技术领域
本发明属于板材生产工艺领域,具体涉及一种环保型氟碳铝单板及其制备方法。
背景技术
氟碳涂料具有很高的耐化学腐蚀性、耐热性、耐候性和耐久性,对许多酸碱、溶剂具有不活泼型,因而在建筑装饰领域得到广泛应用。目前国内在氟碳涂料的纳米改性方面做了大量的研究:专利CN 103131275A公开了一种纳米二氧化硅氟碳涂料,加入纳米二氧化硅后涂料具有更好地稳定性,改善了填料的分散性,防沉降,防流性,并提高了漆膜的附着力;专利CN 101440243A公开了一种纳米二氧化钛氟碳涂料,纳米二氧化钛具有很强的紫外线吸收能力,大大降低了紫外线对高分子材料链的侵袭,减少了活性自由基的产生,保护了高分子链不被紫外线所降解。
CN102627005B公开了一种铝单板,特别是涉及一种四氟碳铝单板,包括从里向外依次设置的铝基板层,铬化膜层和四氟碳层。CN102677852B公开了一种氟碳铝单板的制作工艺,该它包括以下工艺步骤:钣金加工、在50-80℃下脱脂1-10分钟、水洗、室温下进行酸洗2-3min、水洗、在80-90℃铬化2-3分钟、水洗、≤60℃下烘干,得到15-25um化学处理层、喷氟碳底漆形成氟碳底漆层,控制厚度为5-10um;喷氟碳面漆形成氟碳面漆层,控制厚度为25-30um、流平、喷氟碳罩光漆形成氟碳罩光漆层,控制厚度为10-20um、在235-250℃烘干。可见,上述的方法存在铬化步骤,但是,作为常识,该铬化步骤会造成严重的环境污染,同时常规的氟碳涂料中添加了大量的有毒化学试剂。
四氟碳涂料由于其主要成分氟碳树脂含四个氟碳键,在受热、光等条件下氟碳键难以断裂,因此比二氟碳和三氟碳更具有超长的耐候性和超强的耐化学介质防腐性,其制备出来的铝基板具有优良的耐老化性和耐化学性,但是氟碳涂料,特别是现有的四氟碳粉末涂料在生产中成膜后却存在着附着力差,硬度不够的问题。
因此,需要一种环保型氟碳铝单板,具有高性能的同时制备过程环保无污染。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种环保型氟碳铝单板及其制备方法,不需要进行化学镀层,采用环保膜层,即可实现高性能,克服附着力差,硬度不够。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种环保型氟碳铝单板,包括从里向外依次设置的铝基板层,环保膜层和四氟碳层,所述环保膜层的原料包括:混合环氧树脂30-40份,低粘度硅酮3-4份,玻璃鳞片3.2-4.4份,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉1.2-2.0份,丙烯酸酯化磷酸酯10-14份,溶剂10-14份,固化剂0.1-0.3份;所述环保膜层的厚度为25um,玻璃鳞片的厚度为2um,目数为400-500目,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉的粒径范围为25-30um;所述混合环氧树脂包含质量比例为5:1的中等环氧值环氧树脂:低环氧值环氧树脂;所述四氟碳层是由以下重量份组分组成的四氟碳粉末涂料静电喷涂而成:四氟碳树脂 40-50份、丙烯酸树脂 10-15份、天然橡胶乳胶5-10份、硫粉0.1-0.3份、羟基烷基酰胺1-5份、四甲氧基甲基甘脲 4-6份、凹凸棒石 1-3份、助剂 1-5份。
进一步地,所述环氧树脂为二酚基丙烷型环氧树脂。
进一步地,所述低粘度硅酮的25 ℃粘度为100-200mPa·s。

