Abstract

Description

本发明总的涉及一种将手控液体分送器连接于容器上的瓶盖,在将这种瓶盖旋于容器颈口上以后,瓶盖与颈口上的棘齿可相互啮合而将瓶盖可靠地锁定于颈口上。更具体地说,经过特别设计的瓶盖内的棘齿可以在有人试图旋松瓶盖时该棘齿可以将瓶盖向下牢牢地扣紧在容器上。
很多泵驱动型的手控分送或分配器,例如往往通过螺纹拧在塑料容器上以分送或分配种种液体产品。很多产品例如去漆剂、烘炉清洁剂、杀虫剂等如果使用不当将是会受到伤害的。
目前已设计出了种种将分送器连接于容器上的不可拆卸的瓶盖,它们都利用棘轮系统将瓶盖锁紧于容器颈口的方法以在旋松瓶盖时防止分送器的脱开。
美国专利No.4,345,691公布了一种防止儿童拨弄的瓶盖,其中,在瓶盖内设有棘齿以与容器颈口外侧上的棘齿相啮合,以便在孩子万一旋松瓶盖时防止瓶盖和泵从容器上脱下。瓶盖棘齿和颈口棘齿具有径向延伸并位于包含瓶盖中心轴线的诸平面内的可相互啮合的后沿面。并且,瓶盖内的棘齿是相互分隔开的。
但是,当在瓶盖旋松方向施加一足够的力矩时,已有技术的这种棘轮系统和其他棘轮会由于在相互啮合的棘齿面间产生的塑性变形而失去作用,从而降低了这种棘轮系统的防松性能。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种用来将手控液体分送器连接于容器上,使具有与颈口外侧上的棘齿相啮合的棘齿的同时有螺纹的瓶盖,可以避免上述已有技术缺点的不可拆卸的瓶盖组件。
根据本发明,瓶盖内的棘齿具有特别构形以在与容器颈口外侧上的棘齿相啮合时可以增加防松或保持能力。瓶盖的每一棘齿具有一在上端径向延伸并位于一自上端在瓶盖旋松方向且相对于瓶盖中心轴线以1°或大于1°的角度倾斜的平面内以在万一瓶盖被在旋松方向旋转时能在瓶盖齿和颈口齿之间形成一凸轮作用,将瓶盖向下锁定于容器上。最终结果是增加了该棘轮系统的防松或保持能力。
从下面结合附图对本发明所作的具体描述,本发明的其他目的、优点及新颖特征将变得更为明了。

