Abstract
The invention discloses a cosmetic composition containing pineapple peel extract and a preparation method thereof. The cosmetic composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-10% of pineapple peel extract, 1.0-2.0% of thickening agent, 1.0-10.0% of emulsifier, 20.0-30.0% of skin-friendly agent, 0.5-1.2% of preservative, 1.0-3.0% of aromatic and the balance of deionized water. The pineapple peel extract contains plant ceramide, and has the effects of inhibiting melanin generation, moisturizing and repairing damaged skin barriers. The cosmetic composition containing the pineapple peel extract has remarkable effects on relieving skin pigmentation and improving the water retention performance of the skin.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing plant extracts, belongs to the technical field of personal care products, and particularly relates to a cosmetic composition containing pineapple peel extracts and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Pineapple, also called yellow pear and papaya, is a perennial herb fruit tree of the genus pineapple of the family bromeliaceae, the fruit of which is a polymeric fruit composed of numerous small fruits. In recent years, the development of the wireless planting industry in China is rapid, and the wireless yield in 2016 reaches 158.2 ten thousand tons.
Pineapple is not easy to store, and most of pineapple is used for food processing except for a small part of pineapple used for fresh fruit sale. The processed by-product, namely the funori peel, not only contains rich protein, fat, crude fiber and total sugar, but also contains various trace elements required by a human body, and the application of the pineapple peel in the field of food is very wide, so that the pineapple peel not only can be used for preparing pineapple fruit wine, fruit vinegar, jelly, yogurt beverage and the like, but also can be used for ethanol fermentation, extraction of funori protease, phenolic antioxidants, pectin, pigments, preparation of culture media and the like.
In the research of the pineapple peel extract, we surprisingly found that in addition to flavonoid and polyphenol active products, through a specific extraction and purification process, we can obtain another active product, namely pineapple ceramide. Pineapple ceramide belongs to one kind of plant ceramide, and related researches show that the plant ceramide has the effects of barrier repair, moisture retention, whitening and the like on human skin, so that the method has important significance for fully exerting the effect of the plant ceramide in pineapple peel after the plant ceramide is separated and added into cosmetics with a specific formula.
However, no precedent of applying the pineapple peel extract to the skin care product is found in the prior art, which is a technical problem to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field to develop a novel skin care product containing plant-derived ceramide.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has an object to provide a cosmetic composition containing an extract of pineapple peel, which has technical effects of inhibiting melanin production, moisturizing, and repairing damaged skin barrier.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition containing an extract of pineapple peel, comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
0.1-10% of pineapple peel extract, 1.0-2.0% of thickening agent, 1.0-10.0% of emulsifier, 20.0-30.0% of skin-friendly agent, 0.5-1.2% of preservative, 1.0-3.0% of aromatic and the balance of deionized water.
Further, in the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the content of the pineapple peel extract is in the range of 1% to 6%.
The cosmetic composition is prepared from the pineapple peel as a raw material through sun drying, crushing, solvent extraction, concentration and purification.
Further, the pineapple peel extract has an infrared spectrum substantially in accordance with fig. 1.
Further, the preparation process of the pineapple peel extract comprises the following steps:
1) pretreatment: sun drying the pineapple peel with pineapple pulp removed, and pulverizing;
2) extraction: placing the crushed pineapple peels into 10-20 times of 95% ethanol by weight, and extracting for 6-10 hours at 75-90 ℃;
3) concentration: concentrating the extracting solution at 70-80 ℃ under reduced pressure, and recovering ethanol until 2 times of the ethanol is remained, so as to obtain a pineapple peel extracting solution;
4) and (3) purification: adding petroleum ether with equal mass into the pineapple peel extracting solution, stirring and extracting, taking a petroleum ether layer, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration at 60-70 ℃ to recover the petroleum ether, thereby obtaining the pineapple peel extract.
Furthermore, the thickener is one or a mixture of more than two of polyacrylate and polyacrylamide copolymer, polyacrylate and polyacrylamide dimethyl taurate copolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate and acrylic dimethyl taurate copolymer, carrageenan, xanthan gum, modified starch, cellulose and sodium alginate.
In addition, the cosmetic composition of the present invention further includes one or more of polyethylene glycol stearate, high-carbon fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, ethoxylated methyl glucoside stearate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, fatty glyceride, lecithin, sorbitan monofatty ester, and fatty acid glycerol citrate.
In the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the skin-friendly agent is a mixture of two or more of macadamia nut oil, dimethicone, jojoba oil, lanolin, allantoin, white oil, diglycerin, avocado oil, glycerin, 1, 3-butylene glycol, almond oil, and pentaerythritol tetrastearate.
Furthermore, the preservative of the cosmetic composition is a mixture of more than two of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin compound, jasmone, methylisothiazolinone and polyalcohol, parabens and iodopropynyl butyl carbamate.
The cosmetic composition containing the pineapple peel extract has the following technical effects:

The present invention will be further illustrated by the following specific preferred examples in conjunction with effect test examples, but these examples are only for illustrative purposes in more detail and should not be construed as limiting the present invention in any way.
The invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing pineapple peel extract and a preparation method thereof. The cosmetic composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
0.1-10 percent (preferably 1-6 percent) of pineapple peel extract, 1.0-2.0 percent of thickening agent, 1.0-10.0 percent of emulsifier, 20.0-30.0 percent of skin-friendly agent, 0.5-1.2 percent of preservative, 1.0-3.0 percent of aromatic and the balance of deionized water. The pineapple peel extract contains plant ceramide, and has the effects of inhibiting melanin generation, moisturizing and repairing damaged skin barriers.
The test result shows that: the cosmetic composition containing the pineapple peel extract has good effects of relieving skin pigmentation and improving the water retention property of skin.
1. Preparation method of pineapple peel extract
The pineapple peel extract used in the invention is prepared from pineapple peel serving as a raw material through sun drying, crushing, solvent extraction, concentration and purification.
The specific extraction process comprises the following steps:
1) pretreatment: sun drying the pineapple peel with pineapple pulp removed, and pulverizing;
2) extraction: extracting pulverized pineapple peel in 10 times of 95% ethanol at 80 deg.C for 8 hr;
3) concentration: concentrating the extractive solution at 80 deg.C under reduced pressure, and recovering ethanol to obtain residual 2 times of ethanol to obtain pineapple peel extractive solution;
4) and (3) purification: adding petroleum ether with equal mass into the pineapple peel extracting solution, stirring and extracting, taking a petroleum ether layer, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration at 60-70 ℃ to recover the petroleum ether, thereby obtaining the pineapple peel extract.
Comparing fig. 1 and 2, the pineapple of the present inventionThe skin extract contains the characteristic functional groups of ceramide: hydroxyl, amide, carbonyl: 1745.2cm-1C-O stretching vibration shows that carbonyl exists in the compound, 1663.2, 1464.6, 1380.3 and 1057.6cm-1There is an absorption peak indicating that amide bond is present in the compound at 2949.7cm-1O-H vibrates telescopically, indicating the presence of hydroxyl groups in the compound. It can be seen that the pineapple peel extract of the present invention is the same as the ceramide standard.
2. Test method for inhibiting melanin generation by pineapple peel extract and results thereof
The above pineapple peel extract was used as a test sample, and the melanin production inhibitory effect was measured and evaluated by the following method.
1) Cell inoculation and addition of test substance
Mouse B16 melanoma cells were seeded at 100000 cells/well in 6-well plates (in three parallel groups). The next day, a test substance solution (DMSO as solvent) was added.
2) Determination of the amount of melanin
After 3 days of culture, the medium was removed by suction, the cells were washed with a buffer (phosphate buffer 50mM, pH 6.8), then 1M NaOH was added to dissolve the cells, the absorbance was measured at 475nm, and the value was used as a relative value of the amount of melanin production, and the value of the blank group (solvent only was added) was set to 100, and the ratio of the amount of melanin production in the experimental group to that in the blank group was calculated, and the lower the ratio, the more significant the effect of inhibiting melanin production was demonstrated. The results are shown in Table 1 below.

As can be seen from table 1, the pineapple peel extract of the present invention has excellent melanin inhibiting effect, and the principle is that the pineapple peel extract of the present invention contains tyrosinase activity inhibiting activity, thereby reducing melanin production and skin pigmentation.
The pineapple peel extract of the present invention can be added to cosmetic compositions such as lotions, creams, and the like, and is not particularly limited in formulation.
Example 1
An essence or skin lotion containing pineapple peel extract comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
4% of glycerol;
1% of diglycerol;
2% of 1, 3-butanediol;
0.3 percent of carrageenan;
0.3 percent of sodium alginate;
pineapple peel extract 2.0%;
1.6 percent of aromatic;
3.0% of pentanediol (preservative);
deionized water to 100%;
the preparation process comprises the following steps:
1) phase A: dispersing carrageenan, sodium alginate and pineapple peel extract in glycerol, adding part of deionized water, stirring and heating to 80 ℃;
2) phase B: putting 1, 3-butanediol and diglycerol into deionized water, stirring and heating to 85 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 20-25 min;
3) adding phase B into phase A, and stirring for 20 min;
4) cooling to about 45 deg.C, adding aromatic and pentanediol, and stirring for at least 30min to obtain essence or skin care water containing pineapple peel extract.
Example 2
An emulsion containing pineapple peel extract comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
1% of diglycerol;
0.2% of xanthan gum;
0.5 percent of sodium alginate;
5.0% of glycerin;
jojoba oil 1.0%;
EDTA-2Na 0.05%;
0.1 percent of allantoin;
0.2% of hexadecanol/octadecanol;
1.2 percent of high-carbon fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether;
1.1% of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate;
0.6 percent of monoglyceride;
3.0% of isomeric hexadecane;
caprylic capric triglyceride 2.0%;
2.5 percent of dimethyl silicone oil;
0.5% of polyacrylate and polyacrylamide dimethyl taurate copolymer;
3.2% of pineapple peel extract;
1.3% of aromatic;
1.0% of nipagin ester (preservative);
deionized water to 100%.
