Abstract
本发明公开了一种智能型安全激光防护门,包括门框,门框内腔顶部安装有卷筒,卷筒上安装有卷帘门,门框顶部外侧安装有电机,电机与卷筒内卷轴传动连接,门框内侧安装有滑轨,滑轨与卷帘门两侧滑块滑动连接,门框上安装有激光发射器、距离传感器和报警器,门框外顶部安装有控制器,控制器内设有主控芯片、激光发射模块、传感信号采集模块、报警模块,卷帘门内侧安装有防火层,本发明结构设计新颖,安全性能高,便于推广使用。

本发明涉及防护门技术领域,具体为一种智能型安全激光防护门。
背景技术
防护门是一种能抵抗各种冲击波或重物冲撞的门;防护门一般采用钢质材料制作。目前的激光防护门具有一定的安全性,但是安全性能差,因此,有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能型安全激光防护门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种智能型安全激光防护门,包括门框,所述门框内腔顶部安装有卷筒,所述卷筒上安装有卷帘门,所述门框顶部外侧安装有电机,所述电机与卷筒内卷轴传动连接,所述门框内侧安装有滑轨,所述滑轨与卷帘门两侧滑块滑动连接,所述门框上安装有激光发射器、距离传感器和报警器,所述门框外顶部安装有控制器,所述控制器内设有主控芯片、激光发射模块、传感信号采集模块、报警模块,所述卷帘门内侧安装有防火层,所述距离传感器通过传感信号采集模块连接主控芯片,所述主控芯片通过激光发射模块连接激光发射器,所述主控芯片还连接报警模块和电机。
优选的,所述传感信号采集模块包括运算放大器A、运算放大器B、运算放大器C,所述运算放大器A正极输入端连接电阻A一端,电阻A另一端接信号接口端,运算放大器A负极输入端接地,输入端与输出端之间连接电阻B,所述运算放大器B负极输入端通过电容A接地,输出端连接运算放大器C正极输入端和电阻C一端,所述运算放大器C输出端通过电阻D连接信号输出端,所述运算放大器C负极输入端通过电容B接地。
优选的,所述卷帘门内侧安装有防火层,所述防火层由防火材料制成,所述防火材料组份按重量份数包括聚氯乙烯10-20份、二氧化硅5-10份、黑泥粉3-9份、石棉纤维素10-14份、聚酯纤维5-12份、硅微粉2-4份、灰钙粉3-6份、硅烷偶联剂5-12份、AES活性剂3-9份、白炭黑5-10份、甲基丙烯酸镁4-10份、纳米氧化铝粉末3-9份。
优选的,所述门框采用钢材制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计新颖,安全性能高,便于推广使用;其中,采用的传感信号采集模块能够实现对电信号的精准放大,抗干扰能力强,进一步提高了采集效率;另外,本发明中卷帘门内侧安装有防火层,所述防火层由防火材料制成,该防火材料具有优越的防火、保温、耐磨性能。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种智能型安全激光防护门,包括门框1,门框采用钢材制成;所述门框1内腔顶部安装有卷筒2,所述卷筒2上安装有卷帘门3,所述门框1顶部外侧安装有电机4,所述电机4与卷筒2内卷轴传动连接,所述门框1内侧安装有滑轨5,所述滑轨5与卷帘门3两侧滑块滑动连接,所述门框1上安装有激光发射器6、距离传感器7和报警器8,所述门框1外顶部安装有控制器9,所述控制器9内设有主控芯片10、激光发射模块11、传感信号采集模块12、报警模块13,所述卷帘门3内侧安装有防火层14,所述距离传感器7通过传感信号采集模块12连接主控芯片10,所述主控芯片10通过激光发射模块11连接激光发射器6,所述主控芯片10还连接报警模块8和电机4。
