S1: weighing a ground sample of the hypericum japonicum, decocting the ground sample with 7-8 times of water for 3 hours, filtering, concentrating under reduced pressure until the relative density is 1.15-1.2 at room temperature, and extracting with ethyl acetate to obtain a hypericum japonicum extract;
s2: adding 92.69% of deionized water, 5% of alkyl polyglycoside, 0.05% of disodium edetate, 0.03% of 1, 2-octanediol and 0.1% of aloe extract into a vertical mixing tank, stirring until the materials are completely dissolved, then fully mixing benzalkonium chlorides with alkyl side chains of C12, C14 and C18 respectively to prepare a benzalkonium chloride mixture, wherein the weight ratio of the C12 to the C14 to the C18 benzalkonium chlorides is 1:2:5, then adding 0.06% of the benzalkonium chloride mixture and 2% of the hypericum japonicum extract into the vertical mixing tank, stirring until the materials are completely dissolved, then adding 0.07% of citric acid while stirring, and adjusting the pH to be 5-5.5 to prepare a clean antibacterial liquid;
s3: and (3) taking the cut and sterilized non-woven fabric, soaking the non-woven fabric with the clean antibacterial liquid obtained in the step (a), and sealing and aseptic packaging to obtain the degradable disinfectant wet tissue.
Control group 1
S1: weighing a ground sample of the hypericum japonicum, decocting the ground sample with 7-8 times of water for 3 hours, filtering, concentrating under reduced pressure until the relative density is 1.15-1.2 at room temperature, and extracting with ethyl acetate to obtain a hypericum japonicum extract;
s2: adding 91.72% of deionized water, 5% of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, 0.05% of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, 0.03% of 1, 2-pentanediol and 0.1% of aloe extract into a vertical mixing tank, stirring until the materials are completely dissolved, then adding 3% of the filipendula sikkimensis extract into the vertical mixing tank, stirring until the materials are completely dissolved, then adding 0.10% of citric acid while stirring, and adjusting the pH value to be 5-5.5 to obtain a clean antibacterial solution;
s3: and (3) taking the cut and sterilized non-woven fabric, soaking the non-woven fabric with the clean antibacterial liquid obtained in the step (a), and sealing and aseptic packaging to obtain the degradable disinfectant wet tissue.
To verify the antibacterial effect of benzalkonium chloride and hypericum extract, the applicant also made the following experiments:
test strains
Escherichia coli (CMCC (b)44103), staphylococcus aureus (CMCC (b)26003), pseudomonas aeruginosa (CMCC10104), yeast: candida albicans (CMCC (F) 98001).
Preparation of the Medium
Different culture media are prepared according to different microbial strains. Nutrient agar medium: mixing and dissolving a certain amount of peptone, beef extract, sodium chloride and distilled water, adjusting the pH value to 7.2-7.4, adding agar, heating and dissolving in steam at 121 ℃ for sterilization for 20min, and culturing escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa. Sakheira agar medium: mixing a certain amount of glucose, peptone, agar and distilled water, heating to dissolve completely, adjusting pH to 5.6 + -0.2, and sterilizing with pressure steam at 115 deg.C for 30min for Candida albicans culture.
Preparation of bacterial suspension
A24-hour slant culture of a test bacterium is washed with 5mL of 0.03mol/L phosphate buffer solution (hereinafter referred to as PBS), and diluted with the PBS to a desired concentration to prepare a bacterial suspension (the desired concentration is that 100. mu.L of the bacterial suspension is dropped into 5mL of sample solution, and the number of recovered bacteria is 1 × 104 to 9 × 104 cfu/mL).
Antibacterial test
5 tubes of the test sample solution (5mL) and the control sample solution (the same material as the sample, the same size, but containing no antibacterial material and subjected to sterilization) were each collected. Taking the bacterial suspension, respectively dripping 100 mu L of the bacterial suspension into each tested sample liquid and each control sample liquid, uniformly mixing by using an electric mixer, timing, acting for 2, 5, 10 and 20min, respectively putting the sample liquid (0.5mL) into a test tube containing 5mL of corresponding neutralizing agent, fully and uniformly mixing, diluting properly, then taking 2-3 dilutions, respectively sucking 0.5mL, placing in two plates, pouring 15mL of nutrient agar medium (bacteria) or Shashi agar medium (yeast) cooled to 40-45 ℃, rotating the plates to fully and uniformly, turning the plates after agar solidification, culturing for 48h (bacteria) or 72h (yeast) at 35 +/-2 ℃, and counting viable bacterial colonies. The experiment was repeated 3 times and the average was taken.
Determination of antibacterial efficacy
After culturing for 48h or 72h, calculating the antibacterial rate according to the following formula: x ═ a-B)/a × 100%. In the formula: x is the antibacterial rate, A is the average colony number of the control sample, and B is the average colony number of the tested sample. Evaluation criteria: the antibacterial rate is more than or equal to 90 percent, and the product has antibacterial effect.

