1. The production process of the natural antibacterial skin-friendly environment-friendly knitted fabric comprises the following steps: weaving → pretreatment → dyeing → dehydration → cutting width → drying → printing waterproof → baking → shaping → finished product, which is characterized in that:
(1) in the weaving process: the fabric is formed by weaving blended yarns with the fineness of 32-50S on a single-side circular knitting machine according to a weft plain stitch weaving mode, the blended yarns are formed by blending herbal cotton fibers and milk fibers, and the mass percentage of the herbal cotton fibers in the fabric is 60-70%;
(2) printing and water proofing: selecting an RF-6811 three-proofing finishing agent and a LY-8101 thickening agent produced by Henscman chemical Limited, wherein the three-proofing is waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling, and the process flow is as follows: firstly, preparing an RF-6811 three-proofing finishing agent accounting for 8-11% of the weight of cloth and a LY-8101 thickening agent accounting for 0.8-1.2% of the weight of the cloth, and mixing and stirring the two materials into paste; secondly, printing the front surface of the fabric by using the obtained paste with the waterproof function on an robust and sturdy-dragon circular screen printing machine at the speed of 38-42 m/min; thirdly, drying the fabric on an robust and sturdy-dragon circular screen printing machine after printing is finished, wherein the drying temperature is 110-130 ℃, and the drying speed is 20-30 m/min;

(4) in the shaping: the method comprises the steps of selecting HSP moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agents produced by Hensman chemical Limited, setting the temperature at 115-120 ℃, the speed at 20-26 m/min, feeding 120-125% of the HSP moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agents at the upper overfeeding, 95-100% of the HSP moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agents at the lower overfeeding and 95-105 KPa of a fan, and uniformly adding 2-5% of the HSP moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agents with the weight of cloth during setting, so.
