Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of orthotics, in particular to a reset fixing orthopaedics orthotics for orthopaedics.
Background
Orthotics are general terms of external devices that are fitted to the extremities, trunk, etc. of the human body in order to prevent or correct deformities of the extremities, trunk, or to treat bone joint and neuromuscular diseases and to compensate for their function. The lower limb orthosis has the main functions of supporting weight, assisting or replacing limb functions, limiting unnecessary activities of joints of lower limbs, keeping the lower limbs stable, improving postures when standing and walking, and preventing and correcting deformity. The lower limb orthosis is selected, and the patient needs to pay attention to no obvious compression to the limb after wearing, for example, the patient can not compress the popliteal fossa when bending the knee by 90 degrees with KAFO, and the internal perineum is not compressed; the orthosis is not suitable for patients with edema of lower limbs to cling to the skin. The orthosis is a method for fixing bones or joints, firstly, the structure and the mechanical property of the orthosis are known, and the operation technology of the orthosis is familiar, so that good treatment effect can be obtained. Orthotics are of various types, and each type has characteristics and can be selected according to the needs of the illness. However, various orthoses have common principles and basic technical requirements in application, reasonably grasp the indication of external fixation of fracture by using the orthoses, strictly execute operation technology and fixation after operation, avoid the defects as much as possible, and fully play the role of external fixation of fracture by the orthoses.