本发明中,传感信号采集模块包括运算放大器A1c、运算放大器B2c、运算放大器C3c,所述运算放大器A1c正极输入端连接电阻A1a一端,电阻A1a另一端接信号接口端,运算放大器A1c负极输入端接地,输入端与输出端之间连接电阻B2a,所述运算放大器B2c负极输入端通过电容A1b接地,输出端连接运算放大器C3c正极输入端和电阻C3a一端,所述运算放大器C3c输出端通过电阻D4a连接信号输出端,所述运算放大器C3c负极输入端通过电容B2b接地。
实施例一:
本发明中,卷帘门内侧安装有防火层14,所述防火层由防火材料制成,所述防火材料组份按重量份数包括聚氯乙烯10份、二氧化硅5份、黑泥粉3份、石棉纤维素10份、聚酯纤维5份、硅微粉2份、灰钙粉3份、硅烷偶联剂5份、AES活性剂3份、白炭黑5份、甲基丙烯酸镁4份、纳米氧化铝粉末3份。
实施例二:
防火材料组份按重量份数包括聚氯乙烯20份、二氧化硅10份、黑泥粉9份、石棉纤维素14份、聚酯纤维12份、硅微粉4份、灰钙粉6份、硅烷偶联剂12份、AES活性剂9份、白炭黑10份、甲基丙烯酸镁10份、纳米氧化铝粉末9份。
实施例三:
防火材料组份按重量份数包括聚氯乙烯15份、二氧化硅8份、黑泥粉6份、石棉纤维素12份、聚酯纤维8份、硅微粉3份、灰钙粉5份、硅烷偶联剂8份、AES活性剂6份、白炭8份、甲基丙烯酸镁7份、纳米氧化铝粉末6份。
综上所述,本发明结构设计新颖,安全性能高,便于推广使用;其中,采用的传感信号采集模块能够实现对电信号的精准放大,抗干扰能力强,进一步提高了采集效率;另外,本发明中卷帘门内侧安装有防火层,所述防火层由防火材料制成,该防火材料具有优越的防火、保温、耐磨性能。

1.一种智能型安全激光防护门,包括门框(1),其特征在于:所述门框(1)内腔顶部安装有卷筒(2),所述卷筒(2)上安装有卷帘门(3),所述门框(1)顶部外侧安装有电机(4),所述电机(4)与卷筒(2)内卷轴传动连接,所述门框(1)内侧安装有滑轨(5),所述滑轨(5)与卷帘门(3)两侧滑块滑动连接,所述门框(1)上安装有激光发射器(6)、距离传感器(7)和报警器(8),所述门框(1)外顶部安装有控制器(9),所述控制器(9)内设有主控芯片(10)、激光发射模块(11)、传感信号采集模块(12)、报警模块(13),所述卷帘门(3)内侧安装有防火层(14),所述距离传感器(7)通过传感信号采集模块(12)连接主控芯片(10),所述主控芯片(10)通过激光发射模块(11)连接激光发射器(6),所述主控芯片(10)还连接报警模块(8)和电机(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能型安全激光防护门,其特征在于:所述传感信号采集模块包括运算放大器A(1c)、运算放大器B(2c)、运算放大器C(3c),所述运算放大器A(1c)正极输入端连接电阻A(1a)一端,电阻A(1a)另一端接信号接口端,运算放大器A(1c)负极输入端接地,输入端与输出端之间连接电阻B(2a),所述运算放大器B(2c)负极输入端通过电容A(1b)接地,输出端连接运算放大器C(3c)正极输入端和电阻C(3a)一端,所述运算放大器C(3c)输出端通过电阻D(4a)连接信号输出端,所述运算放大器C(3c)负极输入端通过电容B(2b)接地。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能型安全激光防护门,其特征在于:所述卷帘门内侧安装有防火层(14),所述防火层由防火材料制成,所述防火材料组份按重量份数包括聚氯乙烯10-20份、二氧化硅5-10份、黑泥粉3-9份、石棉纤维素10-14份、聚酯纤维5-12份、硅微粉2-4份、灰钙粉3-6份、硅烷偶联剂5-12份、AES活性剂3-9份、白炭黑5-10份、甲基丙烯酸镁4-10份、纳米氧化铝粉末3-9份。