The preparation process comprises the following steps:
1) phase A: dissolving sodium alginate, pineapple peel extract and xanthan gum in glycerol, adding diglycerol, EDTA-2Na, allantoin and a proper amount of deionized water, stirring, heating to 80-85 ℃, dissolving completely, and continuing to stir for 20-30 min at a constant temperature;
2) phase B: stirring and heating hexadecanol/octadecanol, jojoba oil, high-carbon fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, monoglyceride, isomeric hexadecane, caprylic/capric triglyceride and simethicone to 80-85 ℃, completely dissolving, and stirring for 20-30 min under heat preservation;
3) adding the phase B into the phase A at 80-85 ℃, stirring and emulsifying for 5-10 min, homogenizing for 3-5 min at 10000-15000 rpm, reducing the homogenizing rotation speed to 3000-5000 rpm, slowly adding the polyacrylate and polyacrylamide dimethyl taurate copolymer at 10000-15000 rpm, and homogenizing for 2 min;
4) slowly cooling to below 45 deg.C, adding aromatic and nipagin ester, and stirring for 30min to obtain emulsion containing pineapple peel extract.
Example 3
A cream containing pineapple peel extract comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
0.3 percent of xanthan gum;
0.5 percent of sodium alginate;
6.0% of glycerol;
0.2 percent of allantoin;
0.6% of hexadecanol/octadecanol;
sorbitan monofatty acid ester 1.2%;
1.0% of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate;
0.7 percent of monoglyceride;
isomeric hexadecane 0.3%;
caprylic capric triglyceride 2.5%;
2.5 percent of dimethyl silicone oil;
1.2% of polyacrylate and polyacrylamide dimethyl taurate copolymer;
3.8% of pineapple peel extract;
1.8% of aromatic;
1.2 percent of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin compound (preservative);
deionized water to 100%.
The preparation process comprises the following steps:
1) phase A: dissolving sodium alginate, pineapple peel extract and xanthan gum in glycerol, adding allantoin and deionized water, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, and continuing to keep the temperature and stir for 20-30 min after complete dissolution;
2) phase B: stirring and heating hexadecanol/octadecanol, sorbitan monofatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, monoglyceride, isomeric hexadecane, caprylic/capric triglyceride and simethicone to 80-85 ℃, completely dissolving, and stirring for 20-30 min under the condition of heat preservation;
3) adding the phase B into the phase A at 80-85 ℃, stirring and emulsifying for 5-10 min, homogenizing at 10000-15000 rpm for 3-5 min, reducing the homogenizing rotation speed to 3000-5000 rpm, slowly adding a polyacrylate and polyacrylamide dimethyl taurate copolymer, and continuously homogenizing at 10000-15000 rpm for 1-2 min;
4) slowly cooling to below 45 ℃, adding an aromatic and a preservative, and continuously stirring for 30-45 min to obtain the cream containing the pineapple peel extract.
Comparative example 1
A cream without pineapple peel extract comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:

The cosmetic composition containing the pineapple peel extract as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the thickening agent is one or a mixture of more than two of polyacrylate and polyacrylamide copolymer, polyacrylate and polyacrylamide dimethyl taurate copolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate and acrylic acid dimethyl taurate copolymer, carrageenan, xanthan gum, modified starch, cellulose and sodium alginate.
5. The cosmetic composition containing the pineapple peel extract as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the emulsifier is one or more of polyethylene glycol stearate, high-carbon fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, ethoxylated methyl glucoside stearate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, fatty glyceride, lecithin, sorbitan monofatty ester, and fatty acid citric glyceride.

The cosmetic composition containing the pineapple peel extract as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the skin-friendly agent is mixture of more than two of macadamia nut oil, dimethicone, jojoba oil, lanolin, allantoin, white oil, diglycerol, avocado oil, glycerin, 1, 3-butanediol, almond oil, and pentaerythritol tetrastearate.
7. The cosmetic composition containing the pineapple peel extract as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the antiseptic is a mixture of more than two of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin compound, menthone, methylisothiazolinone and polyalcohol, parabens and iodopropynyl butyl carbamate.
8. The cosmetic composition containing the pineapple peel extract as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the cosmetic composition can be made into various dosage forms selected from astringent, smoothing toner, lotion, cream or essence.
9. Method for the preparation of a cosmetic composition containing pineapple peel extract according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
1) phase A: heating part of deionized water to 80-85 ℃, adding the pineapple peel extract, the thickening agent and the skin-friendly agent (hydrophilic), and stirring until the pineapple peel extract, the thickening agent and the skin-friendly agent are completely dissolved;
2) phase B: mixing and stirring an emulsifier, a skin-friendly agent (lipophilicity) and the rest deionized water, heating to 80-85 ℃, and stirring for 20-25 min under the condition of heat preservation;
3) adding the phase B into the phase A, stirring for 10-15 min, and homogenizing for 3-5 min;
4) cooling to about 45 ℃, adding an aromatic agent and a preservative, stirring for 20-25 min, and homogenizing for 3-5 min to obtain the cosmetic composition containing the pineapple peel extract.
