Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural pesticides, and particularly relates to a high-efficiency fumigation composition for killing underground pests in a greenhouse.
Background
The greenhouse is also called a greenhouse, can transmit light, preserve heat or heat, and is a facility for cultivating plants or crops. In seasons unsuitable for plant growth, the method can provide the growth period of the greenhouse and increase the yield, and is mainly used for cultivating or raising seedlings of plants like warm vegetables, flowers and trees in low-temperature seasons.
Due to the sealing property of the planting environment of the greenhouse and the suitability of temperature, plant diseases and insect pests on crops in the greenhouse are particularly serious, underground pests are the same, a large number of pest eggs of the pests are usually remained underground and do not kill the pests, when the temperature and the humidity are suitable, the crops in the greenhouse are damaged by the pests, economic loss is caused, and therefore the prevention and control work of the underground pests is required to be well done if the vegetables are required to grow.
The soil disinsection technology is a technology which can efficiently and quickly kill pathogenic bacteria, fungi, weeds, nematodes and soil insects in soil and can inhibit the growth of the soil insects. With the further expansion of the cultivation area of the greenhouse and the continuous cultivation of crops with high added value, the problem of soil-borne diseases is more and more prominent, which often causes the reduction of production and the reduction of product quality. Therefore, soil disinsection technology is one of the important measures for effectively controlling soil-borne diseases.
The prior soil insect killing technology mainly comprises radiation insect killing, fumigation insect killing, pesticide spraying insect killing and insolation insect killing, pests are generally hidden in plant bodies or gaps of buildings, an insecticide is generally difficult to poison the pests, the pests can be killed by utilizing fumigation, the fumigation insect killing saves time and labor, a large amount of soil can be treated at one time, the speed is much faster than that of spraying, powder spraying, medicament spraying and the like, after fumigation, ventilation and gas dissipation, gas of the fumigant is easy to escape, the problem of residual toxicity of a common insecticide and bactericide is not serious, so that the fumigation insect killing can kill the pests in the soil to the maximum extent and protect crops from being damaged in a closed greenhouse.
Chinese patent CN 106614588A discloses a novel multifunctional soil fumigant and a preparation method thereof, wherein cyclodextrin is dissolved in water, the mixture is ground and mixed uniformly to prepare a cyclodextrin solution, 1,3-D and DMDS are added into the cyclodextrin solution and mixed uniformly, the mixture is ground into paste, the paste is dried at low temperature, washed by a solvent and dried again to obtain a cyclodextrin inclusion compound, lignin is dissolved in water, and then the cyclodextrin inclusion compound is added into the water to be heated and stirred at constant temperature, so that the preparation is completed. The novel multifunctional soil fumigant contains two soil fumigants, namely 1,3-D and DMDS, which are mixed in an optimal proportion, so that soil pests can be effectively killed; the fumigant is added with lignin component, so that the effect of the fertilizer is improved; the fumigant also has a slow release effect, improves the use efficiency and safety, reduces the environmental pollution, provides an advanced technology for the development of the fumigation industry in China, promotes the process of eliminating methyl bromide in China, and has a wide market and a huge development prospect.

The preparation method of the mixed traditional Chinese medicine components comprises the following steps:
cleaning cortex Meliae, rhizoma Acori Graminei, radix Tripterygii Wilfordii, radix et rhizoma Rhei, folium Artemisiae Argyi, rhizoma Atractylodis, and fructus Chebulae, air drying in dark place, mixing, pulverizing in a pulverizer, sieving with 50-100 mesh sieve, drying in a drying oven for the first time until the water content is less than or equal to 15%, taking out, and microwave puffing at a power of 600W for 80s, and drying the microwave puffed medicinal powder for the second time until the water content is less than or equal to 6%.
Soil pest killing experiment:
the formulation of example 1 was used
Phoxim (Shandong big pesticide industry Co., Ltd.)
Rich D-trans-allylpyrethrin (Shandong Hanxing chemical industry Co., Ltd.)
Fosthiazate (Shandong province combined pesticide industry Co., Ltd.)
Avermectin (Henan Diwei Biotech Co., Ltd.)
Mixing Chinese medicinal components (self-made)
Furocoumarin (cabosns chemical technology, su) and polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether (beijing waweritikco chemical industry, ltd) in a weight ratio of 3: 20 composition of surfactant
Sodium carboxymethylcellulose (corridor, Venus, aventurine, chemical industry, Co., Ltd.), chitin (Anhui Youtai, bioengineering, Co., Ltd.) in a weight ratio of 5: 2 excipients composed of a mixture of
Starch (Baixin commercial and trade company, Inc.), calcium carbonate (Yichang Heng chemical industry, Inc.), microcrystalline cellulose (Shanghai Chi is a practical company, Inc.) in a weight ratio of 11: 8: 1 a filler;
the soil samples to be tested were:
greenhouse vegetables planted in Nanling county have soil samples with pathogenic bacteria and nematodes for more than five years. The soil humidity is 20.65%, the soil volume weight is 0.82, the texture is 73.54% of sand grains, 12.43% of powder grains and 14.03% of clay grains. The fumigating time is 3 days, and the soil temperature during fumigating is 20-25 ℃.
The test results are shown in table 1 below:
table 1:
note: (the experimental data are analyzed by the significance of difference, and P is less than 0.01).
Mortality (%) - (number of insects/total number of insects before experiment) × 100
Corrected mortality (%) - (treatment-control mortality)/(1-control mortality) × 100
From the above table 1, the high-efficiency fumigation composition has extremely high killing effect on underground pests, and is suitable for killing insects on greenhouse soil.
