Abstract

本发明公开了一种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器及其生产工艺,铝塑容器的容器壁及底部均包括塑料层和铝箔层,铝箔层紧密附着在塑料层的内侧面,铝箔层与塑料层一体注塑成型。这种铝塑容器采用将铝箔覆盖并吸附在凸杯模上,随后进行注塑的方式生产而成,使这种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器中铝箔与容器壁内表面结合紧密,能有效提高铝塑容器的密封程度,满足食物或其它物品保存的密封要求,延长保存期限。

一种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及包装盒技术领域,特别涉及一种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器及其生产工艺。
背景技术
塑料容器由于生产方便,生产成本低,被广泛应用于食物的包装中。为了使食物不易变质,延长食物的保质期,通常厂家会在塑料容器及其密封盖的连接结构上进行改进,尽可能提高塑料容器和密封盖的密封程度。这种结构虽然能从一定程度上延长食物的保质期,但是用于食物包装的塑料容器由于其本身塑料材质的密度问题,塑料容器在保存物品期间时,其容器壁容易渗透空气,导致塑料容器内的食物或其它物品在密封盖盖紧的情况下仍会氧化变质。为了解决容器壁的渗透问题,目前厂家会在塑料容器生产完成后,再在容器壁的外表面上粘贴一层铝箔或镀制一层铝膜,然而,粘贴方式只能通过胶水进行粘贴,铝箔与容器壁之间的结合不够紧密,容易脱落,容器壁的密封性仍然较低,食物依旧容易氧化变质,而且,胶水会向内渗透,存在较大的食品卫生问题,而在容器壁外表面上镀制的铝膜同样存在密度较低的问题,因为镀铝层远比锻压后的铝箔密度低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器及其生产工艺,这种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器中铝箔与容器壁内表面结合紧密,能有效提高铝塑容器的密封程度,满足食物或其它物品保存的密封要求,延长保存期限。
为了解决上述技术问题,采用的技术方案如下:
一种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器,其特征在于:所述铝塑容器的容器壁及底部均包括塑料层和铝箔层,铝箔层紧密附着在塑料层的内侧面,铝箔层与塑料层一体注塑成型。
上述铝塑容器中,通过将铝塑容器的铝箔层和塑料层一体制成,使铝箔层与塑料层之间不留间隙,铝箔与塑料的结合更加紧密,从而有效提高铝塑容器的密封程度,满足食物保存的密封要求,延长食物的保质期。
优选方案中,所述铝箔层的外表面上设有图案层。
进一步的优选方案中,所述塑料层采用透明塑料。透明塑料可采用PVC、PS或甲丙烯酸甲酯等,塑料层采用透明材料,铝塑容器可以通过塑料层的看到铝箔层上的图案,使铝塑容器的外观美观。
一种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器的生产工艺,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
(1)凸杯模的轴线沿水平方向设置;
(2)将侧壁铝箔绕包贴合在凸杯模侧壁周向上并进行真空吸附,将底部铝箔贴合在凸杯模底部并进行真空吸附;
(3)将凸杯模与凹杯模合模,并进行注塑;
(4)冷却定型后开模取出一体成型的铝塑容器。
上述生产工艺中,将侧壁铝箔和底部铝箔分别贴合在凸杯模的侧壁和底壁上并进行真空吸附,使铝箔能够绕凸杯模的形状平整地紧贴在凸杯模上,随后进行注塑,通过将铝箔和塑料一体注塑成型的方式,使铝箔和塑料之间不留间隙,铝箔与塑料的结合更加紧密,从而有效提高铝塑容器的密封程度,降低容器的渗透现象,满足食物或其它物品的密封要求,延长保存期限,同时采用这种生产工艺生产而成的铝塑容器,铝箔与塑料之间无需胶水等粘贴剂进行粘贴,不会发生食品污染问题。
优选方案中,所述步骤(2)中将侧壁铝箔绕包贴合在凸杯模侧壁周向上的方法,是先将侧壁铝箔平放在凸杯模上,然后采用吹气的方式从所述凸杯模的轴线对侧壁铝箔由上至下进行吹气,使侧壁铝箔绕凸杯模的形状绕包柄紧密贴合在凸杯模侧壁周向上。吹气可以采用吹气机进行吹气,将吹气机设置在凸杯模的上方,吹气时将侧壁铝箔向凸杯模的表面均匀进行吹气;通过采用吹气的方式,可以使侧壁铝箔平整地贴合在凸杯模的侧壁周向上,在后续对铝箔进行吸附时,避免铝箔产生褶皱。
优选方案中,所述步骤(2)中凸杯模对侧壁铝箔和底部铝箔进行真空吸附的方法,是通过在凸杯模内部设置内腔,将凸杯模内腔与真空抽气机的抽气口相连通,吸附铝箔时启动真空抽气机,真空抽气机通过凸杯模上的缝隙将铝箔吸附在凸杯模表面。
进一步的优选方案中,所述凸杯模由多个组件组成,各个组件组合成与铝塑容器形状相匹配的凸杯模,各个组件的相接处形成多条所述缝隙。凸杯模采用多个组件组合的方式,使组合后的凸杯模在各个组件的相接处形成多条与内腔连通的缝隙;再将凸杯模的内腔与真空抽气机进行连接,真空抽气机通过内腔对缝隙进行抽气,采用真空吸附的方式使缠绕在凸杯模上的铝箔能够紧紧贴合在模具上,进一步提高注塑时铝箔和塑料的结合程度。
