Description

本发明是涉及一种从纤维线的储存罗拉上反复输出具有无规则纤维方向的纤维束的设备。所述的纤维例如是由热固树脂而制成的植绒预制产品,该设备包括用于从储存罗拉上输送纤维线的输送装置和用于把纤维切断成所希望长度的切断装置,所述的输送装置包括至少第一对和第二对逐一放置的被驱动输送罗拉,其输送罗拉形成了用于纤维线的钳口,该设备还包括一个放置在切断装置下游的靠压缩空气驱动的纤维喷出装置。
增强纤维热固树脂产品的生产对于自动化生产来说是十分困难的,这是由于产品质量在很大程度上取决于相对于产品将承受的负载其纤维取向的情况。现代质量标准通常要求产品具有取向纤维的准确量,从而获得最大的拉伸,而没有纤维穿过产品的外部塑料层。
在外部纤维层上通常使用非常细的纤维,即表面消光纤维。这就阻止了许多常规粗的增强纤维穿过热固树脂产品的外部塑料层。此外,上述的纤维穿透导致其产品必须进行费用高的人工后处理。
本发明的目的是设计一种用于输出细纤维束的设备,其纤维束能够用于在热固产品制造中的表面无光层,并且该设备例如通过使用工业自动装置能自动地把增强纤维加入到一种产品束中去,以致植绒预制品能够重复生产。
为实现这个目的,本发明的特征在于第一对输送罗拉是以第二对输送罗拉稍低的输送速度而被驱动,并且纤维喷出装置包括一个具有用来引导空气湍流的空气流动通道的长方形管材套筒。
本发明将结合下面表示在附图中所给出的实施例做进一步的描述,附图示意表示了本发明设备的一个侧视图。
在图示的设备中,一种连续多根并极细成线状的玻璃纤维10来自于一个储存罗拉(未图示),并从右向左输送且输送到两罗拉11.12之间的钳口内。罗拉11可移位地进行枢轴转动并且通过一根压簧13的作用面压向另一罗拉12。罗拉12通过一带齿皮带14而被驱动,该带齿皮带14绕着两个齿轮15和16而运行。
齿轮15连接于罗拉12,而另一齿轮16连接于刀式罗拉17,该刀式罗拉沿着其周边设置4个刀片18,这些刀片沿着罗拉17的圆周均匀地放置,橡胶滚筒19与罗拉17相接触,并且对于罗拉17起着反向罗拉的作用,它顶着刀片18。
罗拉17通过一个驱动马达(未图示)以一个转动速度V1的可变的速度来驱动。速度的调节最好能借助脉冲计数装置来实现。由于齿轮15比齿轮16稍大,因此它是以齿轮16稍低的速度V2而驱动。
由于这个速差的结果,从而实现了在纱线10的纤维束中各个纤维的拉伸,以致纤维束在罗拉17和滚筒19之间的钳口中被横向拉平。
一个纤维输送前端设置在下游成对的C形件处,该成对C形件具有一个用来放置被切断的纤维束的中心通道21,一个环形缝隙22根据通道21同轴心地布置,并且通过一通道23连接到空气压力源上。一些辅助通道24与通道23相连通并且在缝隙22的下游处张开。
压缩空气通过通道23,缝隙22和辅助通道24压入到纤维输送前端20,其压缩空气经过通道21带来环境空气。此处,附加空气通过一些同轴排列的空气开孔25而被喷出。由于实现了喷吹作用的结果,当其纤维束同长方形管状套筒26的内壁接触时,其套筒构成纤维输送前端20的一个延伸部分,由线10上所切断的纤维束将承受湍流空气的作用,使其纤维束在各方向上被弯曲和散射,以形成一种“羊毛状的毛绒束”。
上述的设备最好安装在一个自动装置臂上(未图示),它在空间内可自由地移动并通过一个可编程序的微处理机而被控制。
本发明不限于上述的实施例,其它一些变化在权利要求的范围内可了解到。

Claims (2)

1、一种从储存罗拉上反复输出具有无规则纤维方向的纤维束的设备,所述的纤维例如是由热固树脂而制成的植绒预制产品,其设备包括用于从储存罗拉上输送纤维线的输送装置(11.12.16.17)和用于把纤维切成所希望长度的切断装置(18.19)所述的输送装置包括至少第一对和第二对逐一放置的被驱动的罗拉(11.12和18.19),其输送罗拉形成了用于纤维线(10)的钳口,该设备还包括一个放置在切断装置(18.19)下游处的靠压缩空气驱动的纤维喷出装置(20),其特征在于第一对输送罗拉(11.12)以比第二对输送罗拉(18.19)稍低的输送速度而被驱动,并且纤维喷出装置包括一个具有用来引导空气湍流的空气流动通道(22-25)的长方形管状套筒(26)。
2、根据权利要求1的设备,其特征在于通道包括一个环形缝隙(22),它同轴环绕地放置在用于切断纤维束的中心通道(21)上,还包括一些辅助通道(24)和空气开口(25)。
