技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,具体涉及一种无气泡水基型清洗剂。
背景技术
在工业行业中如塑胶、光学玻璃镜片、金属制品(铜、铁、铝、钢、锌、合金)等各种材料清洗表面拉伸油、切削油、防锈油、润滑油、冲压油等各种油污、污渍、油脂时往往需要进行清洗,大多采用柴油、煤油或汽油作清洗液来清洗零件。这不仅浪费能源,且存在着潜在的不安全因素,稍有不慎,则可能酿成火灾。另外采用的清洗剂本身却存在着很大的缺陷,如有气泡,整体性能较差,因此,研发一种安全性好的无气泡清洗剂已成为当下急需解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用表面活性剂、消泡剂、乳化剂、有机助洗剂以及水组成,具有清洗效率高、清洗范围广、无气泡、成本低、安全性好、使用效果好的特点的无气泡水基型清洗剂。
本发明的技术方案是,一种无气泡水基型清洗剂,所述无气泡水基型清洗剂由表面活性剂、消泡剂、乳化剂、有机助洗剂以及水组成,所述表面活性剂为α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯,所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油,所述乳化剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯,所述有机助洗剂为柠檬酸钠,所述无气泡水基型清洗剂中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯占16-20份,所述二甲基硅油占7-12份,所述聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯占13-16份,所述柠檬酸钠占10-14份,所述水占38-43份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述无气泡水基型清洗剂中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯占17份,所述二甲基硅油占8份,所述聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯占14份,所述柠檬酸钠占11份,所述水占39份。
