本发明公开了一种酸罐密封处理系统,包括连接管,除酸雾装置和酸罐,所述酸罐为多个,多个所述酸罐分别通过连接管接入除酸雾装置进行酸雾处理。有益效果:能够对作业现场多个酸罐的酸雾集中处理,改进了现有技术中的单一处理,提升了处理效率。酸罐通过连接管接入除酸雾装置处理酸雾,实现了作业现场的酸罐密闭,避免了作业现场的酸雾弥漫。

技术领域
本发明涉及酸雾处理技术领域,具体涉及一种酸罐密封处理系统。
背景技术
酸化压裂是油气田增产的一项重要措施,当前国内外的酸化压裂施工作业需要大量的不同类型的酸液。压裂增产作业时现场会摆放较多储酸罐,如酸液的混合设备、酸液储存设备均会使用到储酸罐,即混酸设备上自带储酸罐、现场储存酸液用的储罐,但目前压裂施工作业现场的储酸罐缺少酸液集中处理措施,各酸罐通常处于半封闭状态,使得压裂施工作业现场酸雾弥漫,虽然目前也有针对酸罐封闭方式以除酸雾的技术,但都是一对一的处理方式,处理效率较低,能源消耗较大,除酸雾设备所耗的成本也较高,且现有技术中除酸雾设备本身结构体积庞大且结构复杂,基本只能以固定状态放置在某一地点,除酸雾的使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种酸罐密封处理系统,所述酸罐密封处理系统能够对作业现场多个酸罐的酸雾集中处理,改进了现有技术中的单一处理,提升了处理效率。酸罐通过连接管接入除酸雾装置处理酸雾,实现了作业现场的酸罐密闭,避免了作业现场的酸雾弥漫。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种酸罐密封处理系统,包括连接管,除酸雾装置和酸罐,所述酸罐为多个,多个所述酸罐分别通过连接管接入除酸雾装置进行酸雾处理。
进一步地,所述连接管与除酸雾装置之间通过第一阀门连接,每根连接管上设置一个第一阀门,所述第一阀门用于控制与之对应连接的酸罐是否接入除酸雾装置中。
进一步地,所述连接管为软管。
进一步地,在所述酸罐的罐顶上设呼吸阀,所述连接管与呼吸阀的排气口或酸罐罐顶连接。
进一步地,在所述酸罐上设有压力装置,所述压力装置用于指示酸罐内压力和保护酸罐罐体超压。
进一步地,所述压力装置为U型管,所述U型管为内部中空结构。
进一步地,所述除酸雾装置包括喷射器,第一泵和除雾罐,所述第一泵为喷射器供液,喷射器的液相出口延伸到除雾罐中,除雾罐上开设有第一出液口,所述出液口与第一泵的入口连通,所述连接管与喷射器连接。
进一步地,所述喷射器的液相出口延伸到除雾罐的底部。
进一步地,所述除雾罐上开设有第二出液口,所述第二出液口连通有第二泵,所述第二泵的出口延伸到除雾罐中。
进一步地,所述第二泵的出口对除雾罐进行喷淋。
进一步地,在所述第一泵的出口端设有喷淋管线,所述喷淋管线接入除雾罐中。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:一种酸罐密封处理系统,所述酸罐密封处理系统能够对作业现场多个酸罐的酸雾集中处理,改进了现有技术中的单一处理,提升了处理效率。酸罐通过连接管接入除酸雾装置处理酸雾,实现了作业现场的酸罐密闭,避免了作业现场的酸雾弥漫。通过呼吸阀和压力装置对酸罐罐体实行双重超压保护。通过循环和喷淋双重措施为除酸雾的良好效果提供保障。本酸罐密封处理系统可通过第一泵和第二泵实现双循环,通过第二泵出口和喷淋管线实现双喷淋,除酸雾的使用效果更好。