The antibacterial tests of the present examples 1-3 and the control group 1 were conducted by the above antibacterial test method, and finally, the antibacterial efficacy of the cleaning wet wipes of the present invention was judged to be much better than that of the control group based on the percentage of the concentration of the non-viable microorganisms to the initial concentration of the microorganisms.

Claims (6)

1. A degradable disinfectant wet tissue is characterized in that: the degradable disinfectant wet tissue is used as a carrier, and the effective components in the degradable disinfectant wet tissue comprise:
0.05-0.1% of benzalkonium chloride, 2.0-3.0% of hypericum japonicum extract, 5% of surfactant, 0.1% of disodium edetate, 0.05% of synergist, 0.5% of aloe extract, 0.05-0.1% of citric acid, 30% of pH buffer and the balance of deionized water.
2. The degradable disinfectant wipe set forth in claim 1, wherein: the pH buffering agent comprises a chlorine dioxide solution, an organic acid or an inorganic acid and a pH buffering system; the carrier also contains one or more of antiperspirant, deodorant, antiinflammatory, antipruritic or detergent, and a sub-liquid bag composed of water soluble chitosan, iodophor and deionized water is arranged inside the packaging bag for the sterilized wet towel.

The degradable disinfectant wipe set forth in claim 1, wherein: the synergist is any one or a mixture of two or more of phenoxyethanol, iodopropynyl butyl carbamate, 2-octyl-4-isothiazole azole-3-one, copper pyrithione, zinc pyrithione, magnesium pyrithione, sodium pyrithione, urea pyrithione, polyquaternary ammonium salt, quaternary ammonium salt 1227, quaternary ammonium salt 1427, quaternary ammonium salt 1827, biquaternary ammonium salt, ethylhexyl glycerin, 1, 2-octanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol and 1, 2-tetradecanediol; the cleaning antibacterial liquid is packaged through a carrier; the carrier is spunlace nonwoven fabric.
4. A preparation method of degradable disinfectant wet tissue is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method is suitable for the degradable disinfectant wet tissue as described in any one of claims 1-3, and comprises the following preparation steps:
s1: weighing a ground sample of the hypericum japonicum, decocting the ground sample with 7-8 times of water for 3 hours, filtering, concentrating under reduced pressure until the relative density is 1.15-1.2 at room temperature, and extracting with ethyl acetate to obtain a hypericum japonicum extract;
s2: adding deionized water, a surfactant, disodium edetate, a synergist, an aloe extract and benzalkonium chloride into a reaction kettle, stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain a benzalkonium chloride mixture, heating the benzalkonium chloride mixture at 50 ℃ while stirring, preserving the heat for 30 minutes, then adding the filipendula sikkimensis extract prepared in S1 and citric acid into the reaction kettle, and stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved;
s3: fully cooling, adding a pH buffering agent, adjusting the pH to 5-5.5 to obtain a cleaning antibacterial base solution, and finally adding one or more of an antiperspirant, a deodorant, an anti-inflammatory agent, an antipruritic agent or a detergent into the cleaning antibacterial base solution to obtain a cleaning antibacterial solution;
s4: and (3) dipping the cut and sterilized non-woven fabric in the clean antibacterial base solution obtained in S3, sealing and packaging aseptically, and arranging a sub-solution bag in the packaging bag for arranging the disinfectant wet tissue in the packaging process to obtain the degradable disinfectant wet tissue.
