In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides, in a first aspect, a composition comprising a ganoderma lucidum extract, comprising a ganoderma lucidum extract and ganoderma lucidum spore oil as effective ingredients; wherein the mass ratio of the ganoderma lucidum extract to the ganoderma lucidum spore oil is (2.5-5): 1.
preferably, the content of the effective component is 5-20% by the total weight of the composition. More preferably, the content of the effective component is 5-10% by total weight of the composition.
Ganoderma lucidum extract
Ganoderma lucidum (Ganoderma lucidum) has been known in China as "rotten mushrooms" and has been used in oriental medicine for over 2000 years. It is prepared by fermenting Ganoderma with Ganoderma process, and mainly contains Ganoderma triterpene compounds and Ganoderma polysaccharides.
The ganoderma lucidum triterpenoid (triorponoids) has the effects of resisting cancers, promoting liver functions, resisting allergy, resisting inflammation and relieving pain, but has unstable properties, and can be oxidized and volatilized in the air for 2 hours to lose efficacy.
The ganoderan contains glucose, and most of the ganoderan also contains other monosaccharides such as arabinose, xylose, galactose, fucose, mannose and the like. The literature reports that: more than 100 kinds of ganoderan are separated from Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma sinense, Ganoderma tsugae and other Ganoderma fungus, and 4 kinds of polysaccharides with strong antitumor activity are peptidoglycan. The structure of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide contains more glycosidic bonds, which may be the reason for strong pharmacological activity.
Ganoderma spore oil
The Ganoderma spore oil is oily lipid extracted from wall-broken Ganoderma spore by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction technology, and integrates multiple active ingredients of Ganoderma spore. It is yellow transparent liquid, mainly contains saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid, contains small amount of ganoderic acid, and has effects of resisting cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury, resisting oxidation and scavenging free radicals.
Thickening agent
Preferably, the thickening agent is at least one selected from carbomers, poloxamers and modified celluloses.
Preferably, the carbomer is selected from at least one of 981, 940, 941, 934, U20, U21, TR-1 and TR-2.
The carbomer 981 is a cross-linked polyacrylate polymer and has the characteristics of long rheology, low viscosity, high transparency and good suspension stability. Carbomer U20 is a hydrophobically modified, crosslinked acrylate copolymer. In addition to the high thickening, suspending, etc. functions of traditional carbomer resins, the carbomer resin can self-wet and disperse within minutes, provide moderate to high viscosity, and have high thickening performance over a wide pH range.
Preferably, the thickening agent is carbomer 981 and carbomer U20 according to the mass ratio of (3-4): 1 is obtained by compounding.
Preferably, the thickener is present in an amount of 0.2 to 1.5% by weight based on the total weight of the composition.
Moisture-retaining agent
Preferably, the humectant is at least one selected from sodium hyaluronate, polysaccharide and caprylyl hydroximic acid.
The sodium hyaluronate was purchased from Shanghai European thawing organism and was of oligopeptide HA type.
The polysaccharide is one or more selected from trehalose, tremella polysaccharide and betaine.
Preferably, the weight average molecular weight of the polysaccharide is 85 to 300 ten thousand.
When the tremella polysaccharide is adopted as the humectant, the tremella polysaccharide with the weight average molecular weight of more than 100 ten thousand is preferably adopted, the molecular weight of the tremella polysaccharide has a typical acetyl structure, and the moderate molecular weight and the polyhydroxy and acetyl structures finally improve the moisturizing and water locking functions. However, since the higher the molecular weight, the higher the viscosity, the total weight of the humectant should be controlled to 6 parts or less to prevent the formation of a transparent gel.
The tremella polysaccharide is purchased from north Heibo Korea biotechnology limited.
Preferably, the humectant is a mixture of sodium hyaluronate, tremella polysaccharide, betaine and caprylyl hydroximic acid, wherein the mass ratio of the sodium hyaluronate to the tremella polysaccharide to the betaine to the caprylyl hydroximic acid is 2: 1: 1: 0.5.

The test probe includes a transmitter and receiver of light, the ratio of which (the ratio of the transmitted light to the received light) is proportional to the depth of the skin into which it is sucked, and then analyzed by MPA software to determine the elastic properties of the skin. Skin elasticity index R2, R2 ═ Ua/Uf.
