解即可。
实施例10:
以100g除油剂为例子,称量乙醇52.01g和水30.59g于容器中,加入5g二甲基-2,4戊二醇、5g苯甲醇、5g丁二醇,搅拌均匀后加入2g十二烷基二甲基氧化胺,继续搅拌至完全溶解,再加入0.2g柠檬香精、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.1g和卡松0.1g,搅拌至完全溶解即可。
将20个带有凡士林的无菌罐和20把带有硅油的眼科器械分成四组,每组有两个无菌罐和两把眼科器械。分别用实施例1-10中制备的医用除油剂对每组器械进行清洗,清洗方法有刷洗法或擦拭法,经过处理后,纯净水下冲洗,器械表面水膜呈连续状,且无可见油腻污物存在。
从上述结果可知,本发明的医用除油剂对矿物油和硅油有较好的去除作用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种医用除油剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分比由以下原料组成:5-10%的二甲基-2,4戊二醇,5-15%的苯甲醇,1-5%的丁二醇,0.1-5%非离子表面活性剂,余量为溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用除油剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为水、乙醇、异丙醇中的一种或多种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医用除油剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为水和乙醇的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用除油剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和十二烷基二甲基氧化胺中的一种或两种。
5.一种医用除油剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分比由以下原料组成:5-10%的二甲基-2,4戊二醇,5-15%的苯甲醇,1-5%的丁二醇,0.1-5%非离子表面活性剂,余量为添加剂和溶剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的医用除油剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为水、乙醇、异丙醇中的一种或多种的混合物;所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和十二烷基二甲基氧化胺中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的医用除油剂,其特征在于,所述添加剂为螯合剂、香精、防腐剂中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的医用除油剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸钠,其占总原料质量百分比为的0.01%-0.2%。
9.根据权利要求7所述的医用除油剂,其特征在于,所述香精为柠檬香型的香精,其占总原料质量百分比为的0.01%-0.1%。
10.根据权利要求7所述的医用除油剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为卡松,其占总原料质量百分比为的0.01%-0.2%。
