(3) adding 10 times of water into lotus leaf shreds, ginseng, tuckahoe and cassia seeds, decocting for 2 hours, filtering, and concentrating under reduced pressure until the relative density is 1.10-1.15 to obtain an extracting solution B;
(4) heating the extracting solution A to boil for 5 minutes, adding the extracting solution B, stirring uniformly, boiling for 5 minutes, packaging, and sterilizing to obtain the hawthorn lotus leaf health-care jelly.
Example 3:
the raw material ratio is as follows:
8 parts of lotus leaf, 10 parts of hawthorn, 5 parts of cassia seed, 7 parts of ginseng, 3 parts of dried orange peel, 5 parts of poria cocos, 0.6 part of gelidium amansii, 0.8 part of mesona chinensis benth and 0.1 part of sucralose.
The preparation process comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning folium Nelumbinis, and shredding; cleaning semen Cassiae and fructus crataegi; cleaning and moistening ginseng, and slicing the ginseng for later use; cleaning pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, and shredding; cleaning and crushing Poria cocos, and keeping; cleaning mesona chinensis benth and lithospermum japonicum, and cleaning for later use;
(2) adding 25 times of water into the selected mesona blume, agar, tangerine peel shreds and hawthorn, decocting for 1.5 hours, filtering, and keeping the temperature at 80 ℃ to obtain an extracting solution A;
(3) adding 9 times of water into lotus leaf shreds, ginseng, tuckahoe and cassia seeds, decocting for 1.5 hours, filtering, and concentrating under reduced pressure until the relative density is 1.10-1.15 to obtain an extracting solution B;
(4) heating the extracting solution A to boil for 8 minutes, adding sucralose, stirring uniformly, adding the extracting solution B, stirring uniformly, boiling for 8 minutes, packaging, and sterilizing to prepare the hawthorn lotus leaf health-care jelly.
Comparative example 1:
the raw material ratio was the same as in example 1.
The preparation process comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning folium Nelumbinis, and shredding; cleaning semen Cassiae and fructus crataegi; cleaning and moistening ginseng, and slicing the ginseng for later use; cleaning pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, and shredding; cleaning and crushing Poria cocos, and keeping; cleaning mesona chinensis benth and lithospermum japonicum, and cleaning for later use;
(2) adding 20 times of water into the selected mesona chinensis benth and agar, decocting for 1 hour, filtering, and keeping the temperature at 80 ℃ to obtain an extracting solution A;
(3) adding 8 times of water into lotus leaf shreds, ginseng, poria cocos, cassia seeds, dried tangerine peel shreds and hawthorn, decocting for 1 hour, filtering, and concentrating under reduced pressure until the relative density is 1.10-1.13 to obtain an extracting solution B;
(4) heating and boiling the extracting solution A for 10 minutes, adding sucralose, stirring uniformly, adding the extracting solution B, stirring uniformly, boiling for 10 minutes, packaging, and sterilizing to prepare the hawthorn lotus leaf health-care jelly.
The jellies of examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 were taken, respectively, tasted for flavor and mouthfeel, and tested for agar polysaccharide content, with the results shown in table 2:

The results in table 2 show that the dried orange peel and the hawthorn are mixed and extracted with the mesona blume and the agar-agar to be conductive to reducing the fishy smell of the jelly matrix and dissolving out the polysaccharide component in the agar-agar, so that the prepared jelly is rich in elasticity and good in water precipitation stability.

Claims (4)

1. The hawthorn lotus leaf health-care jelly is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of lotus leaves, 5-12 parts of hawthorn, 5-15 parts of cassia seeds, 5-10 parts of ginseng, 2-7 parts of dried orange peel, 3-10 parts of poria cocos, 0.3-1 part of agar-agar, 0.3-1 part of mesona blume and 0.01-0.15 part of sweetening agent.
2. The hawthorn lotus leaf health-care jelly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the agar-agar and the mesona chinensis benth is 0.5-1: 1.
3. the hawthorn lotus leaf health-care jelly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sweetener is one or a mixture of more of mogroside, sucralose and stevioside.
4. The preparation method of the hawthorn lotus leaf health jelly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) cleaning folium Nelumbinis, and shredding; cleaning semen Cassiae and fructus crataegi; cleaning and moistening ginseng, and slicing the ginseng for later use; cleaning pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, and shredding; cleaning and crushing Poria cocos, and keeping; cleaning mesona chinensis benth and lithospermum japonicum, and cleaning for later use;
(2) adding 20-30 times of water into the selected mesona blume, agar, tangerine peel shreds and hawthorn, decocting for 1-1.5 hours, filtering, and keeping the temperature at 80 ℃ to obtain an extracting solution A;
(3) adding 8-10 times of water into lotus leaf shreds, ginseng, poria cocos and cassia seeds, decocting for 1-2 hours, filtering, and concentrating under reduced pressure until the relative density is 1.10-1.15 to obtain an extracting solution B;
(4) heating and boiling the extracting solution A for 5-10 minutes, adding a sweetening agent, stirring uniformly, adding the extracting solution B, stirring uniformly, boiling for 5-10 minutes, packaging, and sterilizing to obtain the hawthorn lotus leaf health-care jelly.