一种环保型氟碳铝单板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将铝基板层表面进行清洗烘干;(2)将混合环氧树脂30-40份,低粘度硅酮3-4份,玻璃鳞片3.2-4.4份,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉1.2-2.0份,丙烯酸酯化磷酸酯10-14份,溶剂10-14份混合均匀后,加入固化剂,喷涂在铝基板层表面,固化2-4小时,形成厚度25um的环保膜层;(3)将四氟碳树脂 40-50份、丙烯酸树脂 10-15份、天然橡胶乳胶5-10份、硫粉0.1-0.3份、羟基烷基酰胺1-5份、四甲氧基甲基甘脲 4-6份、凹凸棒石 1-3份、助剂 1-5份混合均匀后,静电喷涂到环保膜层表面,厚度0.5mm,150℃固化2-4小时。
进一步地,制备的环保型氟碳铝单板为前述的环保型氟碳铝单板。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明中的环保膜层原料主要成分采用混合环氧树脂,低粘度硅酮,玻璃鳞片,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉,丙烯酸酯化磷酸酯。其中混合环氧树脂包含质量比例为5:1的中等环氧值环氧树脂:低环氧值环氧树脂,采用此比例的环氧树脂具有对玻璃鳞片良好的匹配性,既保证了玻璃鳞片层与层之间的粘结强度,同时能够保证良好的分散性,此外本发明中的机硅硅橡胶球状微粉颗粒粒径要略大膜层厚度,这与一般的无机填料不太相同,这主要是为了使部分硅微球在膜层形成凸起,从而能够保证四氟碳层最大的接触性和良好的粘结效果,而由于颗粒较大,也需要相应的环氧树脂进行配合,需要高强度的粘结性进行固定,防止大颗粒的填料分散性差甚至是容易掉落。环保膜层的厚度为25um,玻璃鳞片的厚度为2um,目数为400-500目,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉的粒径范围为25-30um,玻璃鳞片的目数在特定范围内,既保证了玻璃鳞片自身的性能,同时能够与有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉形成良好的配合,两者不会相互冲抵,造成性能降低,而是互相弥补。同时在上述的基础上,低粘度硅酮的加入也是至关重要,低粘度硅酮的25 ℃粘度为100-200mPa·s,在该粘度范围内,可以有效的使玻璃鳞片排布更加紧密,同时增加鳞片的滑动性,避免与有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉之间的形成物理抵触,同时低粘度硅酮的加入可以进行一步改善混合环氧树脂自身的性能。本发明的环保膜层的主体成分都是互相配合,能够形成互相促进的效果。
现有技术中,制备四氟碳铝单板四氟碳层的四氟碳粉末涂料的组方的主要成分为四氟碳树脂和丙烯酸树脂,四氟碳树脂具有耐高温、耐低温、耐腐蚀、不粘附、无毒害等优良特性,本组方中羟基烷基酰胺具有固化羧基的作用,而四甲氧基甲基甘脲具有固化羟基的作用,同时加入氧化锆、硅酸钙、氧化镁、氧化硅铝这些无机原料,增加了膜层的硬度和光泽。本发明中通过简化原有技术配方,在现有技术中加入了天然橡胶乳胶作为改性剂,能够有效提高四氟碳粉末涂料与环保膜层表面的有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉与玻璃鳞片的粘结效果,同时增加滑动性,改善接触角与表面能,提高固定效果;同时通过硫粉在静电喷涂过程中通过加热对天然橡胶乳胶进行改性,增强其强度;通过凹凸棒土替换其他无机填料,同时凹凸棒土具有对玻璃鳞片更好的插层效果。
具体实施方式
为便于更好地理解本发明,通过以下实例加以说明,这些实例属于本发明的保护范围,但不限制本发明的保护范围。
环氧树脂为采用市售的环氧树脂,只要符合环氧比即可,对具体牌号不做限制。玻璃鳞片,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉为购买市售的产品后,根据需求进行筛分。天然橡胶乳胶为市售的天然橡胶乳胶,由橡胶树割出,固含量为 30%-40%,橡胶粒径平均为 1.06μm。其他化学试剂均为市售常见的化学试剂。
实施例中玻璃鳞片的厚度为2um,目数为400-500目,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉的粒径范围为25-30um;混合环氧树脂包含质量比例为5:1的中等环氧值环氧树脂:低环氧值环氧树脂。所述环氧树脂为二酚基丙烷型环氧树脂。低粘度硅酮的25 ℃粘度为100-200mPa·s。中等环氧值环氧树脂的环氧值为0.25-0.45,低环氧值环氧树脂的环氧值低于0.25。有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉的平均粒径为22.5um。所述固化剂为己二胺;溶剂为丙酮。所述助剂为安息酸。硫粉,凹凸棒石的平均粒径为10um。

一种环保型氟碳铝单板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将铝基板层表面进行清洗烘干;(2)将混合环氧树脂35份,低粘度硅酮3.5份,玻璃鳞片3.8份,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉1.6份,丙烯酸酯化磷酸酯12份,溶剂12份混合均匀后,加入固化剂0.2份,喷涂在铝基板层表面,固化3小时,形成厚度25um的环保膜层;(3)将四氟碳树脂 45份、丙烯酸树脂 12.5份、天然橡胶乳胶7.5份、硫粉0.2份、羟基烷基酰胺3份、四甲氧基甲基甘脲 5份、凹凸棒石2份、助剂 3份混合均匀后,静电喷涂到环保膜层表面,厚度0.5mm,150℃固化3小时。
实施例2
一种环保型氟碳铝单板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将铝基板层表面进行清洗烘干;(2)将混合环氧树脂30份,低粘度硅酮4份,玻璃鳞片3.2份,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉2.0份,丙烯酸酯化磷酸酯10份,溶剂14份混合均匀后,加入固化剂0.1份,喷涂在铝基板层表面,固化4小时,形成厚度25um的环保膜层;(3)将四氟碳树脂 40份、丙烯酸树脂 10份、天然橡胶乳胶10份、硫粉0.1份、羟基烷基酰胺5份、四甲氧基甲基甘脲 4份、凹凸棒石 3份、助剂 1份混合均匀后,静电喷涂到环保膜层表面,厚度0.5mm,150℃固化2小时。
实施例3
一种环保型氟碳铝单板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将铝基板层表面进行清洗烘干;(2)将混合环氧树脂40份,低粘度硅酮3份,玻璃鳞片4.4份,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉1.2份,丙烯酸酯化磷酸酯14份,溶剂10份混合均匀后,加入固化剂0.3份,喷涂在铝基板层表面,固化2小时,形成厚度25um的环保膜层;(3)将四氟碳树脂 50份、丙烯酸树脂 10份、天然橡胶乳胶10份、硫粉0.1份、羟基烷基酰胺5份、四甲氧基甲基甘脲 4份、凹凸棒石 3份、助剂 1份混合均匀后,静电喷涂到环保膜层表面,厚度0.5mm,150℃固化4小时。