现请参看附图,各图中凡是相同的标号都表示相同和相应的部件,图1和图2的容器10以及图3和图4的瓶盖11一般是由塑料模制成形的,这种塑料可以是高密度聚乙烯,聚丙烯等聚烯烃类材料。
该容器具有一上面有外缘纹13的圆柱形瓶颈口12,外螺纹13通过瓶盖以如图5的箭头20所示的预定方向旋转而与瓶盖内的螺纹14相啮合。一系列棘轮齿15、16设置在瓶颈口上的螺纹13下方的脊17上。这两组棘轮齿可以相距180°并且各自可以包括4个棘轮齿,每组棘轮齿不一定是如图所示的4个,它们也可以比图示多些或少些,这并不背离本发明。
每一组15、16的棘轮齿的后沿面18径向延伸并完全位于一包含容器和颈口的中心轴线19的平面内,如美国专利号4,345,691中所示。
在瓶盖螺纹14的下面设有一组棘轮齿21,每一棘轮齿21具有一在每一齿上端23径向向内延伸的后沿面或后齿面22。根据本发明,每一后沿面或后齿面22以相对于瓶盖的中心轴线25等于或大于1°的角α自它的上端23向下端24倾斜。每一后沿面22自上端23的方向向它的下端24的倾斜是朝着拧开或松开瓶颈口上的瓶盖的方向的,如图5中箭头26所示。
从图3和图4可见,瓶盖内的棘轮齿21是均匀分布并相邻接的,并且每一齿具有一终止于相邻齿的斜侧面27。后沿面22和相邻齿21的斜侧面27间的夹角在每一齿21的上端23和下端24之间是恒定的。
当万一如图5和图6的箭头26方向松开瓶盖时,与容器的每个棘轮齿的轴线面或直面18相啮合的每个瓶盖齿的角形棘轮面22产生一由施加拧开力矩τ而产生的与矢量力F方向相反的矢量分力Fr1(图6)。该合成力Fr1趋使瓶盖向下压在容器上以抵消在因啮合的棘轮齿受到拧开力矩时通常会发生的塑性变形。
再参看图6,图中δ表示容器棘轮齿面18和瓶盖棘轮齿面22之间的间隙。h是齿面18的高度。如果δ>0,则αmax取决于δ和h:tangent αmax= (δ)/(h) 。
如果瓶盖齿的角度大于αmax,那么瓶盖齿就不会与容器棘齿啮合。
αmax由容器瓶盖棘轮参数(尺寸)确定,因此角α应在1°≥α<αmax的范围内。
参看图7和图8,此塑性变形产生在瓶盖的旋松方向26彼此啮合的直后沿面TF和TF1上;塑性变形通过产生一叠加在旋开力F上的矢量分力Fd而增加了拧开的趋势。
而本发明的瓶盖棘齿的角度在瓶盖受到拧开力矩时,会立即产生一与拧开方向相反的矢量分力Fr1以抵消这种变形力。通过产生一与图7的平行棘齿面TF、TF1产生的变形力相反的变形力,塑料部件(瓶盖和容器)的特有弱点,即塑性变形被抵消。最终结果是增加了本发明的棘轮系统的防松或保持能力,图5和图6清楚地示出了这一情况。
所述瓶盖为圆柱形并具有一顶壁28和一圆侧壁29,该顶壁具有一开口31用来以各种常规方式接受和容纳一手控泵分送器(未图示)。侧壁29上具有很多肋条或隆脊32,使使用者能更好地握住瓶盖将它旋紧于容器上。
由上述可见,通过对瓶盖棘齿后沿面所进行的简单但高效的独特设计,在有人试图拧开或松开瓶盖时,就可以以凸轮的方式将瓶盖向下锁在容器瓶颈口上,由此增强本发明瓶盖-容器系统的不可折卸的性能。
显而易见,根据上述的揭示,熟悉本技术的人完全可以对本发明作出某些改变和变化。因此应予理解的是在所附权利要求书的范围内本发明还可以以不同于上述具体描述的方式加以实施。

Claims (4)

1、一种用来将手控液体分送器连接于容器上的不可拆卸的瓶盖组件,该组件包括一在顶壁具有一接受分送器的开口的瓶盖,所述容器具有一圆柱形颈口,瓶盖和容器颈口具有当瓶盖以预定方向转动时用来相互啮合的螺纹,一在将瓶盖拧在容器上后用来将瓶盖锁定于容器上的装置,该装置包括一系列在瓶盖内和容器颈口外侧上可以相互啮合的棘齿,颈口上的每一棘齿具有一全部位于一包含颈口中心轴线的平面内的径向延伸的后沿面,瓶盖内的每一棘齿具有一在上端径向延伸的后沿面并位于一自所述上端向下端朝着所述预定方向相对于瓶盖的中心轴线以至少1°倾斜的平面内,万一在瓶盖受到与所述预定方向相反的拧开力时,在瓶盖齿和颈口齿之间就产生一凸轮作用使瓶盖向下锁在容器上。
2、如权利要求1所述的瓶盖组件,其特征在于:所述瓶盖内的棘齿是均匀分布并相邻接的,且每一齿具有一终止于瓶盖内的相邻齿的斜侧面。
3、如权利要求1所述的瓶盖组件,其特征在于:所述瓶盖内的齿位于瓶盖的螺纹下面。
4、如权利要求1所述的瓶盖组件,其特征在于:所述瓶颈口上的齿位于容器上的螺纹下面。
