背景技术
在工业行业中如塑胶、光学玻璃镜片、金属制品(铜、铁、铝、钢、锌、合金)等各种材料清洗表面拉伸油、切削油、防锈油、润滑油、冲压油等各种油污、污渍、油脂时往往需要进行清洗,大多采用柴油、煤油或汽油作清洗液来清洗零件。这不仅浪费能源,且存在着潜在的不安全因素,稍有不慎,则可能酿成火灾。另外采用的清洗剂本身却存在着很大的缺陷,质量高低不一,整体性能较差。因此,研发一种安全性好的高质量清洗剂已成为当下急需解决的课题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种采用表面活性剂、消泡剂、乳化剂、有机助洗剂、缓蚀剂、螯合剂以及水组成,具有清洗效率高、去污性好、清洗范围广、质量好、成本低、安全性好、使用效果好的特点的高强去污水基清洗剂。