与实施例1的生产工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是环保膜层中不加入低粘度硅酮。

与实施例1的生产工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是环保膜层中不加入玻璃鳞片。
对比例3
与实施例1的生产工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是环保膜层中不加入有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉。

与实施例1的生产工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是环保膜层中混合环氧树脂替换为单一中等环氧值环氧树脂。

与实施例1的生产工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是玻璃鳞片的目数为200目。

与实施例1的生产工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉的粒径范围为1-10um。

与实施例1的生产工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是将不加入天然橡胶乳胶。

耐冲击性的测定方法依照JC/T 24-2000《合成树脂乳液砂壁状建筑涂料》进行,用1kg小球,从一定高度自由落地,以涂料出现裂痕停止实验。

由实施例和对比例1-4可知,环保膜层中低粘度硅酮,玻璃鳞片,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉,均需要加入才能实现最佳的技术效果,同时混合环氧树脂换成单一环氧树脂,性能也发生了下降。由实施例和对比例5-6,8可知,玻璃鳞片,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉均需要在特定的尺寸范围内,低粘度硅酮需要在特定的粘度范围内时,才能实现最佳的技术效果。由实施例和对比例7,四氟碳层中加入天然橡胶乳胶的加入可以有效四氟碳层与环保膜层的结合力,从而改善耐冲击性。

Claims (6)

1.一种环保型氟碳铝单板,包括从里向外依次设置的铝基板层,环保膜层和四氟碳层,其特征在于,所述环保膜层的原料包括:混合环氧树脂30-40份,低粘度硅酮3-4份,玻璃鳞片3.2-4.4份,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉1.2-2.0份,丙烯酸酯化磷酸酯10-14份,溶剂10-14份,固化剂0.1-0.3份;所述环保膜层的厚度为25um,玻璃鳞片的厚度为2um,目数为400-500目,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉的粒径范围为25-30um;所述混合环氧树脂包含质量比例为5:1的中等环氧值环氧树脂:低环氧值环氧树脂;所述四氟碳层是由以下重量份组分组成的四氟碳粉末涂料静电喷涂而成:四氟碳树脂 40-50份、丙烯酸树脂 10-15份、天然橡胶乳胶5-10份、硫粉0.1-0.3份、羟基烷基酰胺1-5份、四甲氧基甲基甘脲 4-6份、凹凸棒石1-3份、助剂 1-5份;
所述低粘度硅酮的25 ℃粘度为100-200mPa·s;
所述中等环氧值环氧树脂的环氧值为0.25-0.45,低环氧值环氧树脂的环氧值低于0.25;
所述环氧树脂为二酚基丙烷型环氧树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型氟碳铝单板,其特征在于,所述有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉的平均粒径为22.5um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型氟碳铝单板,其特征在于,所述固化剂为乙二胺、己二胺、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、二乙氨基丙胺中一种;溶剂为丙酮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型氟碳铝单板,其特征在于,所述助剂为安息酸。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的环保型氟碳铝单板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将铝基板层表面进行清洗烘干;(2)将混合环氧树脂30-40份,低粘度硅酮3-4份,玻璃鳞片3.2-4.4份,有机硅硅橡胶球状微粉1.2-2.0份,丙烯酸酯化磷酸酯10-14份,溶剂10-14份混合均匀后,加入固化剂,喷涂在铝基板层表面,固化2-4小时,形成厚度25um的环保膜层;(3)将四氟碳树脂 40-50份、丙烯酸树脂 10-15份、天然橡胶乳胶5-10份、硫粉0.1-0.3份、羟基烷基酰胺1-5份、四甲氧基甲基甘脲 4-6份、凹凸棒石 1-3份、助剂 1-5份混合均匀后,静电喷涂到环保膜层表面,厚度0.5mm,150℃固化2-4小时;
所述低粘度硅酮的25 ℃粘度为100-200mPa·s;
所述中等环氧值环氧树脂的环氧值为0.25-0.45,低环氧值环氧树脂的环氧值低于0.25。
6.根据权利要求5所述的环保型氟碳铝单板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述固化剂为乙二胺、己二胺、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、二乙氨基丙胺中一种;溶剂为丙酮。
