Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料模具的废料收集回收处理装置,处理筒内部顶端安装有处理组件,处理筒顶端放置有筛板,定位环通过螺钉与支撑环相连,筛筒顶端均匀焊接有支撑杆,筛筒底端安装有电机,电机输出轴顶端焊接有刮杆,处理筒底端设置有收集组件,取出口内部放置有,安装环底端两侧均安装有电推杆,挤压环底端开设有防堵孔,本发明再废料送入处理筒内部后,因电机顶端的刮杆不对准,电机转动时会带动筛板振动,筛选废料,其余的大部分废料通过筛板和锥形罩底端之间的狭缝落入至筛筒内被粉碎,完成废料的粉碎处理过程,被处理的废料落于收集筒内,电推杆推动挤压环下移,压缩粉碎后的废料,使得收集筒可存放更多的废料。

本发明涉及塑料模具的废料回收技术领域,具体为一种塑料模具的废料收集回收处理装置。
背景技术
塑料模具是塑料加工工业中和塑料成型机配套,赋予塑料制品以完整构型和精确尺寸的工具,塑料模具在生产时往往会产生废料,为了资源,循环利用,需要将塑料模具的废料进行回收和处理,方便再次利用。
在申请号为201811466028.9的专利中提到了“一种塑料模具的废料收集装置”,该专利有效的降低了工人的劳动强度,同时减小了废料的占地面积,且增加了废料的利用率,但该专利将所有的废料无论颗粒大小同时粉碎,粉碎时间长,且大块颗粒容易损坏粉碎部件,影响废料的回收处理效率。
发明内容
本发明提供一种塑料模具的废料收集回收处理装置,可以有效解决上述背景技术中提出的粉碎时间长,且大块颗粒容易损坏粉碎部件,影响废料的回收处理效率的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种塑料模具的废料收集回收处理装置,包括底板,所述底板顶面安装有处理筒,所述处理筒内部顶端安装有处理组件,所述处理组件包括支撑环、筛板、定位环、筛筒、支撑杆、锥形罩、电机、粉碎轮、连接杆和连接杆;
所述支撑环固定安装于处理筒内部,所述处理筒顶端放置有筛板,所述筛板顶端边缘处安装有定位环,所述定位环通过螺钉与支撑环相连,所述筛板顶面中部贯穿焊接有筛筒,所述筛筒顶端均匀焊接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆顶端焊接有锥形罩,所述筛筒底端安装有电机,所述电机输出轴端贯穿筛筒并固定套接有粉碎轮,所述电机输出轴顶端焊接有刮杆,所述连接杆顶端焊接有刮杆,所述电机输入端与外部电源输出端电性相连。
优选的,所述底板底端均匀通过螺纹安装有万向轮,且万向轮数量为四个。
优选的,所述处理筒顶端铰接有端盖,所述端盖顶面中部开设有进料口。
优选的,所述筛板外侧边缘处粘接有橡胶垫片,且橡胶垫片外侧与处理筒内壁相接触。
优选的,所述处理筒底端设置有收集组件,所述收集组件包括取出口、收集筒、安装环、电推杆、挤压环和防堵孔;
所述取出口开设于处理筒底端,所述取出口内部放置有,所述处理筒内部位于收集筒顶端位置处焊接有安装环,所述安装环底端两侧均安装有电推杆,所述电推杆底端连接有挤压环,所述挤压环底端开设有防堵孔,所述电推杆输入端与外部电源输出端电性相连。
优选的,所述收集筒正面中部安装有取出把手,所述底板顶面对应收集筒底端处均匀活动镶嵌有滚珠。
优选的,所述挤压环顶面开设有下滑槽,所述防堵孔开设于下滑槽底端中部。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、设置有处理组件,废料送入处理筒内部后,因电机顶端的刮杆不对准,电机转动时会带动筛板振动,筛选废料,其余的大部分废料通过筛板和锥形罩底端之间的狭缝落入至筛筒内被粉碎,完成废料的粉碎处理过程。
2、设置有收集组件,被处理的废料落于收集筒内,随后启动电推杆,推动挤压环下移,压缩粉碎后的废料,未被压缩的废料会通过防堵孔持续落于收集筒内,反复挤压,使得收集筒可存放更多的废料。
3、收集筒正面中部安装有取出把手,拉动把手,底板收集筒再滚珠顶端滚动,便于取出收集筒,取出方便快速。

