Abstract
本发明公开了一种洁净效果强的手机玻璃盖板清洗剂,属于清洗剂领域,具体由下列物质制成:改性丙烯腈聚合物、改性纳米碳酸钙、丙三醇、椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺、硬脂酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、油酸聚氧乙烯酯、月桂醇硫酸钠、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、偏磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、亚磷酸三苯酯、苹果酸、硼酸、香精、去离子水。本发明制得的清洗剂对玻璃有很好的去污效果,并且不会损伤玻璃,消除了摩擦产生的静电,降低了灰尘再吸附,最后也不需要用水再对玻璃进行清洗,使用简单方便,有很好的推广价值。

技术领域
本发明属于清洗剂领域,具体涉及一种洁净效果强的手机玻璃盖板清洗剂。
背景技术
手机现已成为当代人们生活中必不可少的工具之一。随着技术的发展,越来越多的手机走向智能化,科技感也不断增强,纵观现有的多数智能手机,玻璃板材是手机生产材料中的重中之重,越来越多的外部盖板由玻璃板材制成。手机在正常使用中最直观的缺点就是玻璃板材不耐脏,无论是指纹还是灰尘,在玻璃材质上一览无余,降低了人们的使用感受,因此需要对玻璃板材表面进行清洁操作,玻璃清洗剂应运而生。传统的清洗剂中有的使用有毒的有机溶剂,有的则易对其他结构产生腐蚀,有的清洗效果不佳。因此开发一种综合效果好的玻璃清洗剂显得尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种洁净效果强的手机玻璃盖板清洗剂。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种洁净效果强的手机玻璃盖板清洗剂,由如下重量份的物质制成:
2~3份改性丙烯腈聚合物、0.4~0.8份改性纳米碳酸钙、12~15份丙三醇、3~4份椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺、2.5~3.5份硬脂酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、1~2份油酸聚氧乙烯酯、4~6份月桂醇硫酸钠、2~5份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、2~5份偏磷酸钠、1~3份羧甲基纤维素钠、2~4份亚磷酸三苯酯、0.4~0.6份苹果酸、0.3~0.6份硼酸、1~2份香精、140~150份去离子水;所述改性丙烯腈聚合物由如下重量份的物质制成:42~46份丙烯腈、4~8份丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、7~10份乙烯醇、5~7份丁二烯、2~4份苯基磷酰二氯、1~3份乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙。
优选的,由如下重量份的物质制成:
2.5份改性丙烯腈聚合物、0.6份改性纳米碳酸钙、13份丙三醇、3.5份椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺、3份硬脂酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、1.5份油酸聚氧乙烯酯、5份月桂醇硫酸钠、4份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、3份偏磷酸钠、2份羧甲基纤维素钠、3份亚磷酸三苯酯、0.5份苹果酸、0.5份硼酸、1.5份香精、145份去离子水;所述改性丙烯腈聚合物由如下重量份的物质制成:45份丙烯腈、6份丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、8份乙烯醇、6份丁二烯、3份苯基磷酰二氯、2份乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙。
进一步的,所述改性丙烯腈聚合物的制备方法是将丙烯腈、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、乙烯醇、丁二烯、苯基磷酰二氯和乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙共同混合,在以甲醇为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,温度为63~65℃的条件下聚合而成。
进一步的,所述改性纳米碳酸钙的制备方法是将碳酸钙放入410~440℃的条件下煅烧处理1~1.5h后,再将其置于含有质量分数1.5~2.5%壳聚糖、2~3%硅烷偶联剂的混合水溶液中浸泡处理30~40min,最后取出干燥至整体水含量不大于2%,并制成颗粒大小为15~45nm的粉末状即可。
一种洁净效果强的手机玻璃盖板清洗剂的制备方法,具体是先将改性丙烯腈聚合物、丙三醇、椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺、硬脂酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、油酸聚氧乙烯酯、月桂醇硫酸钠、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、偏磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、亚磷酸三苯酯、苹果酸、硼酸、香精和去离子水共同混合后,加热至50~53℃,并以600~700转/分钟的转速搅拌至均匀,最后将改性纳米碳酸钙加入,超声分散均匀即可。
进一步的,所述超声分散时的超声波频率为40~44kHz。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明以去离子水为溶剂,合理添加搭配了椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺、硬脂酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、油酸聚氧乙烯酯、月桂醇硫酸钠等成分,增强了各物质成分分散的均匀性和稳定性,添加的改性丙烯腈聚合物能增强清洗剂对污物颗粒的吸附去除效果,并能在清洗后的玻璃表面上形成保护膜,增强其耐污效果,添加的改性纳米碳酸钙具有良好的表面活性,可消除清洗擦拭时产生的静电,降低了灰尘的二次吸附率,同时又能协同改性丙烯腈聚合物的去污、成膜效果,进一步改善了整体的性能。在各物质成分的共同配合作用下,本发明制得的清洗剂对玻璃有很好的去污效果,并且不会损伤玻璃,消除了摩擦产生的静电,降低了灰尘再吸附,最后也不需要用水再对玻璃进行清洗,使用简单方便,有很好的推广价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种洁净效果强的手机玻璃盖板清洗剂,由如下重量份的物质制成:
2份改性丙烯腈聚合物、0.4份改性纳米碳酸钙、12份丙三醇、3份椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺、2.5份硬脂酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、1份油酸聚氧乙烯酯、4份月桂醇硫酸钠、2份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、2份偏磷酸钠、1份羧甲基纤维素钠、2份亚磷酸三苯酯、0.4份苹果酸、0.3份硼酸、1份香精、140份去离子水;所述改性丙烯腈聚合物由如下重量份的物质制成:42份丙烯腈、4份丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、7份乙烯醇、5份丁二烯、2份苯基磷酰二氯、1份乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙。
进一步的,所述改性丙烯腈聚合物的制备方法是将丙烯腈、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、乙烯醇、丁二烯、苯基磷酰二氯和乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙共同混合,在以甲醇为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,温度为64℃的条件下聚合而成。
进一步的,所述改性纳米碳酸钙的制备方法是将碳酸钙放入420℃的条件下煅烧处理1.2h后,再将其置于含有质量分数2%壳聚糖、2.5%硅烷偶联剂的混合水溶液中浸泡处理35min,最后取出干燥至整体水含量不大于2%,并制成颗粒大小为15~45nm的粉末状即可。
一种洁净效果强的手机玻璃盖板清洗剂的制备方法,具体是先将改性丙烯腈聚合物、丙三醇、椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺、硬脂酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、油酸聚氧乙烯酯、月桂醇硫酸钠、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、偏磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、亚磷酸三苯酯、苹果酸、硼酸、香精和去离子水共同混合后,加热至52℃,并以650转/分钟的转速搅拌至均匀,最后将改性纳米碳酸钙加入,超声分散均匀即可。
进一步的,所述超声分散时的超声波频率为42kHz。
实施例2
一种洁净效果强的手机玻璃盖板清洗剂,由如下重量份的物质制成:
2.5份改性丙烯腈聚合物、0.6份改性纳米碳酸钙、13份丙三醇、3.5份椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺、3份硬脂酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、1.5份油酸聚氧乙烯酯、5份月桂醇硫酸钠、4份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、3份偏磷酸钠、2份羧甲基纤维素钠、3份亚磷酸三苯酯、0.5份苹果酸、0.5份硼酸、1.5份香精、145份去离子水;所述改性丙烯腈聚合物由如下重量份的物质制成:45份丙烯腈、6份丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、8份乙烯醇、6份丁二烯、3份苯基磷酰二氯、2份乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙。其余方法步骤同实施例1。
实施例3
一种洁净效果强的手机玻璃盖板清洗剂,由如下重量份的物质制成:
3份改性丙烯腈聚合物、0.8份改性纳米碳酸钙、15份丙三醇、4份椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺、3.5份硬脂酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、2份油酸聚氧乙烯酯、6份月桂醇硫酸钠、5份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、5份偏磷酸钠、3份羧甲基纤维素钠、4份亚磷酸三苯酯、0.6份苹果酸、0.6份硼酸、2份香精、150份去离子水;所述改性丙烯腈聚合物由如下重量份的物质制成:46份丙烯腈、8份丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、10份乙烯醇、7份丁二烯、4份苯基磷酰二氯、3份乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙。其余方法步骤同实施例1。
对比实施例1
本对比实施例1与实施例1相比,其成分中不含有改性丙烯腈聚合物,除此外的方法步骤均相同。
对比实施例2
本对比实施例2与实施例2相比,其成分中不含有改性纳米碳酸钙,除此外的方法步骤均相同。
对比实施例3
本对比实施例3与实施例3相比,用等质量份的丙烯酸聚合物取代改性丙烯腈聚合物,除此外的方法步骤均相同。
对照组
现有的玻璃清洗剂。
为了对比本发明效果,对上述其中清洗剂进行去污能力测定,具体为:选用现有常见的第三代“大猩猩”玻璃作为实验对象,制成长宽高为90mm×40mm×5mm的玻璃样片,在80℃烘箱中烘干至恒重并称量(精确到0.0001g),然后将配制的污垢液涂覆在玻璃样片上,涂污量控制为2~2.5g,然后放入85℃恒温箱中干燥1h,取出后称重(精确到0.0001g),所用污垢液是将0.25 g的碳黑、20.0 g的糖浆、20.0g的植物油、20.0g的石蜡和 20.0g的酱油放在一个烧杯中搅拌, 使之混合均匀而成的黏稠状液体。最后在400 mL的烧杯中, 对应倒入300.0 g 玻璃清洗剂, 在25 ℃±2 ℃水浴条件下,将玻璃污片表面垂直于水平摆动方向,每杯放置一片玻璃污片, 使涂污部分完全浸于样品液中,在玻璃清洗剂原液中浸泡 1min, 摆洗1.5 min, 摆洗速度为 40 次 /min, 然后在 300 m L 的蒸馏水中摆洗 30 s,放入托盘, 在 85 ℃±2 ℃的恒温烘箱烘干 1.5 h, 在室温冷却 20 min, 称量, 按下式计算去污力:f(%)=100(m1-m2)/(m1-m0);式中: m0为玻璃试片质量(g);m1为涂覆油污后玻璃试片质量(g);m2为玻璃油污试片清洗后质量(g)。下表1为相应的对比数据:

