本发明涉及化工领域,具体涉及一种防静电高性能水基清洗剂。
背景技术
在工业行业中如塑胶、光学玻璃镜片、金属制品(铜、铁、铝、钢、锌、合金)等各种材料清洗表面拉伸油、切削油、防锈油、润滑油、冲压油等各种油污、污渍、油脂时往往需要进行清洗,大多采用柴油、煤油或汽油作清洗液来清洗零件。这不仅浪费能源,且存在着潜在的不安全因素,稍有不慎,则可能酿成火灾。另外采用的清洗剂本身却存在着很大的缺陷,质量高低不一,整体去污性能较差。使用后也容易对产品本身造成很大的腐蚀性,因此,研发一种安全性好的高质量去污防护清洗剂已成为当下急需解决的课题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种采用阴离子表面活性剂、络合剂、杀菌剂、防静电剂、分散剂以及水组成,具有清洗效率高、去污性好、防腐蚀、防静电、成本低、安全性好、使用效果好的特点的防静电高性能水基清洗剂。
本发明的技术方案是,一种防静电高性能水基清洗剂,所述防静电高性能水基清洗剂由阴离子表面活性剂、络合剂、杀菌剂、防静电剂、分散剂以及水组成,所述阴离子表面活性剂为α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯,所述络合剂为氢氧化钾,所述杀菌剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,所述防静电剂为琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠,所述分散剂为乙基纤维素,所述防静电高性能水基清洗剂中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯占26-30份,所述氢氧化钾占17-21份,所述十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵占5-10份,所述琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠占9-14份,所述乙基纤维素占3-7份,所述水占41-46份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防静电高性能水基清洗剂中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯占27份,所述氢氧化钾占18份,所述十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵占6份,所述琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠占10份,所述乙基纤维素占4份,所述水占42份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防静电高性能水基清洗剂中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯占29份,所述氢氧化钾占20份,所述十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵占9份,所述琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠占13份,所述乙基纤维素占6份,所述水占45份。