实施例:如图1-4所示,本发明提供一种技术方案,一种塑料模具的废料收集回收处理装置,包括底板1,底板1顶面安装有处理筒2,处理筒2顶端铰接有端盖4,端盖4顶面中部开设有进料口5,便于将废料倒入处理筒2内,同时防止废料溅出,底板1底端均匀通过螺纹安装有万向轮,且万向轮数量为四个,便于移动装置,处理筒2内部顶端安装有处理组件3,处理组件3包括支撑环301、筛板302、定位环303、筛筒304、支撑杆305、锥形罩306、电机307、粉碎轮308、连接杆309和连接杆310;
支撑环301固定安装于处理筒2内部,处理筒2顶端放置有筛板302,筛板302外侧边缘处粘接有橡胶垫片,且橡胶垫片外侧与处理筒2内壁相接触,吸收振动,减轻筛板302传递至处理筒2的振动,筛板302顶端边缘处安装有定位环303,定位环303通过螺钉与支撑环301相连,筛板302顶面中部贯穿焊接有筛筒304,筛筒304顶端均匀焊接有支撑杆305,支撑杆305顶端焊接有锥形罩306,筛筒304底端安装有电机307,电机307输出轴端贯穿筛筒304并固定套接有粉碎轮308,电机307输出轴顶端焊接有刮杆309,连接杆309顶端焊接有刮杆310,电机307输入端与外部电源输出端电性相连。
处理筒2底端设置有收集组件6,收集组件6包括取出口601、收集筒602、安装环603、电推杆604、挤压环605和防堵孔606;
取出口601开设于处理筒2底端,取出口601内部放置有,处理筒2内部位于收集筒602顶端位置处焊接有安装环603,收集筒602正面中部安装有取出把手,底板1顶面对应收集筒602底端处均匀活动镶嵌有滚珠7,便于取出收集筒602,安装环603底端两侧均安装有电推杆604,电推杆604底端连接有挤压环605,挤压环605底端开设有防堵孔606,挤压环605顶面开设有下滑槽,防堵孔606开设于下滑槽底端中部,便于废料沿着挤压环605顶端至防堵孔606滑落,电推杆604输入端与外部电源输出端电性相连。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:将废料从进料口5放于处理筒2内部,废料沿着锥形罩306顶面均匀散落于筛板302顶面,启动电机307,电机307型号为60KTYZ,电机307带动粉碎轮308、连接杆309和刮杆310转动,因刮杆310仅有一个,在电机307顶端并不对称,在电机307转动时会带动筛筒304和筛板302振动,因筛板302顶面越来越多,细小的废料直接透过筛板302落下,可通过大部分废料通过筛板302和锥形罩306底端之间的狭缝落入至筛筒304内被粉碎轮308粉碎,从筛筒304空隙落下,转动的刮杆310除去筛筒304内壁附着的废料,防止被阻塞,大块的废料则被锥形罩306所阻挡,便于后续拿取,完成废料的筛选和粉碎的处理过程;
被处理的废料通过防堵孔606落于收集筒602内,随后启动电推杆604,电推杆604型号为DDA40,推动挤压环605下移,压缩粉碎后的废料,未被压缩的废料会通过防堵孔606持续落于收集筒602内,反复挤压蓬松的废料,使得收集筒602可存放更多的废料,待收集满后,从取出口601内取出,方便进行后续的处理。

所述支撑环(301)固定安装于处理筒(2)内部,所述处理筒(2)顶端放置有筛板(302),所述筛板(302)顶端边缘处安装有定位环(303),所述定位环(303)通过螺钉与支撑环(301)相连,所述筛板(302)顶面中部贯穿焊接有筛筒(304),所述筛筒(304)顶端均匀焊接有支撑杆(305),所述支撑杆(305)顶端焊接有锥形罩(306),所述筛筒(304)底端安装有电机(307),所述电机(307)输出轴端贯穿筛筒(304)并固定套接有粉碎轮(308),所述电机(307)输出轴顶端焊接有刮杆(309),所述连接杆(309)顶端焊接有刮杆(310),所述电机(307)输入端与外部电源输出端电性相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料模具的废料收集回收处理装置,其特征在于:所述底板(1)底端均匀通过螺纹安装有万向轮,且万向轮数量为四个。

所述取出口(601)开设于处理筒(2)底端,所述取出口(601)内部放置有,所述处理筒(2)内部位于收集筒(602)顶端位置处焊接有安装环(603),所述安装环(603)底端两侧均安装有电推杆(604),所述电推杆(604)底端连接有挤压环(605),所述挤压环(605)底端开设有防堵孔(606),所述电推杆(604)输入端与外部电源输出端电性相连。
