Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-hair-loss and hair-growing lotion which adopts green tea extract to improve blood circulation, promote the proliferation of human hair follicle papilla cells and prolong the cell cycle, thereby promoting the growth of hair. In addition, it can prevent testosterone from converting into dihydrotestosterone, and prevent alopecia caused by androgen excess. The disodium adenosine triphosphate has the function of improving the metabolism of the organism, participates in the metabolism of fat, protein, sugar, nucleic acid and nucleotide in the body, and is also a source of energy in the body. The green tea extract can be used for assisting and strengthening the effect of promoting the proliferation of hair follicle hair papilla cells and promoting the growth of scalp hair follicles. The fleece-flower root and the Chinese arborvitae twig which contain trace element copper can stimulate the growth of hair follicles of scalp to make the hair grow more densely. Also discloses a preparation method of the hair restorer, which is simple and stable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to anti-hair loss and hair-growing lotion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous development of economy and society, the number of people who lose hair in the whole society is increasing. Even after 90 a lot of hair loss began to appear. The leading cause of hair loss is genetic, but many young people now lose hair earlier and more severely than their elders. Alopecia has become a serious problem for many people.
Modern studies have shown that hair follicles in the human scalp are the site of hair growth, providing nutrients to the hair. In the case of normal hair follicle function, the growth process of hair can be roughly divided into anagen, catagen and telogen phases. Among them, hair papilla cells of hair follicles control the development of hair follicles and the growth of hairs. The hair follicle in the growth phase has a completely developed vascular tissue, hair bulb cells at the root of the hair are exuberant to divide, and the generated new cells can continuously move upwards to fill the body of the hair, so that the normal growth of the hair is facilitated. When the hair follicle enters the end of the growth period, the hair stem stops growing, the hair follicle begins to shrink, hair papilla cells become small, the hair stops growing and enters the degeneration period, then the hair follicle enters the resting period, the blood vessel tissues around the hair follicle disappear, and finally the hair is shed. Thus, the growth and apoptosis of hair follicles have a significant effect on hair loss.
Traditional Chinese medicine considers that the effect of treating alopecia is mainly on consolidating the constitution. The kidney stores essence, governs bone and produces marrow, and manifests itself in hair. "Hair nutrition comes from blood and grows from kidney qi. The beard and hair of human being are the balance of blood and the kidney. Kidneys store essence, livers store blood, and the sources of both yin and yang are the same, so essence and blood are generated mutually, essence is full of blood, and nourishes, and the recipe can make beard and hair black and firm and non-shedding roots.
Tea leaf extract is often added to hair cosmetics abroad to regulate hair growth as a means for preventing alopecia. The main reason is that tea extract can promote the proliferation of human hair follicle papilla cells cultured in vitro and delay apoptosis, thereby prolonging the growth phase of hair (Kwon et al, phytomedine 14(2007), p.551-555). Japanese patent JP2005170927A discloses a hair tonic mainly comprising tea leaf extract as a main active ingredient. Korean patent KR20140123922A discloses a cosmetic composition comprising tea leaf extract for treating alopecia areata, alopecia and promoting hair growth. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the Chinese arborvitae twig can grow hair and blacken hair, and the polygonum multiflorum can tonify liver and kidney, benefit essence and blood and blacken beard and hair. Therefore, in the patent of using Chinese herbs to prevent alopecia, two herbs of Ce Bai Ye and He shou Wu are commonly used. Chinese patent CN108245653A discloses a Chinese medicinal anti-hair loss pilatory, which mainly comprises cacumen biotae as the main component. Chinese patent CN103393830A discloses an external Chinese medicinal preparation for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth, which takes cacumen Platycladi and radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata as main components.
The above-mentioned patents and documents show that tea extract, cacumen biotae extract, polygonum multiflorum extract and the like have the ability to prevent hair loss and promote hair growth. However, the above patent is mainly used for treating alopecia by western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine, and does not relate to a treatment method combining Chinese and western medicine. Therefore, the combination of the treatment methods of the traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine has important significance for more comprehensively preventing and treating the alopecia.
