Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical rehabilitation training equipment, in particular to an ankle joint training device for orthopedic patients.
Background
The ankle joint is also called as talus calf joint, and is composed of the joint surface of the lower ends of the tibia and the fibula and a talus pulley. The lower joint surface of the tibia, the inner ankle joint surface and the outer ankle joint surface form an Jiong-shaped joint socket together to accommodate a talus pulley joint head, and because the pulley joint surfaces are wide in front and narrow in back, when the foot dorsiflexes, the wider front part enters the socket, so that the joint is stable; however, in plantarflexion, when the narrower posterior portion of the pulley enters the socket during downhill walking, the ankle joint becomes loose and can move laterally, and sprain is likely to occur in the ankle joint, and most of them, inversion injury is observed, and the ankle is longer and lower than the medial malleolus, so that the ankle is prevented from being excessively everted.
The ankle joint is one of the main load-bearing structures of the human body and bears the entire weight of the body when the human body stands and walks. Particularly, when running, jumping and body weight are applied, the ankle joint is subjected to a great load and impact, so that joint damage or sprain is most common in daily life. Once the ankle joint is injured, traumatic arthritis is formed once reasonable treatment and recovery are not available, and long-term ankle joint pain, dysfunction and other symptoms are caused, so that work and life are affected.
Some training devices are arranged for training the ankle joint, but the training devices cannot stretch to the back of the ankle joint and cannot move left and right to the ankle joint, so that postoperative ankle joint recovery of a patient is inconvenient.
