The length and volume of eyelashes of each group of volunteers before and after use in the first, second and fourth weeks were measured, and the measured data were recorded in tables I and II, where the first is the upper eyelid eyelash data and the second is the lower eyelid eyelash data.

as can be seen from the above table, the nourishing liquids in the first and second groups have better effects on the length and the volume of eyelashes after being applied compared with the nourishing liquids in the third and fourth groups, and thus, the traditional Chinese medicine extract and the amino acid conditioner have a synergistic effect on promoting the growth of eyelashes when being matched with each other.
Sampling eyelashes before, during and around the use, taking the eyelashes outside the eyelid, measuring the cross-sectional diameter of the middle part of the eyelashes, and recording the diameter data of the eyelashes in the following table three:

As can be seen from the above table, the first group and the second group have significantly better effect than the third group and the fourth group in improving the diameter of eyelashes, which indicates that the traditional Chinese medicine extract and the amino acid conditioner of the invention have outstanding effect in closing eyelash scales and enhancing the diameter of eyelashes.
The inventor of the invention selects five Chinese herbal medicines for improving eye blood circulation and eye nutrition from a plant treasure house according to the growth mechanism of eyelashes to extract essence extract liquid with bioactivity, then prepares eyelash nourishing liquid by matching with biotin, tripeptide-1, amino acid conditioner and the like, directly coats the eyelash nourishing liquid on the root of the eyelashes, and active ingredients in the nourishing liquid directly provide abundant nutrient elements for hair follicle cells of the eyelashes through epidermal tissues to repair or activate the inhibited hair follicle cell tissues, thereby achieving the purpose of enabling the hair follicle cell tissues of the eyelashes to normally grow. The nourishing liquid prepared by the invention is plant essence extract, is very easy to absorb by human body, has good use effect, can solve the problem of eyelashes within 2-4 weeks, and has no adverse effect on human body. In addition, the preparation method is simple and easy to operate, has no dependence on equipment, and can maximally maintain the active ingredients in the nutrient substances.

1. An eyelash nourishing liquid is characterized in that: the nourishing liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: humectant: 0.5-4 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract: 1-10 parts of a conditioner: 1.05-8.5 parts of preservative: 0.1-0.3 part, water: 90-140 parts.
2. The mascara solution according to claim 1, wherein: the conditioner comprises the following components in parts by weight: amino acid conditioner: 0.5-5 parts of biotin: 0.5-3 parts of tripeptide-1: 0.05-0.5 part.

The mascara solution according to claim 1, wherein: the amino acid conditioner is selected from any one of lysine, arginine, aspartic acid, threonine, serine, glutamine, proline, alanine, glycine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine and cysteine, or a mixture of two or more of the above in any proportion.
4. The mascara solution according to claim 1, wherein: the traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises the following components: an extract of fragrant ginger, an extract of Donggui, an extract of Szechuan lovage rhizome, an extract of Chinese wolfberry fruit and an extract of tropaeolum majus.

Eyelash nourishing liquid according to claim 4, wherein: the traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises the following components in parts by weight: the fragrant ginger extract: 0.2-2 parts, angelica sinensis extract: 0.2-2 parts of ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract: 0.2-2 parts of wolfberry fruit extract: 0.2-2 parts of tropaeolum majus extract: 0.2-2 parts.

Eyelash nourishing liquid according to claim 4, wherein: the traditional Chinese medicine extract also contains radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae and fructus Zanthoxyli Mudanae, wherein the content of radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae is 0.2-2 parts, and the content of fructus Zanthoxyli Mudanae is 0.2-2 parts.
