本发明揭示了一种多功能水基清洗剂,所述多功能水基清洗剂由表面活性剂、增稠剂、乳化剂、稳定剂、助洗剂、防腐剂以及水组成,所述表面活性剂为椰油酰氧乙基磺酸钠,所述增稠剂为椰油酸二乙醇酰胺,所述乳化剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,所述稳定剂为亚磷酸三苯酯,所述助洗剂为三聚磷酸钠,所述防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸乙酯。本发明采用表面活性剂、增稠剂、乳化剂、稳定剂、助洗剂、防腐剂以及水组成,具有清洗效率高、去污性好、防腐蚀、稳定性好、质量稳定、成本低、安全性好、使用效果好的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,具体涉及一种多功能水基清洗剂。
背景技术
在工业行业中如塑胶、光学玻璃镜片、金属制品(铜、铁、铝、钢、锌、合金)等各种材料清洗表面拉伸油、切削油、防锈油、润滑油、冲压油等各种油污、污渍、油脂时往往需要进行清洗,大多采用柴油、煤油或汽油作清洗液来清洗零件。这不仅浪费能源,且存在着潜在的不安全因素,稍有不慎,则可能酿成火灾。另外采用的清洗剂本身却存在着很大的缺陷,质量高低不一,整体去污性能较差。使用后也容易对产品本身造成很大的腐蚀性,因此,研发一种安全性好的高质量去污防护清洗剂已成为当下急需解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用表面活性剂、增稠剂、乳化剂、稳定剂、助洗剂、防腐剂以及水组成,具有清洗效率高、去污性好、防腐蚀、稳定性好、质量稳定、成本低、安全性好、使用效果好的特点的多功能水基清洗剂。
本发明的技术方案是,一种多功能水基清洗剂,所述多功能水基清洗剂由表面活性剂、增稠剂、乳化剂、稳定剂、助洗剂、防腐剂以及水组成,所述表面活性剂为椰油酰氧乙基磺酸钠,所述增稠剂为椰油酸二乙醇酰胺,所述乳化剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,所述稳定剂为亚磷酸三苯酯,所述助洗剂为三聚磷酸钠,所述防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸乙酯,所述多功能水基清洗剂中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述椰油酰氧乙基磺酸钠占24-28份,所述椰油酸二乙醇酰胺占17-21份,所述辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚占19-23份,所述亚磷酸三苯酯占8-12份,所述三聚磷酸钠占5-9份,所述对羟基苯甲酸乙酯占3-7份,所述水占38-43份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述多功能水基清洗剂中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述椰油酰氧乙基磺酸钠占25份,所述椰油酸二乙醇酰胺占18份,所述辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚占20份,所述亚磷酸三苯酯占9份,所述三聚磷酸钠占6份,所述对羟基苯甲酸乙酯占4份,所述水占39份。

通过各成分不同重量百分比进行配比,使得得到的功能性合金性能高低不一。