具体实施方式
如图1至2所示,一种酸罐密封处理系统,包括连接管3,除酸雾装置6和酸罐1,所述酸罐1为多个,多个所述酸罐1分别通过连接管3接入除酸雾装置6进行酸雾处理。所述酸罐密封处理系统将作业现场的可能存在的酸罐1集中处理,改进了现有技术中的单一处理,提升了处理效率。酸罐1通过连接管3接入除酸雾装置6处理酸雾,实现了作业现场的酸罐1密闭,避免了作业现场的酸雾弥漫。
所述连接管3与除酸雾装置6之间通过第一阀门7连接,每根连接管3上设置一个第一阀门7,所述第一阀门7用于控制与之对应连接的酸罐1是否接入除酸雾装置6中。每个酸罐1连的接管上设置一个开断的阀门(第一阀门7),利于单个酸罐1的酸雾收集处理。
所述连接管3为软管。软管更利于作业现场的连接。
在所述酸罐1的罐顶上设呼吸阀2,所述连接管3与呼吸阀2的排气口或酸罐1罐顶连接。
在所述酸罐1上设有压力装置,所述压力装置用于指示酸罐1内压力和防止酸罐1罐体超压。
所述酸罐1上通过呼吸阀2和压力装置的设置,可实现对酸罐1的双压力检测,双超压保护。可以在各种工况下实现酸罐1的超压保护,并且可以直观的观察酸罐1内压力变化情况,相比常规的单一呼吸阀2保护,避免因为呼吸阀2故障或人员点检不及时,而造成超压,超压保护更完善。
所述压力装置为U型管4,所述U型管4为内部中空结构,所述U型管4用于酸罐1罐体与外部的连通。所述U型管4可以使用透明管,也可是2根连通的磁翻柱液位计。在所述U型管4内可放置其他液位计或液位压力传感器,或者直接在酸罐1罐顶设置压力传感器。
所述除酸雾装置6包括喷射器8,第一泵9和除雾罐,所述第一泵9为喷射器8供液,喷射器8的液相出口延伸到除雾罐中,除雾罐上开设有第一出液口5,所述出液口与第一泵9的入口连通,所述连接管3与喷射器8连接。设置喷射器8进行酸雾收集,可以产生负压高效收集酸雾,同时可以使除雾罐内的液体快速与酸雾混合,若除雾罐内加注碱液,吸收效果更佳。在第一出液口5与喷射器8入口端之间可设置三通阀,用于液体的加注与排出。除酸雾装置6结构简单,便于移动,还可橇装,运输或现场移动都方便。
所述喷射器8的液相出口延伸到除雾罐的底部。
所述除雾罐上开设有第二出液口,所述第二出液口连通有第二泵10,所述第二泵10的出口延伸到除雾罐中。
第一出液口5、第二出液口和喷射器8的液相出口在除雾罐上间隔设置,相互不影响。
所述第二泵10的出口对除雾罐进行喷淋。
在所述第一泵9的出口端设有喷淋管线11,所述喷淋管线11接入除雾罐中。
通过第二泵10的出口喷淋和第一泵9出口端的喷淋管线11,实现除雾罐的双喷淋。
当然根据实际酸雾情况,本酸罐密封处理系统可以是单循环除酸雾,或双循环除酸雾,或单循环单喷淋除酸雾,或单循环双喷淋除酸雾,或双循环单喷淋除酸雾,或双循环双喷淋除酸雾。
工作原理:当作业现场某一酸罐1需要进行除酸雾处理时,打开相应连接管3上的第一阀门7,使酸雾通道接通。保持U型管4与大气相通,向U型管4内加注能够显示位置的液体,使两端液位相同,两端液位与U型管4管体两端顶部有一定距离,比如1m左右,向酸罐1内加注液体,酸罐1内空气压缩、压力升高,当足够打开呼吸阀2时,呼吸阀2排气口打开,向除雾罐进行排气,此时U型管4靠近酸罐1一侧的管内液位升高,反之酸罐1内液体排空时,U型管4远离酸罐1一侧管内液体升高。U型管4管内液体升高的高度有一定限度,其液柱产生的压差大于呼吸阀2的进排气压力,但小于酸罐1能承受的正压或者负压,比如酸罐1内压力过大时,U型管4内液体将排出到大气中,避免特殊情况下酸罐1罐体超压损坏。

Claims (11)
1.一种酸罐密封处理系统,其特征在于:包括连接管,除酸雾装置和酸罐,所述酸罐为多个,多个所述酸罐分别通过连接管接入除酸雾装置进行酸雾处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酸罐密封处理系统,其特征在于:所述连接管与除酸雾装置之间通过第一阀门连接,每根连接管上设置一个第一阀门,所述第一阀门用于控制与之对应连接的酸罐是否接入除酸雾装置中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的酸罐密封处理系统,其特征在于:所述连接管为软管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的酸罐密封处理系统,其特征在于:在所述酸罐的罐顶上设呼吸阀,所述连接管与呼吸阀的排气口或酸罐罐顶连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的酸罐密封处理系统,其特征在于:在所述酸罐上设有压力装置,所述压力装置用于指示酸罐内压力和保护酸罐罐体超压。
6.根据权利要求5所述的酸罐密封处理系统,其特征在于:所述压力装置为U型管,所述U型管为内部中空结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的酸罐密封处理系统,其特征在于:所述除酸雾装置包括喷射器,第一泵和除雾罐,所述第一泵为喷射器供液,喷射器的液相出口延伸到除雾罐中,除雾罐上开设有第一出液口,所述出液口与第一泵的入口连通,所述连接管与喷射器连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的酸罐密封处理系统,其特征在于:所述喷射器的液相出口延伸到除雾罐的底部。
9.根据权利要求7所述的酸罐密封处理系统,其特征在于:所述除雾罐上开设有第二出液口,所述第二出液口连通有第二泵,所述第二泵的出口延伸到除雾罐中。
10.根据权利要求9所述的酸罐密封处理系统,其特征在于:所述第二泵的出口对除雾罐进行喷淋。
11.根据权利要求7所述的酸罐密封处理系统,其特征在于:在所述第一泵的出口端设有喷淋管线,所述喷淋管线接入除雾罐中。