优选方案中,所述注塑的材料采用透明塑料。透明塑料可采用PVC、PS或甲丙烯酸甲酯等,由于铝的熔点较高,注塑材料采用透明材料,当铝塑容器注塑成型后,可以通过铝塑容器的器壁看到铝箔上的图案,使铝塑容器的外观美观。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过将铝箔直接覆盖在模具上并进行注塑,使铝塑容器一体成型,铝箔与塑料的结合程度高,提高成型后铝塑容器侧壁和底壁的密封程度,降低容器的渗透现象,满足食物保存的密封要求,有效延长食物的保质期。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1所示的一种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器,铝塑容器的容器壁及底部均包括塑料层1和铝箔层2,铝箔层2紧密附着在塑料层1的内侧面,铝箔层2与塑料层1一体注塑成型;铝箔层2的外表面上设有图案层;塑料层1采用透明塑料。
上述铝塑容器中,通过将铝塑容器的铝箔层2和塑料层1一体制成,使铝箔层2与塑料层1之间不留间隙,铝箔与塑料的结合更加紧密,从而有效提高铝塑容器的密封程度,满足食物保存的密封要求,延长食物的保质期。透明塑料采用PVC,塑料层1采用透明材料,铝塑容器可以通过塑料层1的看到铝箔层2上的图案,使铝塑容器的外观美观。
如图2-4所示一种制造上述内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器的生产工艺,包括下述步骤:
(5)凸杯模3的轴线沿水平方向设置;
(6)将侧壁铝箔201绕包贴合在凸杯模3侧壁周向上并进行真空吸附,将底部铝箔202贴合在凸杯模3底部并进行真空吸附;
(7)将凸杯模3与凹杯模4合模,并进行注塑;
(8)冷却定型后开模取出一体成型的铝塑容器。
上述生产工艺中,将侧壁铝箔201和底部铝箔202分别贴合在凸杯模3的侧壁和底壁上并进行真空吸附,使铝箔能够绕凸杯模3的形状平整地紧贴在凸杯模3上,随后进行注塑,通过将铝箔和塑料一体注塑成型的方式,使铝箔和塑料之间不留间隙,铝箔与塑料的结合更加紧密,从而有效提高铝塑容器的密封程度,降低容器的渗透现象,满足食物或其它物品的密封要求,延长保存期限,同时采用这种生产工艺生产而成的铝塑容器,铝箔与塑料之间无需胶水等粘贴剂进行粘贴,不会发生食品污染问题。
步骤(2)中将侧壁铝箔201绕包贴合在凸杯模3侧壁周向上的方法,是先将侧壁铝箔201平放在凸杯模3上,然后采用吹气的方式从凸杯模3的轴线对侧壁铝箔201由上至下进行吹气,使侧壁铝箔201绕凸杯模3的形状绕包柄紧密贴合在凸杯模3侧壁周向上。吹气可以采用吹气机进行吹气,将吹气机设置在凸杯模3的上方,吹气时将侧壁铝箔201向凸杯模3的表面均匀进行吹气;通过采用吹气的方式,可以使侧壁铝箔201平整地贴合在凸杯模3的侧壁周向上,在后续对铝箔进行吸附时,避免铝箔产生褶皱。
步骤(2)中凸杯模3对侧壁铝箔201和底部铝箔202进行真空吸附的方法,凸杯模3由多个组件301组成,各个组件301组合成与铝塑容器形状相匹配的凸杯模3,各个组件301的相接处形成多条缝隙302,凸杯模3内部设有内腔,将凸杯模3内腔与真空抽气机的抽气口相连通,吸附铝箔时启动真空抽气机,真空抽气机通过凸杯模3上的缝隙302将铝箔吸附在凸杯模3表面。凸杯模3采用多个组件301组合的方式,使组合后的凸杯模3在各个组件301的相接处形成多条与内腔连通的缝隙302;再将凸杯模3的内腔与真空抽气机进行连接,真空抽气机通过内腔对缝隙302进行抽气,采用真空吸附的方式使缠绕在凸杯模3上的铝箔能够紧紧贴合在模具上,进一步提高注塑时铝箔和塑料的结合程度。
注塑的材料采用透明塑料。当铝塑容器注塑成型后,可以通过铝塑容器的器壁看到铝箔上的图案,使铝塑容器的外观美观。

Claims (4)

1.一种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器的生产工艺,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
(1)凸杯模的轴线沿水平方向设置;
(2)将侧壁铝箔平放在凸杯模上,然后采用吹气的方式从所述凸杯模的轴线对侧壁铝箔由上至下进行吹气,使侧壁铝箔绕凸杯模的形状绕包柄紧密贴合在凸杯模侧壁周向上,将侧壁铝箔绕包贴合在凸杯模侧壁周向上,并通过凸杯模对侧壁铝箔进行真空吸附,将底部铝箔贴合在凸杯模底部并进行真空吸附;
(3)将凸杯模与凹杯模合模,并进行注塑;
(4)冷却定型后开模取出一体成型的铝塑容器。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中凸杯模对侧壁铝箔和底部铝箔进行真空吸附的方法,是通过在凸杯模内部设置内腔,将凸杯模内腔与真空抽气机的抽气口相连通,吸附铝箔时启动真空抽气机,真空抽气机通过凸杯模上的缝隙将铝箔吸附在凸杯模表面。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述凸杯模由多个组件组成,各个组件组合成与铝塑容器形状相匹配的凸杯模,各个组件的相接处形成多条所述缝隙。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种内腔具有铝箔的铝塑容器的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述注塑的材料采用透明塑料。