由上表1可以看出,本发明制得的清洗剂清洗效果较强。
为了进一步对比本发明效果,将第三代“大猩猩”玻璃作为实验对象,制成长宽高为20mm×10mm×2mm的玻璃样片,将上述其中方式对应的清洗剂喷射在玻璃样片上,用水冲洗后干燥,最后将其分别盖在同量沸腾水的烧杯上,观察防雾性能,具体对比数据如下表2所示:

注:上表2中所述的评价得分标准为:5表示没有雾,样片非常透明;4表示没有雾,样片透明;3表示一般;5表示有雾,不透明;5表示有白色雾,根本不透明。
由上表2中可以看出,本发明制得的清洗剂防雾特性较佳,综合使用性能较好。

1.一种洁净效果强的手机玻璃盖板清洗剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份的物质制成:
2~3份改性丙烯腈聚合物、0.4~0.8份改性纳米碳酸钙、12~15份丙三醇、3~4份椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺、2.5~3.5份硬脂酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、1~2份油酸聚氧乙烯酯、4~6份月桂醇硫酸钠、2~5份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、2~5份偏磷酸钠、1~3份羧甲基纤维素钠、2~4份亚磷酸三苯酯、0.4~0.6份苹果酸、0.3~0.6份硼酸、1~2份香精、140~150份去离子水;所述改性丙烯腈聚合物由如下重量份的物质制成:42~46份丙烯腈、4~8份丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、7~10份乙烯醇、5~7份丁二烯、2~4份苯基磷酰二氯、1~3份乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洁净效果强的手机玻璃盖板清洗剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份的物质制成:

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洁净效果强的手机玻璃盖板清洗剂,其特征在于,所述改性丙烯腈聚合物的制备方法是将丙烯腈、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、乙烯醇、丁二烯、苯基磷酰二氯和乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙共同混合,在以甲醇为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,温度为63~65℃的条件下聚合而成。
